I loved the canvas tent!! I went for memorial day weekend and then went back the next weekend to get in some more hikes and kayaking. The site is beautiful, everything you need is available. Firewood, bathroom, laundry, firepit. The canvas tent has a nice set up inside. Erin was fantastic. Polite and willing to help with anything. I personally didnt need much. Lots of wildlife everywhere. Got a chance to drive to pirates cove which was about an hour drive from the site but it was worth the Kayaking experience. The canvas tent is set up away from the cabins and trailers which meant I got to experience a more secluded weekend. Which was exactly what I wanted. I will be back hopefully soon!!!

So calming and a good place to sleep! We were just spending the night but would be a great place to spend a weekend. Sweet cats greet you, also ducks and chickens. Fridge, microwave, and coffee pot available. Enclosed bathroom with shower and toilet inside. Great little diner down the road! Just be advised there is no signal there or the surrounding area. The wifi works well for the TV but not great for cellphones.

No Trout!

Pros: has two roomy one-person bathrooms that are kept clean and well maintained.
Has a laundry room with towels and blankets etc.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Clean campsite and creek to play in for kids.
Peaceful, quiet area (as long as nearby neighbors are the same)
Well manicured campground, employee came almost daily to clean and check in.
Cons: No trout! The site is heavily marketed towards great fishing, specifically trout. We were excited to catch and eat our supper. Went here in the fall '25, which fall is a great time of year to trout fish. When we got there, signs indicated that it is a paylake and that it is catch and release only (also surprised that you'd have to pay to fish at a campsite you're already paying for). We asked an employee because we were confused. She said all the trout had died, there were no trout in the pond anymore, and that she would let us fish for free because of that. My husband fished several times in the week and only caught one very small bass fish. What a disappointment for anyone looking forward to trout fishing. You shouldn't be allowed to list great trout fishing and stocked lake on your website and pamphlet if this isn't true.
Only one of the bathrooms heaters work, which was a needed amenity in the cold weather.
Sites are a little closer together than we would have preferred.

Cabin #3 Francis - Family Bunkhouse
My friends and I had a great time at Cabin 3! The hosts were quick to respond to our inquiries, and the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin can comfortably fit more than four people and still has plenty of space to move around. Both the indoor and outdoor bathrooms were clean. It’s the best place to relax, unwind, and enjoy good company. Highly recommend!

As a newbie to car camping, Camp Holly was exactly what I was looking for. Nestled in the mountains, my site #4 was perfect and had a nice little path down the bank to the creek. The pond is well maintained and there's a great hiking trail up the hill that my dog and I enjoyed. Firewood was readily available with carts to haul it the short walk back to campsite. The sites were clean and well cared for and if there was any drawback, it might be the noise of motorcycles and trucks from Rte 20 at time. (FYI bikers - WVA 15 from Flatwood to Diana and loop back north on 20 would be an amazing ride, but yeah, what part of WVa isn't?) The noise didn't bother me other than "made you look" reaction. I only mention it because it may be annoying to some. I got tired of my camp food so the last night I ordered out from the diner up the road - not to disappoint it was good old home cooked food and the owner was super friendly. Last but not least, the bath house was immaculate and was cleaned daily. I think you'll enjoy your stay at Camp Holly and highly recommend it.

This was a fantastic little camp site!! Nice and secluded but still close enough to take advantage of the exceptionally nice bath house. The host was extremely welcoming and we could not have asked for a better stay!!

Just what we needed! The cabin was well stocked and tidy, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. Our group booked a tent site and a cabin. The kids swam in the pond all day! We kayaked and used paddle boards. The stream behind us was so peaceful and we even hung out and kept cool in it. The sites are well shaded so we weren’t too hot. There is a local general store within walking distance that has just about anything you forgot! We are hoping to come back next year.

Had a great time tent camping at Camp Holly! Nice and cozy campground, Xavier was a very accommodating host. Also, the bath house was very well kept. Didn't get a chance to fish this time but the pond is clean and well stocked. Saw quite a few people catching fish consistently. Definitely will be back for another long weekend getaway!!

Site 17 - Pondside Confluence Campsites
Overall, it was a good experience but the sites were pretty close and didn’t have much privacy. We loved the ability to shower and have eggs the next morning. We wished the market was open in the morning or someone was available. We payed for wood and took two pieces but again no one was around to tell us how much we should take or have. We paid for fishing but the pole wasn’t working and no one was there to talk about the problem.
My boys still loved feeding the fish in the pond and finding skinks. We would return but be more assertive when someone came around. They were super kind when we did see them.

What a treasure Camp Holly was. Found the spot for a weekend girls camping trip. There were chickens running free, goats running around and kayaks and canoes available. It was such a cute little spot.
Kylee, the host, was phenomenal. So hospitable. I don’t know if the weekend would have been so great if not for her. Can’t wait to go back next year with the younger kiddos to enjoy the property more. And of course, visit our girl Kylee (and Emma, of course!!)

This is a nice hipcamp with a heated bath house - there are 4 complete bathrooms with showers. We had full hook up for our small camper. There is a pond. Upon entering the site, we were met by the host who directed us to our site and was helpful with providing necessary information. We camped here for one night on a weekday in early October. There was significant road noise as log trucks were working hard to get as many loads as possible before winter.

The tent was far from glamp😞
Needs lots of work to be considered glamping !
But I did move over to there A frame cabin, and that was sufficient.

This place is am absolute gem! 10 out of 10. A creek, a pond, on site hiking trails. There are goats, chickens, and a really cool duck. Sites are spacious and well thought out. The vibe is top notch. Zave knows how to be a great host. Thank you for sharing Zave. If you are ever in PA Grand Canyon country, I'd love to return the favor.

We had a great time at Camp Holly. There was a lot to do to keep everyone busy, from canoeing to fishing to feeding the animals to simply relaxing by the fire. The kids were sad to leave, so that should explain how much fun it was!
