Come hideaway in West Virginia, home to endless outdoor recreation and stunning scenic beauty. Our camp sites are part of my 20-acre family goat/poultry farm and located short distances from the main house along side a small stream. Relax among the deer, wild turkey, eagles and other woodland wildlife. Retreat under star-studded skies and tree canopies. Walk our country roads or hike our small mountain and enjoy the benefits of forest bathing.

If you're a nature lover, we have all the outdoor adventure and relaxation you could want. Swim, hike, bird-watch, go cycling, fish, river-tube/kayak, or simply bask in nature on the hammock. This location is just six miles from the Lost River State park which covers 23 miles of trails providing hours of exercise and an unparalleled opportunity to forest bath. In season, also enjoy an outdoor, spring-fed swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, archery range, badminton, and a game of horseshoes (fees may apply).

The park also offers horseback riding on beautiful guided wooded trails with scenic overlooks and panoramic views (available seasonally). Private riding is available year-round.

Outside of the immediate area and less 25 miles away, you have access to the quaint town of Wardensville with it's organic farm stand and market, from-scratch bakery, glass studio, and more. If you prefer lakes over pools, visit Trout Pond for swimming, kayaking, and fishing - 19 miles away. There's also a number of fishing spots and boat access throughout the area.
