this was the perfect quick overnight spot with a full hookup. it's on a highway, so it’s loud but it’s also convenient and accessible. richard was there when i got there and showed me where the hookups were. thank you!

Easier access to utilities on the asphalt or better lighting at utilities for customers who arrive after dark.
Perfect little spot continently located. Exactly what we needed for a quick one night stay traveling through.
This is a gravel parking lot that is sizable, has power hookups, has water hookup, and sewer hookup, and a huge shade tree.
This is in the city, so there is traffic constantly by the spot, but it is peaceful enough to get rest if you're traveling through, on the way to somewhere else.
Richard was a wonderful host, and actually met me at the spot to make sure that I could get in and situated. It was very appreciated.
Since I was parked under the shade tree for the proximity to the power hookup, my starlink barely worked because of the obstruction overhead. This is not the host's fault, it's just how it was, and I'm letting everyone know if you've got Starlink, this may be an impediment to your connection.
I got very good directions, and since Richard was present, I was on the phone with him when I pulled in, so everything went smoothly.
