- Our tent sites are rustic with NO electric or running water. We allow responsible use of the stream for cleaning. Please bring along potable water. Cabins have electric, but no indoor plumbing. Porta-Johns are available throughout the grounds. Cabins have a rustic outdoor shower available MID May- MID October. Please inquire for camper vans and pop ups.
- FIREWOOD: We have firewood for sale for $7 per crate. You can pick and crate your wood at the wood pile on the grounds at your convenience. Please bring cash if possible or get in touch at the end of your stay to pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
-We have a variety of wildlife in the area, including BLACK BEARS. Please follow 'Leave No Trace' protocols and be mindful of trash and food throughout your stay. Keep your coolers in your vehicles and take garbage to the dumpster frequently. We have a dumpster available to you on the grounds.
-Check in is contactless. Upon booking, you will receive directions to your site.
**If you would like to stay for one night during the week or one night on a weekend during November-April, please get in touch and I can adjust the booking specifications. Otherwise, weekends are typically a two night minimum mid May through October. Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend are a three night minimum.**

Outside, there is a grill for enjoying meals outdoors. We have two kayaks for your enjoyment and there is a beach access location down the street.
We have one private bedroom and one private studio optional bedroom, each with a brand-new full-size memory foam bed and a pillow top mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The living room includes a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests comfortably, sleeping up to 6 people total and 8 if you inflate the air mattress.
Water supply:
We rely on a private well and holding tank for water, we are on a city sewer line but not city water. The system is fully functional but limited in capacity. We kindly ask guests to conserve water during your stay — take short (hot) showers and avoid excessive water use. Bottle spring water is available at the property for your enjoyment. There is no laundry onsite. Conserve, conserve! Toilet is on a city sewer line and is gravity flushed.
You’re just a block from the lake with kayak and swim access. Plus, the cabin is conveniently close to Misericordia University, Wilkes University, King’s College, wedding venues, Mohegan Sun Casino, and beautiful hiking spots like Ricketts Glen Falls.

Our property consists of 20 acres of the beautiful Blue Mountain. At the Lookout you can see for 40 Miles across the valley below. With views from Allentown, Lyons and Reading. The area with the view is a shared area for both sites. Feel free to use the fire ring while you sit and watch the evening sky. It is breathtaking at night.
At the bottom of the mountain there is a Gunclub with a shooting range and you will hear shooting from the property. Please note it is far away and there is no danger
Our property is mostly the mountain side. But with an area that is flat for tent camping. The property is close to Route 309 but there is a camping area away from the road. Our land is next to the road and you will hear some road noise.
We are next to National Parks land which also consists of the Appalachian Trail and also against the Pennsylvania Game Lands. You can walk up the street or trail to Thunderhead Lodge Restaurant. Leaser lake is a short drive if you like fishing or kayaking. The Wanamakers Store is a unique place to visit with amazing sandwiches. The Wanamakers and Kemton railroad is close by for a weekend train ride. Bear Rock Junction is close by for mini golf and ice cream. Eight Oaks Distillery is only a few minutes away. Several wineries and antique shops as well.
You may also see Appalachian Trail Thru Hikers come thru our property to stay at the hostel. Please welcome our hikers as they come to rest their weary bodies. Welcome to the Lookout. We have made many improvements to our land but also try to maintain the beauty it is. We plan to keep upgrading our property.
We plan to use the land for Recreational activites. We have a Hiker Hostel in the Building. The Building was previously the Blue Mountain Lookout Restaurant but has been neglected for approximately 20 years. We are trying to restore the property to bring it back to life.

Sixty acres of magical trees, a one acre pond, and a three acre field. From the road there is a two hundred foot elevation gain to the top of the hill. Along the way are several hundred feet of rock ledges, caves, and critters. Most of the land is sloping, but the hilltop is flat as a table, with prehistoric-looking ferns under a dense canopy of mature trees.
The campsites are ultra secluded- about a quarter mile apart from each other. All sites include a fire pit, cooking grate, picnic table, and sites 2&3 have platforms.
Camp ONE: is on the top of the hill, and a small car can be driven to within 150 feet of it. It is pretty flat, and surrounded by blackberry bushes, ferns, and trees.
Camp TWO: is on a bluff overlooking a picturesque swamp, filled with hemlock trees and ferns. This site can not be driven to with anything less than a high clearance SUV (ie- jeep wrangler), so I consider it a hike in site. It is under a ten minute walk from the pond and parking lot, but the view and feel is worth it. (It has been brought to our attention that there is occasionally a group riding atvs on a neighboring property that are audible from this site. We have no control over what time it happens, so please keep this in mind)
Camp THREE: is accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle, something at least as high as an SUV. It is the closest to the house and pond, but still far enough to feel secluded and completely private. If you choose to walk there, it’s only a couple minutes from the parking area.
Throughout the property, there are many quiet places to hang out, flat spots to do yoga, trails to explore, and fishing and swimming in the beautiful pond. We are also just ten minutes from the Upper Delaware River, and all it has to offer.

