PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION:
Hello all! If you're looking for some glamping with creature comforts, while just being 10 minutes away from restaurants. This is the place for you. We are a 5 acre property and home surrounded by tall redwood and oak trees. Very green and lots of shade. These are the amenities/facilities you will have free access to: Pool, Pool chairs and umbrellas, Deck area with sunset view, trampolines (kids only), and hammocks.
Our check in window is strict: 3-6pm. Only later check in is allowed if discussed previously with host.
There is no cooking allowed by or at any of the common areas due to flies and critters. Cooking and eating is only allowed by your sites and not in any common areas: Hammocks, Trampolines, Pool Area, tables, sink, and deck please follow this rule because we want to prevent our shared areas to be fly and bug infested. We are still working on ridding the flies and cleaning. (please try to bring prepackaged food or something easy. If anything you can drive 10 minutes to nearby food and grocery).
THERE IS A 2-3 MINUTE HIKE TO THE CAMPSITES 1-5!
Poolside campsites are closer to the parking and are bigger.
This property is my home that I live in with my 2 kids. It is a rustic and homey vibe, definitely not a hotel. We want you to come knowing what to expect. Our property offers a pool and trampolines for the kids. We have a deck patio area that overlooks an amazing view of the redwood forest. Most of our guests are those that come from foreign countries and they all LOVE the property. I love leaving a great impression of our area.
CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES
-Pack out your trash.
-Rinse feet before using the pool.
-No pool toys or floaties.
-Always supervise kids.
-Don’t sit on chair edges or pool cover box.
-Use stumps or your own table for cooking (not ours).
-Keep the area clean—no food scraps on the ground.
-No dogs in the pool area; leashes and cleanup required.
-No eating in rooms or cabin.
-Check out at the deck.
-No smoking (vapes only, away from common areas).
-Propane grills only: no open flames or campfires or charcoal.

Experience tiny house living in a charming, private eco-friendly tiny house RV with off-street parking, lush shared garden & sleeping loft with a cozy queen bed.
"Jenny" (she arrived from Virginia) offers 120 square feet of cozy living space that you enter though a private lush garden. She's situated in the driveway of a quiet and safe residential block that I have called home for more than three decades and close to downtown Mill Valley, hiking/biking trails, tennis, golf, Stinson and Muir beaches, Muir Woods, Mt. Tam and the historic Sweetwater Music Hall, 20 minutes to SF.
She is 8-by-13 feet, 13 feet high in the kitchen/dining area, 6-foot-9 inches high in the bathroom & living area. You will need to be able to climb a ladder to access the sleeping area, so it is not suitable for anyone with restricted mobility. Also, the loft is 34 1/2 inches from the peak to the top of the mattress—if you are claustrophobic or plus-sized or both, it might feel tight.
She features a full-size shower, a dry toilet, a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes/utensils, AC/heater & a cozy sitting area with Moroccan poufs. Healthy snacks, tea, coffee, creamers, sweeteners & filtered water are provided.
Jenny is a private space separate from the main house.
The fenced-in garden has a dining table & chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs & a hammock & room to store bikes safely. A weather-proof locked storage unit can hold luggage & other items safely to free up space in the tiny house during your stay. There is one dedicated off-street parking spot.
Local trail maps provided for hiking & biking adventures.
Please note that the nightly fee includes the City of Mill Valley's 10% transient occupancy tax & 2% tourism tax, which means you'll be staying in a unique property in Southern Marin for under $100 a night.
Please note this space is NOT safe for children under age 8—the ladder is steep & there is no railing on the sleeping loft area— not appropriate for your beloved furry friend as I have a dog .

Welcoming and safe space with hammock, mini garden including shade and table just outside the entrance. Our host Vicki and parking was very accommodating.

This property was easy to find in the residential area of Santa Cruz.
We found it quaint and cozy. The bed was comfy and the space was delicately decorated.
The bathroom does not have a door, and the front door could use a curtain or some blinds. Since this is in a back yard, we hung a towel over the door for more privacy.
The place was clean enough, but our socks quickly collected dog hair and dust- no big deal since we knew the place was pet friendly. Overall would’ve preferred it to be a bit cleaner for the price we paid.
The shower and shower door were inconvenient and flooded into the bathroom but the host was understanding and brought extra towels.
We were charged by the hosts dogs upon coming and going a handful of times, we were mildly worried their small dog would follow us, but since we had experience with dogs we were able to get him to give us space.
Overall the host was very responsive and kind, the place was cozy, and we were in a lovely neighborhood a short walk to downtown.

She is very much respected by me and I appreciate her kindness and just the way she handled things I consider her a friend and the place the cabin in the redwoods was very quiet and clean. I only saw about five people in one day when walking a dog in the other three or four riding a bicycle I will always remember Delma, how she trusted me without question I respect her

Beautiful area, private spacious backyard. Selma was really polite and came out to meet me And walked me to the door, answered any questions I had and there was booklets with surrounding trails, oceans, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, you name it. Very accommodating. I need to look up the incinerator toilet before I got there. If you don’t know what that is look it up.! All and all a great stay!

This place was so good! Exactly the “glamping “ getaway I wanted. Super close to many beautiful county parks. Delma left a lot of helpful info for us. Internet was reliable so we could spend evenings watching our tv shows. I was also able to do a bit of work. It was quiet, cool, cozy, private, and peaceful.
There are a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, tiny French press, and pour-over coffee jug with own mesh.

The tiny home was a nice little get away in the redwoods, despite all the flooding and snags along the way. Delma was a very great and accommodating host who truly cares about her guests. The only bummer was that the previous guests put dirty dishes in the dish rack, so make sure the dishes are clean before you use them. And if you’d like to use the oven, make sure to bring your own baking sheets or casserole dishes. But overall, it was a good adventure.

Delma’s tiny house was the absolute perfect, quiet, peaceful getaway. The tiny house is practically brand new and has everything you’d need. This is an above average glamping experience (remember to bring your own soap for showering and anything else you’d need while camping, like paper towels). This place has a full tiny kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, tons of storage space, air conditioning/heater and a smart tv. The panoramic views of the redwoods was our favorite part about our stay. Once up in the loft with the bed, you’ll have even more gorgeous views of the forest and even a skylight right above you! We woke up to rain on our last day and it was so magical.
Tips: there are stairs outside and inside, so make sure you’re comfortable with that. The incinerator toilet is an interesting experience. Look it up online, it’s really cool. There’s a ton of space inside the gate, which is enclosed with a beautiful fence. Feel free to bring your bicycles or other toys and they’ll be perfectly safe inside the tiny home property. Also, there’s a great country store just down the road. It has everything and anything you’d need. Also yummy breakfast sandwiches made in house. Delma has wonderful lists of all the places you’d be interested in.
If you’re looking for a quiet stay with privacy and gorgeous views, book this place! We will absolutely be back in the future. Thanks again Delma, for such a magical stay- we didn’t want to leave!
