If you are looking for solitude and untouched nature, this is the place for you. The comforts of Bandera are conveniently only a 5 minute drive away. We are located less than 2 miles from Bandera City Park! At this time, all sites are completely dry. We do have porta-potties available. RV sites are boondocking only (no water or electric at this time.) Guests may stay at Memmie’s Farm for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Our slice of land on the Medina River is truly gorgeous! There are beautiful cypress trees that are magical year round, and there are often small rapids. If relaxing in the shade by the river and dipping your feet in is your thing, our property is perfect for that! However, this is not a swimming hole. The Medina River is generally not considered safe in Bandera, TX, due to consistent low flow. Swim at your own risk.

I have deer that sleep in my front yard, opossums, 600 bird species, and my favorite… the armadillos! We offer Kayaking on the property for a fee. We have a beautiful Hammock Garden free for guests to kick back and relax. Texoma Water Taxi is a text away to give guests a ride anywhere on the lake including restaurants. Rock-N A Ranch is roughly 20 minutes away and offers horseback riding. The Cabins and Campsites are within walking distance from each other but far enough away to create that illusion of privacy. We do have a neighborhood close by but you can’t see or hear them due to the woods.  In my travels, I try to bring back something I’ve seen or learned to help improve the guest experience and environment. You’ll notice little touches of Asia, Mexico, and even Hill Country Texas! We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and treat every guest like family. We’re always a text away! You’ll see us out and about on our golf carts. If you ever need anything just holler (: Check-in time is at 3 pm. Guests share a pasture with livestock and wildlife. Weather in all its variations is part of camping. If you are not prepared to deal with whatever the weather may be, you should consider another option. We encourage guests to research this destination before booking, carefully review our cancellation policy, and consider buying travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel disruptions. Weather conditions are not an acceptable reason for a refund or change of reservation for this campsite. Cellular service is limited here. AT&T provides a good signal in this area. HOWEVER **** SPRINT, VERIZON and T-MOBILE may have “VERY POOR” or “NONEXISTENT” cellular signals at this site. We have neighbors, and although the place is relatively large, and we don't anticipate a problem, there is no guarantee that you will not be bothered by some kind of noise. Likewise, we don’t want our neighbors bothered by any noise coming from you. People live out in the country to enjoy separation of space. Please be considerate of others and keep noise to a minimum. Observe quiet time after 9 pm and before 8 am. The country roads in this area are paved and they are excellent for walking, bicycling and driving. There are “cattle guards” in the roadways. The main level features a king-size bed, two sofa chairs, and a dining table with four chairs. A huge open window offers incredible views of the sunset and starlit sky. The loft provides a warm, cozy space with two sofa chairs that open into thick single-size mattresses and a soft foam floor. Additionally, two single-size beds are available upon request for extra guests. The kitchenette includes a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, and a cooktop with pots and pans. It is fully stocked with dining ware, glassware, and utensils for convenience. The dome is equipped with split-unit heating and cooling for year-round comfort, while an air vent at the top improves air circulation. A wood fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, and extra space heaters are available for colder nights. Your bathroom features a marble-top double vanity, a beautiful claw-foot tub, and a self-cleaning bidet toilet, with plush towels provided. The wraparound deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. String lights create a warm nighttime ambiance. Relax and recharge in our brand-new wellness zone, featuring a spacious 750-gallon hot tub and invigorating cold plunge. Ideal for athletes, wellness enthusiasts, or anyone seeking deep relaxation, this setup is perfect after a sauna session or a long day. Our hot tub is completely chemical-free, purified instead with Montmorillonite — a natural volcanic clay known for its detoxifying and soothing properties, offering you a clean, gentle, and restorative experience. Weekend Trip to Magical Lakefront Retreat Property

Travis was really nice and very accommodating. My daughter and granddaughter wanted to go camping but I found this place and it was a nice balance. The AC worked well and the cabins were cozy. He has canoes and a paddle boat. We started a fire in the fire pit and sat around the fire talking. We will be returning.

We loved Mike's place! It had a wonderful down-to-Earth vibe that made us feel instantly welcome. The beds were cozy, clean and comfy. Mike was a very dedicated host who put our satisfaction at the top of his to-do list. We hope to visit again sometime in the future!

Weekend Trip to Campfire Adventure Ranch

I enjoyed this campsite because of the amazing sunrises and sunsets. Your campsite allowed my husband and myself to explore the terrain with cool fat tire bicycles. Our hostess was great! Stephanie made sure we were informed about potential rattlesnakes and that was much appreciated. Can’t wait to visit again.!

We had a blast and cooled off with our dogs! We stayed in the water most of the time. Our little scamper site was perfect to get away and unwind in nature. Hosts were fantastic and responsive. We cooked dinner and breakfast and sat outside. It was a great little getaway.

It was an amazing experience!! As a first time camping experience it was a great place to celebrate and spend the night for my first marriage anniversary for my wife. Great night sky view, peaceful and lots of deer! Be aware that there is wildlife at night that can spook you for your first time (possums screech really loud).

Wonderful campsite 5 minutes from downtown Bandera. Stayed at the riverside camspsite by the beautiful Medina River. Camping was well maintained. 1 minute walk down to the river. I took my 3 biys and we had a great time playing in the river and exploring.

Weekend Trip to this is Paradise on Lake Texoma

Paradise at Texoma gave my 18-year-old pup, Chloe (“Chlo Money”), and me a trip I’ll never forget. She was recently diagnosed with cancer, and this was our last adventure together before I have to say goodbye. We traded camping for glamping, and I truly couldn’t have picked a better place. We spent our days relaxing under the stars, eating great food, letting her enjoy the lake, and making memories I’ll carry with me forever. Thank you, Paradise at Texoma, for giving us the perfect place for one final adventure together. It meant more to me than words can express.

The gorgeous, green/blue water of the Llano River is perfect for a quick dip to cool off, or in February, a refreshing way to start the day!

We had such a great time! While it was hot in the Texas heat, the A/C in the tent was great. We pretty much h has the place to ourselves, the fire pit & grill were perfect for evenings & our dogs had a blast being outside and exploring. We would definitely stay again!
