If you’d like to feed them just let us know! You can fish near by at a public fishing spot. We will eventually be able to offer fishing on the property, we are working on stocking. If there ends up being an interest in hunting we can look into that. This is a primitive site so bring your gear! Mount Pleasant and New Boston are about 30 minutes away with restaurants and shopping.

This is in the city, so there is traffic constantly by the spot, but it is peaceful enough to get rest if you're traveling through, on the way to somewhere else. Richard was a wonderful host, and actually met me at the spot to make sure that I could get in and situated. It was very appreciated. Since I was parked under the shade tree for the proximity to the power hookup, my starlink barely worked because of the obstruction overhead. This is not the host's fault, it's just how it was, and I'm letting everyone know if you've got Starlink, this may be an impediment to your connection. I got very good directions, and since Richard was present, I was on the phone with him when I pulled in, so everything went smoothly.

All your amenities are taken care of at this lovely homestead cabin stay. Donte, his wife and adorable daughter welcomed me to the cabin and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. If you are coming in at night, the coordinates provided are exactly where the entrance is, so pay attention, you may pass it up as it appears to just be a small break in the trees. Couldn't recommend this stay more!

There was some confusion concerning check in, but we got it straightened out. Great location if visiting Crater of Diamond State Park. We had one of the tents, which was very roomy and stayed cool despite the high temperatures.

This was my second stay at Avinger RV Park. I love the size of the park. I think there are only 14 sites on the property. There are plenty of pull through sites. It is very clean and the full time RVers keep their site clean. There is a weight room, bathroom with shower and FREE washers and dryers. They are renovating the station. I'm sure it will be beautiful once it's complete.

We had the most amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful tiny home in East Texas! The property is absolutely stunning—Will and Austyn are clearly putting so much love and care into the land, and it shows. The tiny house itself was perfect: cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. After a day of exploring the nearby area, soaking in the hot tub under the stars was pure magic. Will and Austyn were the best hosts—so warm, welcoming, and fun to chat with. We truly felt at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Our hosts Will and Austyn are amazing. They are so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to made sure we have everything we needed. My husband and I stayed in the Unique Glamping Dome. It was very spacious and the bed was so comfy. The shared kitchen and bathroom are was so clean!! Side note Almond (the cat) was just as welcoming and friendly as our hosts. We will definitely be planning another trip to the amazing homestead. Will & Austyn yal are amazing!!!! Thank you for a great weekend!!!

The Glamping tent was setup very nice and the ac kept the unit comfortable. Very remote location so take plenty of bug spray. Great place to unplug and sit by the river and fish. Bathrooms were clean and the shower was great. We will definitely come back some day.

Will and Austin are awesome hosts! There was a slight mixup (probably our fault) in our reservation but they upgraded me to the awesome tiny home for night two. It was brand new. Austin gave me a great tour and history of the property at midnight when I finally arrived. Was still there to greet me! Great place. Not far from a beautiful lake. Bring your kayaks and enjoy the east Texas life for a bit!
