What an amazing night we had at Karla’s. We stayed in the pool house and it was perfect. Karla’s attention to detail is outstanding. The pool was so clean and the garden and lights made the night magical. Everything was so clean and comfortable and Karla made sure we had everything we needed. The price was great for what was available. The shared kitchen was great and bathroom spotless. Clear to see that Karla puts so much love into this property and we feel lucky to have explored her beautiful land. Just the flowers alone would make us return. This was a perfect stay and I would recommend it 100 percent. Amazing!!!

Weekend Trip to Gypsy’s Cottage

Russell is gypsy king! The home is perfectly designed and so thoughtful. The bath is cozy and sweet and a sunset soak only adds to the magic of the property. Amazing stay, beautiful location, great host. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Coolest Hipcamp of our cross country trip for sure. The host put a lot of care into making it comfortable and interesting. Was perfect for our transit from Grand Canyon to Zion. The host Russell went out of his way for us, even took time to mail us a hat we accidentally left behind. Great guy!

5 nights at Verde River Vortex

We had the best time at Crystal Loft Cabin! Jason was an incredible host offering all the tips you could need on everything from places to eat, hike, kayak, bike, live music, etc. He even came to pick up my friend and I at the end of kayaking on the verde river! Crystal Loft is a perfect space 17 minutes outside of downtown Cottonwood, and 40 or so from Sedona with amazing star views, and all the amenities you could need. It was mid 80’s-low 90’s when there, but cooled off perfectly in the evenings, and Jason had an AC unit and fan that kept the cabin perfect temp. The bed on the upstairs loft was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot- so glad we found it. Thanks Jason!

This was a great experience. Great views, wonderful dark sky at night this is an excellent spot to explore. Hosts are perfect. They have great knowledge and are so very helpful. The airstream was perfect. Excellent AC, Internet and Netflix.

Weekend Trip to Shiloh Ranch Guesthouse

Sandee’s guesthouse at Shiloh Ranch was an amazing weekend getaway from the city. The upstairs was perfect for our teenage son and his friend to watch movies, play guitar, and just enjoy downtime. There was also plenty of space for them to explore the property and toss a football around. The guesthouse had everything we needed to cook meals inside or out on the grill. The location was beautiful and not a long drive from the Petrified Forest!

Laura was amazing! She was such a kind host, made sure we had everything we needed and even introduced us to her lovely animal family. The trailer was so comfortable and the grounds were clean. It's hard to understate just how beautiful and fun this hipcamp was. The tiny home is perfect, very cute with everything you need. Even though we had an indoor kitchen, we really enjoyed using the outdoor one to watch the sunset and enjoy the evening air every night over dinner. I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. There is a restroom/breakfast room off the pool area. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. You must arrive by dark. My gates will be closed at dark. I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10. My place is 10 minutes from Coronado National Forest. The property is tranquil, peaceful, and quiet. You will see a lot of quail and other birds on the property. There are 2 varieties of quail who visit daily. Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Each tent, and/or a place where people sleep is a campsite....in other words you can't book 1 tent camping site and then add your friends who come in their vehicle and set up a campsite. That is 2 campsites. NOTE- The only bad review I have is from someone who booked one campsite then had her friends come during the night and take another site. This cozy Young rental is located in the midst of nature but still in a neighborhood, and can accommodate two guests for a romantic weekend getaway in Arizona. Comfy Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). In truth the indoor shower is rarely used- the huge Bath House just outside has a rain shower and shower wand, claw foot bath tub and flush toilet. Hot soak in the tub or plunge into the Cowboy stock tank just steps away. Private! In the living area, guests can lounge on comfortable chairs and relax watching TV (bring your passwords!), the dining table is perfect for two people. The kitchen is equipped with enough cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, creamer, sugar), and air fryer to satisfy your weekend needs. We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed. Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too! We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! Stone Soup Desert Views

This is “Stone Soup,” in honor of unique geology and a folktale where everyone brings something to make a whole greater than its parts. Built with love during musical campouts, materials are recycled from building sites. Basically at the moment, this is an isolated, wild campsite, all to yourselves with total peace and quiet but where you bring everything. There is no running water, cooking supplies, or toilet. You may find firewood further down the road, but nothing is supplied. You will need to take your trash with you. The photos are not up to date and still show amenities that are not there. The hut is available, but it is just a structure with nothing in it. Also note that there is no way to get there with Google maps/ GPS coordinate. I will send detailed directions if you book, but you probably want to arrive with some daylight. If prepared to rough it, it's a gorgeous site with open sky, amazing views, stars, rocks, and silence.
