Cozy Bell tent located just outside of Trenton on 55 acres of sloping terrain with a wide creek and acreage beyond the Big Oak for exploring. Beautiful sunsets, a clear view of the night sky, a calming creek and an occasional visiting deer make for a relaxing stay. The property is in transition as we are in the process of creating manicured groves and open pasture areas for the enjoyment of our farm animals and guests so expect mud when it rains and an occasional heavy equipment or tractor siting. We rotational graze our livestock between our two properties so they are not always on site. If they are not at The PARK at Brushy Creek, we invite you to come see them at the property with the big green gate across the road. There is no electric or wi-fi on property currently. All lighting is solar, or battery powered. There is water spigot at tent site and a Port-o-let near the tent area. This is the Country we and our neighbors have livestock and dogs that may bleat, bark, oink, moo, neigh, squeal, whinny, bray, or whine anytime day or night. We are located 1-hour North of Dallas Fort Worth, 30 minutes from McKinney, Sherman, or Greenville, 10 miles to Leonard, Whitewright, and Bonham and just five miles from Trenton. Two lakes are in close proximity, Lake Bonham and Lake Texoma. The site includes a fire ring with a cooking grate, fire side seating, picnic table, and running water. Every stay comes complete with a bucket of s'mores makings and a stack of firewood. The creek is a short walk from the campsite. Look for fossils in the rocks or take a relaxing break on the bench overlooking the water. The property is in transition, so expect mud when it rains and an occasional tractor or heavy equipment siting. There is no electricity at the site, all lighting is solar or battery powered. A Port-0-let is provided a short distance from the tent. Please check the weather prior to your visit and come prepared as there is no heat or A/C in the Tent. This is the country, we and our neighbors have livestock and dogs that may bleat, bark, oink, moo, neigh, whine, squeal, whinny, or bray day or night. Pease note that we can add another queen-size bed to the tent that can accommodate 2 more guests for an additional fee.

Glamping with the Danes

Steffenie was fantastic. Answered all our questions in record time. Met us at the site and walked us through all the amenities. We were the only guests there and it was perfect. Got to romp, rest and enjoy the outdoors. Appreciate the hospitality.

Steffenie's campsite was wonderful. There is a lot of land to let your pups run and a great little creek on the land that my dog absolutely loved. Everything was well thought-out and it is clear that Steffenie has taken the time to enhance the guest's experience at her campsite, providing so many helpful things for the guests to use (and s'mores!). We also got the chance to meet with Steffenie and she is such a lovely and welcoming person. The baby goats and the adorable pigs were a huge plus :) I will certainly return!
