Terry was friendly, patient and understanding as I made my way into town, exhausted from a long workday and hours on the road.

Family Favorite
Camping was easy for our family of six, which includes four children all aged seven and younger, at Circle C Campground. Even our dog, who typically doesn't enjoy camping, seemed to have a good time. We will definitely be returning!

Great stop while backpacking LSHT
Circle C CampGrounds was a convenient location for me to spend a night while hiking a short portion of the Lone Star Hiking Trail (LSHT) The campground is spacious and peaceful, and just steps away from the trail. I enjoyed the comforts available such as the lighted pavilion with sockets for charging my phone, potable water for drinking, and a flush toilet and outdoor shower. This campground is a nice option for folks who want to backpack but are not quite reading to rough it overnight at a primitive campsite along the trail. I had the entire place to myself on a Tuesday night in April. I did not meet Terry in person but we had great communication via the app and by text. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

Quiet and beautiful place! The kitchen was nice to have access to. The bathroom and shower were very clean. The park trail was right there so it was easy.

great camping experience
Circle C was a great place to camp, I was very comfortable, I love that he provided firewood free of charge, Terry was very accommodating and helpful. the hiking trails next to the campground were really nice. the campground itself was kept up very nice as well as the bathroom, shower area, it was nice that there was available hot water and electric in the common area if I needed it.

Relaxing Weekend at site 4
We had a lovely relaxing weekend camping at Circle C! On arrival we were met by the owner Terry who showed us to our spot (4) in the corner and stopped for a chat. Very nice guy! The campsite was great, all sites nicely spaced out, firewood and fire pits provided. We enjoyed a days hiking on the various trails which pass the camp gate (including the Lone Star Hiking Trail). There is a pavilion with toilet, shower and cooking area available for use, it was always clean and well stocked with the needed. All in all a great trip, we will be back for sure- thanks Terry!

We loved our stay on Terry's land! It was such a beautiful area and had great amenities. The toilets are clean and there is a sink and picnic table area you can cook and clean up in. We enjoyed the hiking trails that were accessible right from the site. Terry was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Everything we needed and more! We were met at check-in to make sure we had everything we needed, including firewood. Peaceful spot with plenty of space, located conveniently right on the trail. We had a great time.

I am a 58 year old woman and stayed in the cabin alone for 3 nights. I loved my time there. Terry provided everything one would need for a stay including coffee, creamer and sugar! . But, he also went above and beyond paying attention to the smallest of details to create an amazing experience including leaving a walking stick by the door as there is direct access to the Lone Star Trail. I enjoyed a fire in the pit including the wood and starter. Terry checked in with me twice to make sure I had everything I needed. The cabin is spotless and beautiful adding to the vacation experience. I can’t wait to go back and bring my grandkids! Thank you Terry

Terry's campsites were wonderful. The little lake is beautiful, and it is connected directly to the Lone Star Hiking trail. Fresh water, firewood provided, clean, and easy to find. Couldn't ask for more.

Terry has an amazing piece of property for camping! Clean toilet/outdoor shower! Terry provides the fire wood, outdoor games and just a great experience. We will be coming back!

This camp ground was great! We rented the house Thursday night to be close to the start of the LSHT. It was very clean and nice! Terry met us there to make sure we made it and show us around. Very nice and accommodating. He even had a couple chairs and a fire pit with wood in case we wanted it.
We decided to get a a camping spot on the way by while on the trail 2 nights later. Perfect place and glad we pushed a little extra to make it there. The land is beautiful and well maintained. There was a fire pit at our site ready to go and wood stacked to use. The pavilion was great when a rain came. It had a clean bathroom, nice outdoor shower, kitchen area, plus a few extra things like horse shoes, and disc golf.
He communicated very well, professional, nice, and I would 100% recommend using circle c campground!!!!!! We felt like we had a whole place to ourselves.

Best to escape Houston hotel prices
I loved camping on site #2. My girlfriend and I were the only tent and Terry had firewood, grills, and nice benches to sit at and eat s’mores. The outdoor shower was very lovely and the bathroom was super clean. It was a very quiet, cozy, and safe space with beautiful hiking trails, corn hole, disc golf, and horse shoes. I loved that I never felt like anything was missing and I would definitely camp here again!

Great weekend getaway in the Pines.
Terry’s land was great! It’s a perfect weekend camping getaway for people near or far. We loved the amenities and the disc golf basket was fun.

Lovely stay
I had a wonderful overnight camping on Terry's land. The space was very peaceful and beautiful. With running water, toilet and shower easily accessible - this struck the perfect balance between isolated camping with comfortable amenities. Terry was present and very helpful. I had no issues and am saving this location for my next trip through the area.

Tent camping near the Lone Star hik
We loved tent camping at Terry’s quaint campground with easy access to a the Lone Star hiking trail. There is an outdoor kitchen with running water, a flush toilet and a hot outdoor shower. Terry let our son feed his fish in one of the ponds on site and gave us extra blankets when we realized we were not prepared for the cold nights in the tent as we have only camped in hot weather. He also provided us with firewood we used to cook our breakfast and dinner over the fire ring.

Relaxing with the pup’s
This campsite is great if you want to hike the Texas lone star trail . The trail is just at the back side of the campground. Even if you do not want to go hiking it is a great place to camp. With a restroom and a shower with hot water ! For games you can play horseshoes or cornhole and even a disc golf basket is set up . We will definitely be going here again for a weekend away from the city . If you are not much into tent camping there is a cabin you can rent too . This is a great place to come see the stars and get out of the city noise.
