This campground was, probably, the most scenic of my whole experience. The hosts were very friendly, they left us a bunch of dried food so we could feed the alpacas. These animals are amazing! We were traveling with a kid, she was so happy she can walk around the alpacas. Overall, this is a great choice if you are looking for a campground around, absolutely worth it!

My family and I enjoyed our trip here. We were greated like family then offered to meet the animals which was very nice our kids really liked that. Our campsite was on top of a hill over looking farm land we had cows roaming near by my wife loves cows so that made her whole trip. We were referred to a local place Waltz creamery and farm cafe let me tell you 10/10 breakfast! I liked that were away from everything but only 25ish minutes from two cities with everything you may need.

Beautiful Mountain top location! Incredible views all around, with a delightful sunrise. Richard was really friendly and accommodating, I will definitely be camping here again. Thank you Richard!
It was simply magic camping here. We stayed at the site closer to the cows and the views from there are amazing. There is a little wooded area where we hang our hammocks and I probably took the best nap of my life there. Our kids had a lot of fun playing with the chickens, dogs and Alpacas. The family that hosted us are genuinely amazing. Richard was very helpful and made our stay seem like we were just visiting our friends (thanks for the salt and pepper again!)
I highly recommend staying here. This is heaven in this area. Go to relax and reconnect with Nature. You won’t regret.
Amazing stay! Beautiful views and super nice host
I had a relaxing time staying on the farm. The camp site is situated along a relatively quiet county road surrounded by pasture and fields. Although the site is on the crest of a hill, and exposed on three sides, it still felt private because the closest farm house is far down hill, separated by a large cow pasture. A line of trees provided ample shade in the afternoon. The camp hosts are friendly and thoughtful. I had a great time touring their farm and chatting with the family. They provided a huge barrel of dry firewood, a special touch I haven’t found at other Hip Camp properties. I would definitely stay at Fairhawk Alpaca Farm again!

We absolutely loved camping here and will try to be back whenever we can. It's hard to imagine more hospitable and accomodating hosts, and a more serene, fun location, including some alpaca friends :)
This camp, and the hosts blew us away. The camp site(s) have gorgeous views of the hillside in a pristine farm environment. Brian and Rachel are gifted hosts and absolutely went above and beyond to make us and our 2 young children feel welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer...and would considering staying again if we are ever in the area!!
The alpaca site is clean and really fun, the herd is hilarious and enjoyable. The field site is in a little tree grove at the top of a hill with cows frazing nearby. The field is where we stayed and there was a bed of woodchips for our tent and the best firewood ever was provided by Brian...we didnt even need firestarters!
