Good For RV’s - enjoy
I’ll admit it’s a little pricey for parking an RV in a gravel parking lot. But we wanted some place secure and not the typical RV park or pulling off at a rest area. But we enjoyed our stay, the people are friendly and the coffee is good. Eat at Angel’s for breakfast. A bit hit was the showers - while we have one in our motor home having unlimited hot water was great. The recent comment in a review about no privacy in shower is just silly. The walls are canvas and there is perhaps a 3/4 inch gap that someone could look through. But no one is peeking - I mean really? We would stay again.

Godsend When Plans Change
Stayed here twice with a buddy during a bicycle tour of the Big Bend area of Texas in March. First stay was planned for camping but the day's ride was so tiring that we asked for an upgrade from tent camping in the cold and wound up in a yurt with two beds and a space heater. Second stay was not planned but necessary as we failed to reach our next planned overnight and turned back. This time we did camp and there was plenty of space in the general tent camping area. Hot water in the open-top outdoor showers and a cozy lounge to unwind until bedtime for only $20 per person. Snacks, soft drinks and beer for sale there too. Restaurants and bistros in Marfa within pleasant walking distance.

Don’t camp!
Location! The campground is next to a lot of traffic. No walls etc. that protect from noise. At the end I didn’t stay at all. This is not what I want from camping. It’s the Marfa price you have to pay. Rather detour to Davis Mountains State Park. The better and more charming solution (:

Great place to stay, I would highly recommend. Great location to stay for passing through Marfa to see Carlsbad caverns and Big Bend National Park.

Bingo and Puppies
This was such a fun, cute place. We got to play and hold puppies while playing bingo. What’s better than that?! Maybe the free coffee offered in the morning. The host was great and very kind.
