We have 5 acres available to guests that is surrounded by pastures and forest. There is a creek bordering the property that is dry much of the year and flowing in the spring after heavy rains. There are trails to the creek, and a road along the pastures. Wild blackberries grow along the drive in the spring, beauty berries in the summer, and grapes throughout the property. A great off-grid stay with septic, well water, and solar or generated power. We are pet friendly - please contact us to ensure your pets meet our (minimal) requirements. Please clean up after your pet and an additional security deposit may be collected.Nestled halfway between Houston and Dallas, a cozy glamping retreat awaits! Enjoy a renovated 1962 Airstream trailer outfitted with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, shower, queen bed, and wifi. Relax and roast marshmallows around the fire pit, catch a glimpse of deer and other wildlife, or take a nature walk to spy the friendly horses and cattle in the surrounding meadows. 15 minutes from Madisonville and 25 minutes from Crockett. Guest Occupancy Agreement Signature is required. No parties. Features: + Stock tank pool + 1 Queen bed with cozy Yaasa mattress (accessible on one side) + 1 fold-out sofa (not the coziest bed for adults, but can work) + Pack N' Play available upon request + Room darkening roll shades in all bedroom windows + Smart Adjustable thermostat + Flat-screen TV in living space with streaming TV (login to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming accounts) + Covered porch with string lights + Kitchenette with induction cooktop, toaster, microwave, immersion blender, pots, pans, dishes, etc. + Coffee bar - Keurig with starter collection of coffees, teas, cream, sugars, etc. + Available upon request prior to stay: iron and ironing board, crockpot, instant pot + Starlink Wifi + Located in the forest, despite pest control on the unit, pests such as spiders still make their way inside occasionally + Fire pit with grill plate for cooking over a fire and seating + 1 set of luxurious towels per guest. Cute Comfortable Camping

Riveted Retreat 1962 Airstream

I recently rented the Airstream for one night to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was more than amazing!! Emmelyn is so responsive and helpful, and the place itself is so cozy and nice. There was obviously alot of thought that went into it, with the inclusion of things we may have forgotteb like toohbrushes, etc. 11/10, I can’t recommend enough! Such a nice little get away from the city!

Relaxing and Secluded!

Riveted Retreat 1962 Airstream

The property was fantastic and the hosts were super responsive and helpful! We unfortunately got stuck in the mud getting up the driveway (definitely try to go with a 4WD vehicle if you can) but Emmelyn was super fast to respond when we messaged and helped make sure we were taken care of. We opted to park at the end of the driveway by the road, but the area was super remote and we felt safe leaving our car there, and walking the 200 yards or so to the property. Once we were there we had a fantastic weekend relaxing with our new dog. The pool was refreshing, the AC in the Airstream was strong and the property was very relaxing. We’d definitely stay again (but we’d rent an SUV next time around 😂)
