Weekend at the River!
Sandy was very communicative!! The camp site got a lot a rain so she moved us to a dry site. She didn’t have to do that and it was appreciated!! And there was deer everywhere!!!

Site 2 - Sandy Bottoms Cabins
Cabin in solitude
Me and my wife wanted some time away from home. So we decided to try something different. It was a little tricky finding the site, however once we did we were amazed with the scenery, privacy, and beauty of the outdoors. Our cabin was nice and it was easily accessible to us once we found it. We were looking for a private getaway and we most definitely got that! There is a nice beach far away on the lake that we will have an opportunity to enjoy when we return. We will most definitely be booking again. You may wanna contact the host in advance to get clarification on the sites actual location.

Sandy Bottoms Primitive Tent Camp
Our Own Private Forest 🌲🦌
Sandy Bottoms was both primitive, and private. We were the only tent campers and it felt like we had our own private forest. If you love deer, there’s a multitude to sit and watch, while you sip your coffee by a campfire.
One of the employees named John, was super helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back for sure!

An Amazing Place to Camp
Sandy Bottoms proved to be a tranquil haven with its cool ambiance and the comforting shade provided by the abundant trees, making it an ideal retreat without the excessive heat. Having easy access to the river was great. The standout, however, was John, an exceptional assistant through these camp grounds. His daily check-ins reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring our needs were met. The delightful addition of his constant companion, Klara, added a charming touch to our experience. John and Klara have carved a special place in our hearts, guaranteeing our quick return to this location again soon.

We loved the camp sites at Sandy Bottoms River Company! Everything was very clean, accessible and very helpful staff! There's also a beach right on the river 🏖 Highly recommend if you're looking for a great getaway 😀 👍
