Set right beside Saguaro National Park East, this site places you inside one of the most iconic desert landscapes in the Southwest. Tucson has been named National Geographic’s “Ultimate Star City” for its dark-sky protections, and you’ll experience those skies directly from camp. On clear nights, constellations pop and the Milky Way often shines overhead.
Exploring from here is easy. You can start your hike right from the property-no driving, no parking stress, no crowds. The national park is literally in the backyard, with 0–5 minute access to the Cactus Forest, Mica View, Freeman Homestead, and Desert Ecology trails just to name a few! Sunrise and sunset are especially stunning, with saguaros silhouetted against shifting sky colors and wildlife moving through the desert.
When you’re not out adventuring, stay and unwind. A deck with cozy chairs offers a perfect perch to watch the mountains light up at sunrise and glow at sunset. A fire pit makes for warm evening hangouts under a star-filled sky. On-property walking paths weave through native plants, some labeled for self-guided discovery. Benches at scenic viewpoints create quiet coffee, reading, and golden hour spots. Expect quail families, hummingbirds, cactus wrens, butterflies, and even Great Horned Owls who quietly hunt at dusk.

All tiny homes feature a bathroom with a luxurious shower. Our tiny home is full of grand amenities - featuring 4K smart TVs with Hulu/Netflix/Youtube Apps (Use your own account! We do NOT provide a subscription to any apps). The TVs do have some free TV channels. Pretty much every room has 4K smart TVs. Most tiny homes have an indoor dining table, and other sitting places can comfortably seat multiple guests.
The tiny home with kitchens have granite/quartz countertops is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and all the cooking needs. All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. Guests can lounge outdoors on the deck to enjoy the view of Arizona’s calm desert.
We provide high-speed internet for you so you can work and stream entertainment. Please note that this is a rural area, and we try our best to give you fast internet possible. We do not have washers and dryers!

We loved staying on Sandee’s land….the cabin is small but had everything we needed especially in the kitchen!! The kitchen and shower are a tight squeeze but honestly it was all clean and wonderful! She had so many things in the kitchen that we didn’t need to unload our kitchen camping tote at all!
My parents stayed in the downstairs part and myself and three children stayed upstairs which was the perfect amount of space for us all! My kids highlight was the VHS player and assortment of VHS tapes (we had been tent camping with no electronics for over a week)
The land is beautiful and tucked pretty far away from a close big town so the sky was beautiful at night and barely any light pollution! There is small fragments of petrified wood alll over the land and it was fun to look around and walk the property
She had a wonderful top deck and a patio space with a very nice fire pit and grill on the ground level that we enjoyed each night and morning!
We will definitely be visiting again and staying in one of Sandee’s cabins again !
