RV sites are boondocking only (no water or electric at this time.) Guests may stay at Memmie’s Farm for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Our slice of land on the Medina River is truly gorgeous! There are beautiful cypress trees that are magical year round, and there are often small rapids. If relaxing in the shade by the river and dipping your feet in is your thing, our property is perfect for that! However, this is not a swimming hole. The Medina River is generally not considered safe in Bandera, TX, due to consistent low flow. Swim at your own risk.

Whether you love fishing, hiking through the trees, or simply relaxing outdoors, there’s something here for everyone. Many guests who arrive are truly amazed by the beauty of the house. They often say that photos don’t do it justice because the place is even more stunning in person. The property includes a main house and a cozy cabin, with a swimming pool nestled between them, right next to a small lake. If you book for 3 nights or more, the pool will be exclusively yours during your stay. The cabin can also be rented separately if you need additional space. One of the special features of the main house is a charming atrium inside, where you’ll find a beautiful tree, a relaxing fountain, and some tables perfect for sitting down in the morning to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee surrounded by nature. Main House Layout: First Floor: There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds. One of these rooms also has a sofa bed. There's also a TV room with another sofa bed. Additionally, two folding beds are available on this floor. Second Floor: There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a pop-up trundle bed (equivalent to two full-size beds). In the living room, there's another sofa bed. The house is set up to comfortably accommodate three couples, each with two children. There’s a gas barbecue grill and outdoor dining tables — perfect for a small family celebration or a quiet evening meal. Some of the most cherished moments at Infinity Paradise happen at night — sitting outside on the deck in the lakeside kiosk (kioske del lago), watching the stars light up the sky or enjoying the glow of a full moon reflected on the water. And in the early morning, nothing beats a peaceful walk while listening to the birds sing — a perfect way to start the day. We're located just outside the city limits, only 15 minutes from Walmart and other conveniences, so you're never far from anything you might need. The land is filled with trees and wildlife. We have friendly, domesticated deer on-site, and you may also spot wild hogs. There’s a seasonal creek, several fishing ponds, and plenty of space for ATV

The farmland is beautiful, the restrooms were sparkling clean, we were comfortable in the RV, the cats were friendly and the food was simply magnificent. 10 out of 10, would book again!

Loved it! Beautiful views of the river and the coldest AC!!! Just remember its GLAMPING!! The Airstream didnt have marble counter tops ect. I saw some reviews that said spot 39 was old and outdated. Its a vintage Airstream! Yes it is vintage! But worth every penny! Loved our spot! Nobody bothered us but was there when we needed them! Clean and essentials were provided. There wasnt a cooking spoon or spatula but I bought one and left it there so it would help future guests!! We will definitely be returning!

I've never used Hipcamp before. I was worried that the site itself would be underwhelming, but if anything, the listing under sold it. This is an adorable property that is thoughtfully put together so that guests have a good experience. I stayed in cabin six, which was basically a little hotel. I brought a lot of things with me (dishes, towels, etc.) that I didn't actually end up needing because this place was fully stocked. The owner came by and checked on us, told us that if we needed anything to text and they would come running. The AC kept everything nice and cool inside. There are many places around the cabin to sit and relax, as well as several places outdoors. There's no cell signal, but I think the wifi at this property is better than my home wifi in the city. The river is just a short walk from the cabin. The town square is less than a 15 minute drive and there's a few wineries. I definitely plan on coming back!

Absolutely Amazing! My husband and I stayed at Boulderdash RV and Camp for three nights at the end of May. We stayed in the Stella RV . Stella was so comfortable. The linens were soft and clean, Stella has everything you need from cooking a hot meal to taking a hot shower. The AC was on point and well needed after hot days by the beautiful clean and clear Medina river. Our hosts were very hospitable and kind. It was hard to leaving back to the real world. Such a beautiful and well maintained property. We can't wait to go back, hopefully for a much longer stay next time. Thank you again to our hosts Carol Anne and Lynn!

We had so much fun!! The location is great! It is so close to the riverwalk and downtown but feels so secluded! We love the deer, horses, and friendly donkey! The fireflies were awesome! I haven’t seen them like that since I was a kid. The airstream is rustic but cozy. We will be coming back!

The scamp was just right and was so enjoyable sleeping a rainy night in and was cooled down after being in the sun all day. The community and vibe was great. everyone was respectful and abided by the rules. The Awaken cabin was perfect for me. Animals are not allowed in this one but are allowed at other cabins, and this makes sense because it is so small, 1 human fits perfectly in there. I would and will likely come back to this campground soon, love their property and they had everything you need.