Welcome to Forks Farm Campground! Forks Farm is an 86 acre farm located in Fishing Creek, Columbia County, Pennsylvania. The grass and timber farm is nestled along Huntington Creek at the base of a south-facing slope with beautiful views of Knob Mountain and Huntington Mountains to the south.
There is a fire pit, picnic tables, a swimming hole, wooded campsites, fishing, Josiah Hess Covered Bridge, an outhouse, and an open area for recreational use. Please remember we are a working farm. All fences are electric. Please DO NOT TOUCH or go inside a fenced area without a farmer accompanying you. Pack it in, pack it out. You are responsible for removing your own trash and recyclables.
The farm store is open 24/7 for self-service. Please record your purchases in the notebook on the counter and leave payment (cash or check is preferred, but you can use Venmo) in the money box on the counter. If you need assistance with a purchase (Forks Farm grass-fed meats for the grill), let us know.
Forks Farm Market has been providing the community with locally produced foods every 2nd and 4th Saturday, May - December, for thirty years and has established itself as the area's first and only on-farm, producer-only farm market offering the local community chemical-free, pasture-raised meats, dairy, and farmstead cheese in addition to a wide variety of locally produced foods, fiber, and crafts from over twenty vendors.
The campground is easily accessed from the Bloomsburg exit of Interstate 80, ten miles north on SR 487, and 1.5 miles east of Forks on Winding Road. The nearest major town is Bloomsburg, 10 miles to the south, and both Philadelphia and New York City are within a 3-hour drive.

Our second stay at Forks Game Farm Campground was just as amazing as the first! The campsite is perfect for large family gatherings and group camping. Everything is well organized, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.
The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the convenience of the 24/7 camp store—it had everything we needed at any time.
Thank you for keeping such a wonderful campground full of fun and great memories. We had another fantastic visit and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

We loved staying with Adam and Karen for our first Hipcamp experience My husband and I have been camping together for 24 years(tent and camper) and decided to upgrade to the ‘Glamping’ add on. Adam had everything set up exactly the way that we would have set it up for ourselves. It was picture perfect and we were able to use the wagon provided to bring what we brought up in one trip! We did run in to Adam later that day and had a wonderful conversation. He was extremely accommodating, answered our questions and also respected our time, privacy and space for the remainder of our stay. The outhouse and shower areas were clean and easily accessible. We would recommend site #2 for any couple looking to have a peaceful adventure together. Thanks so much Adam and Karen. We will definitely be back to relax and rejuvenate soon!

We had some pretty intense weather and they made sure to alert us and make certain we were safe. Would love to camp here again. My friends and i had an amazing weekend at the property and surrounding town. Very much recommend to true nature lovers that look for a more serene and private campground. ! Eric's property was an absolute dream and the hosts could not be more friendly between eric, lewis and the friendly goats at the entrance. we thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility that the property offered and the beautiful scenery on site as well as nearby at the water gap!

Absolute gem of a place. Perfect for our group of 4 families: 8 adults, 9 kids. Spacious, private, quiet, super cute market with everything you need, tons of firewood, clean privy. The stream kept us cool and entertained with rocks to toss and ambient sounds to fall asleep to. We will absolutely be returning!

We spent the weekend at The Retreat at Bear Creek site and had a fantastic time! The area was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. I loved sitting in the hammock reading my book and listening to the sound of the creek. My kids had the time of their lives clambering through the creek and we all loved floating under the waterfalls, even though the water was freezing! A few minutes of cold was worth it for such a fun experience! The trails around the site were well marked and accessible, and I particularly liked the laminated map made available. Scott was very helpful, friendly, and informative. The site felt really private, which was a nice change from other campsites we’ve gone too. We will certainly be back and I would absolutely recommend this site to others!

Simply incredible! We loved Camp Dietrich. Quiet, beautiful, NO TICKS or MOSQUITOS. Beautiful area to explore and play in. Swimming by the waterfalls was breathtaking. The hosts were so gracious too!

What a wonderful weekend on the farm!
We experienced the joys of camping in nature, but with some luxuries you won’t find in tent camping. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. We loved that you could walk right out of the cabin to a very large, fully covered deck with a picnic table and a long thin table/bench to prepare food, etc. Right behind the cabin and deck is a peaceful creek that helped us cool down after unpacking all of our belongings. Our daughter loved being able to go searching for the goats and was thrilled with her daily visits from the friendly barn cat, Mousakka. Our host was warm, welcoming and informative, giving us a thorough tour of the farm and answering any questions we had. There were clean bathrooms and hot showers in the building next to us. Cooking and cleaning was easy with the fire pit and outdoor sink. We really couldn’t have asked for a better camping experience and we hope to be back next year!

My group and I LOVED this spot, we were talking about how great our time was even after we left. We live 6 hours away and are planning a trip back here and camping at this spot again in a few months with another group. The views were beautiful and the directions were easy. We pulled up to the farm shop and the host led us down to the camp site from there, an open field across the street that was easy to drive through. He only lets one group of campers at a time, so it's completely private in the field and you can choose any of the multiple spots along the river. The host had great vibes and was very inviting even as we got to the spot so late at night, he still prepared a bonfire for us to pull up to. The farm store is 24/7 and runs on good faith, so you can walk there for necessities during the night and leave money at the counter so it's an easy experience. There's no issue with noise due to it being so far in the woods.

My husband and I loved staying at the cubby with our dog Maggie! We loved that it was off to itself, felt private! The state parks being in the area was also nice! I highly recommend this stay!
