Beautiful and peaceful 1.7 acres with 4 rv spaces with full hookups. Sunrise bay views! We are 1/3 mile from St. Charles Bay, a great place for fishing, kayaking or watching shore birds and deer. Close to Goose Island State Park and Rockport Beach. Bring your water craft because there is a boat ramp nearby and easy launching spot for your kayak.Park your RV and enjoy wide open views of St. Charles Bay, shore birds and an abundance of deer. During the winter and early spring, you'll be treated to the best viewing area for our famous winter Texans, the migratory Whooping Cranes. Your dogs will have lots of room to roam on our large lawn. Goose Island State Park, the Big Tree, and bay fishing are just a few streets away, along with a boat ramp and kayak launching area. Rockport Beach and multiple fishing piers are only a 25-minute drive. Aransas National Wildlife Refuge is a 1-hour drive, or just a short boat ride away. After a fun day on the water, shopping in Rockport, or taking in Rockport Center for the Arts and the many art galleries, come home to your own picnic table, access to an outdoor grill and a fire pit for roasting smores and singing campfire songs.

Bay View Camper Space RV Site

Nice site with a good bay view. There was a neighborhood dog barking much of the night which was disruptive. We tend to sleep with the windows open.

Bay View Camper Space RV Site

What an amazing place!

We just loved this spot. The rv site was level and easy to get into (electric water and sewer). Tim and Melissa were very friendly and helpful. The wildlife was better than we could have hoped for, whooping cranes and deer! Highly recommend this place
