Today, the farm is looking forward to a new course in agri tourism as we begin planning walking gardens, art installations in the landscape, and interactive classes.

Hello all! If you're looking for some glamping with creature comforts, while just being 10 minutes away from restaurants. This is the place for you. We are a 5 acre property and home surrounded by tall redwood and oak trees. Very green and lots of shade. These are the amenities/facilities you will have free access to: Pool, Pool chairs and umbrellas, Deck area with sunset view, Trampolines, and hammocks.
There is not cooking allowed by or at any of the common areas, due to flies and critters. Cooking and eating is only allowed by your sites and not in any common areas: Hammocks, Trampolines, Pool Area, tables, sink, and deck please follow this rule because we want to prevent our shared areas to be fly and bug infested. We are still working on ridding the flies and cleaning. (please try to bring prepackaged food or something easy. If anything you can drive 10 minutes to nearby food and grocery). In the past we let people cook and eat around the pool but now our whole property is fly infested and I find scattered leftovers on the ground. Thanks for understanding.
THERE IS A 1-2 MINUTE HIKE TO THE CAMPSITES 1-5!
Poolside campsites are closer to the parking and are bigger.

Our property offers a pool, and trampolines for the kids. We have a deck patio area that overlooks an amazing view of the redwood forest. Most of our guests are those that come from foreign countries and they all LOVE the property. I love leaving a great impression of our area.

DISCLAIMER: This is quite different from staying in an ordinary hotel. We are really in NATURE here - these are older cottages hand-built by artists in the forest. They are very rustic! It's like living in a mountain village, with other cottages nearby. While we work very hard to keep our places pristine and spotless - if anyone in your group will faint if they see a bug or lizard or little frog inside - then this probably isn't the place for you. Please be very careful booking cottages for someone else - like your parents just arriving from another continent - they might prefer something more conventional.
Some folks describe our places as a luxurious form of camping. We make our cottages very comfortable - they have all the basics - electricity - wifi - most have kitchens, bath or shower and comfy clean beds. But they are not like a hotel with perfect walls and a sterile atmosphere. Please look at all the pictures and read all the reviews. We can't offer refunds just because we don't meet the standards of a normal hotel. Most people are charmed by this idyllic and bohemian lifestyle - but it's not for everyone.

Sunnyland is a VERY REMOTE AND RURAL location. We are an off grid solar homestead. Beautiful redwood grove campsites and views for miles. Stargazing and no light pollution. Meteor showers are the best here! Hiking trails all over the property, hundreds of different wild mushrooms. Bird watching, hearing ravens and hawks right here at our place making for an extra special vibe. We have two very friendly Great Pyrenees, 2 cats, 5 ducks and 10 chickens. Fresh farm eggs available. These animals are all located near the house, and not near the campsites, with the exception of the dogs being known to sleep outside the tents, making campers feel especially safe.

Weekend Trip to The Foxes Family Farm
We enjoyed our stay at foxes hideout. Waffles and Apple turnovers were delicious, don’t pass on those! Host was friendly and the property was very peaceful.

This is a great spot for a single or a couple wanting an upgrade from tent/car camping. It was very comfortable, and Araceli was great! Easy to find and accurate description. If you are not ok with constant peacock noise, this location may not be the best choice for you.

Sunny and her boys are very welcoming. She gave some great suggestions about what to do in the area. The Tiny Glamping Cabin is very cosy with great mattress on the bed. Beautiful deck with a view. Chloe and Echo are wonderful dogs. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped. We loved Orr Hot Springs and the Comptche Father's day barbecue (another one of Sunny’s suggestions!).

Our family had an excellent tiny cabin stay! The cabin was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The mattresses were surprisingly comfy, making for a great night's sleep for mom and kids. The shower was solid, even with lower pressure since it uses the well water on property. The dart board was a huge hit with the kids and a fun touch for relaxing at any time of day. Overall, a fantastic little getaway—we would definitely stay here again.

I had a really nice stay at the cabin and really enjoyed the privacy, comfort of having everything I need during my stay, and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. walk down the street toward Pony Barista and saw some peacocks 🦚 roaming. It’s amazing!
Nice, cozy bedroom with good Wi-Fi and desk for working and also a nice getaway. Love this place and will highly recommend it.

Such a cute place! The drive up is scenic, and the view off the balcony is gorgeous. Outdoor shower felt like a dream. Sunny was one of the friendliest, loveliest hosts I’ve ever had. Adored her kids and sweet sweet dogs. Echo bravely protected the land from late night critters and stayed by us at our campfire 🥹 would absolutely stay here again!

Spirit Walk is such a beautiful property tha transports you to another realm. You get all aspects of nature here. The water that runs along is refreshing. I would highly recommend staying here to reset.

I loved staying here - peaceful, private, clean. Easy communication with the host. I loved that it still felt campy, but I did not have to bring anything with me. Great amenities as well like an outdoor shower and little kitchen. Finished an entire book while here!!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at the Tiny Cabin. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The property is beautiful, quiet, and full of charm, with lovely animals and the sweetest dogs that made us feel right at home.
The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful, and it was clear how much care has gone into creating such a special place. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the balance of cozy amenities and being surrounded by nature.
We spent our time relaxing, exploring the area, enjoying the scenery, and simply slowing down. Waking up to the sounds of nature and ending the day under the stars was exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a warm host, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of tranquility, this is a place we’d happily return to.

This spot is a true gem. We had such a lovely stay. Waking up listening to the birds, the views were incredible, and we really enjoyed Sky the dogs company, as well as the neighbor horses.
The outdoor shower was amazing and made you feel like you’re in an oasis.
Al was an amazing host, I would come back any day and I highly recommend staying here.

Weekend Trip to Ridgetop Ranch Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this Chris and Rebecca’s site! The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset—the perfect way to end each day. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
The campsite was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was movie night, which added a fun and unique touch to the camping experience. We also loved that the campsite felt peaceful and secluded while still being conveniently close to town for supplies, food, and exploring the area.
Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful scenery and great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Topanga Oasis
We loved our time here. The land and property are peaceful while being minutes away from anything you need. The loft felt like a spacious treehouse, very clean and cozy. I couldn't get enough of the expansive kitchen views!! We spent a lot of time on the large deck as well.
Only recommendations would be: more basic provisions like paper towels and sugar. The deck could use a deep cleaning and furniture maintained.
