Property has been in family since 1987. The land has a rich history of wild boars and other wildlife. There is a live creek that runs along one of the property lines and is 50 ft deep. Pastures are mowed three times a year and always look beautiful. There is some terrain that is rough and the land has not been traveled. Bring machetes and a compass (We are not a rescue team). The land is ready to be loved by our visitors. The llamas will come to greet you and so will many more things in this wonderful place. We are conveniently located in a secluded area, but just a short drive from many local conveniences. Come enjoy the beautiful landscape and make memories you can treasure forever.

Site two is located outside of the llama pasture. This site has it's own private gate entrance and is unique because it has two separate areas. Part of the site is a grassy area near the gate/pasture to llamas that includes a fire pit, picnic table and grill. The second part of this site sits underneath a canopy of tress draped with lights for an incredible evening vibe where multiple tents , picnic tables, camping tables, etc. will all fit with ease. The Pavilion

Our uniquely designed pavilion features dual covering options to include exposed cedar rafters permitting star gazing in one of four provided Adirondack chairs with attached foot rest. Mild mood lighting is provided with two flickering lanterns. The middle section of this spacious pavilion is covered up top with antique tin and two ceiling fans. This transitory space also includes a propane fire pit continuing the natural cedar theme whilst also providing modern convince. The final section of the covered pavilion features a newly installed commercial grade propane grill with a mini fridge within arms reach. There is also a small sink for washing dishes and hands. There are three additionally lights above the grill. All lights and fans can be easily adjusted at your discretion. Tap water and electricity are also available at the pavilion. There are also picnic tables that can be adjusted to accommodate your parties needs. **And the most fantastic part.. EXCLUSIVE to pavilion rental ONLY access to fully functioning bathrooms is included. Doors are secured and code will be provided upon entry. In keeping with the theme the bathrooms are nestled into an old reconstructed silo. Divided creatively with a women’s, men, and handicapped section. All sections include fully functioning sinks with hand soap and toilet paper provided. At Llama Land we take pride in serving our community and that is reflected in the cleanliness provided. The luxury of this pavilion rental provides the ability to become immersed in nature, grounding yourself whilst also being providing a few modern conveniences that simplify life.

The campsite itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with just the right balance between comfort and nature. Waking up to the fresh air and scenic surroundings was incredibly relaxing. The highlight, of course, was the llamas—they were adorable, friendly, and added such a special touch to the entire stay. Judy was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and clearly passionate about what she’s created. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered helpful tips to make the most of our visit. If you’re looking for something different from a typical camping trip, this is the perfect spot. It’s peaceful, fun, and great for both relaxing and making lasting memories. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone!

The Pavilion
Everything was perfect despite the rain this weekend. This is our 3rd time visiting Llama land ranch and I can’t recommend this place enough for camping. The property now has a pavilion that’s perfect for larger groups, running water, light and new restrooms that were very clean and accessible. We will definitely be back! Judy is the best at accommodating and checking in with us throughout our stay. And of course we adored all the llamas 🦙 ☺️

We rented a RV site at Llama Land. As I was checking out I noticed the add on extras offered and ordered the charcuterie board. Judy met us at the gate and showed us to our location which had plenty of room for the trailer and a fire pit. It wasn't too far from the electric and water but you may want to have an extra electric cord handy, we didn't need ours. After we got set up she arrived with the most adorable charcuterie board! She had made animal shapes with the snacks! We also got a complimentary small bucket of feed. The llamas were amazing and Very friendly. They absolutely know what's in the bucket! What a relaxing time just enjoying nature. If you are lucky Peanut the cat will curl up in your lap for a while and Harry the dog will also check in on you! An overall amazing time!

I loved camping at Llama Land. I went with a group of women for an overnight camp at the pond. It was so beautiful and a much needed break from city life. The host was wonderful and kind. She was also very accommodating to our group. There is an upgraded silo with a bathroom that is quite modern and clean at the front of the property. There are several beautiful camping spots. I am thinking of going back soon with my mom.

The Llama Land Ranch was a fun place to go camping. They are constantly expanding the campsites and now adding showers. Campsites are spaced out enough to make you feel secluded. Judy (the host) was super friendly and would stop to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. There's a friendly cat that will come see you too. Also her dog Harry! What a polite and well mannered dog! I recommend this campground for couples or big families. They have plenty of space there.

Llama Land was definitely a favorite! So peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. Judy was an angel, she made us feel like family, very kind and generous. We caught bass until we were tired of reeling and laughed and played with the llamas until our cheeks hurt! It was perfect! We can’t wait to go back!

It was one of our favorites! We cant wait to go back. So beautiful and relaxing! Judy is an angel, made us feel like family, so generous and kind! We caught fish until we were tired of reeling and loved on the llamas and laughed until our cheeks hurt! It was perfect!

This was our second camping trip to Llama Land, and so happy to be back! We had the place to ourselves, other than the llamas, haha! The kids get to roam, climb trees, feed the llamas, and there was a friendly farm kitty to boot. Be aware that if it’s windy, there’s not much shelter! We will definitely be back.

Came here to celebrate my birthday and is now my favorite by far! Judy was amazing! She stayed on top of communication and even gave us a private tour once we arrived. It rained the day we arrived, but were fortunate enough to have her guidance as to the best spots for setting up camp. Because of the rain no one else booked and we were able to enjoy this private paradise all to ourselves! The Llamas are friendly and wonderful! They will even be out and welcome you on a gray day! I recommend getting the extra feed as it’s an Experience on its own feeding them. There’s also a very sweet cat, Pumpkin, who will follow you around to keep you cozy and safe. Will DEFINITELY be back again!! All my friends intend on coming back and bringing their families as well! The best part is this is only and hour away from Dallas, so it’s great for a weekend getaway! Thank you so much Judy for sharing your Lovely space with us!

My family with 2 very young children came and stayed in January. It wasn’t supposed to rain or be as cold as it ended up being but Mrs Judy made sure we were comfortable and okay. We will most definitely be going back. We not only adored the llamas but Mrs Judy as well. She treated us like her own family!

This was our 3rd time going we weren’t able to stay overnight but the day and the weather were amazing so decided to just have a day of relaxing here at Lama land and it truly never disappoints we had a very peaceful relaxing day :) and pumpkin the cat even took a nap with my wife lol we love it here.

A beautiful property with several camping spots, all seemingly 50 yards apart, so it felt very private, secluded, beautiful sunsets, and the Llamas were a fun thing to do for my son. There were add-on options at checkout for llama feed, smore and hot dog kits, which I felt were all very fairly priced. Check-in was easy and communication was great. Highly recommend!

I didn’t get the chance to meet Judy in person, but she was nothing but responsive and helpful! I only got the Day Pass so i could get a lay for the land and spend some time in nature, and even if I couldn’t stay for long, it was a wonderful and peaceful time. Definitely will be booking a campsite in the future (and buying some food for the llamas!) when the weather warms up a bit, cause I would love to come back and stay for the whole day. PS: the cat wandering the property was an absolute sweetheart. Didn’t expect to make a friend while I was there!

This place is amazing! Our family really really enjoyed it. Helped us setup although we came so late and it was raining. The llamas are so funny. We took so many funny videos and pictures. One of the best time we had. Definitely coming back soon!
