Late Spring Weekend Visit
16 ft travel trailer · With pets · We had a great weekend here with our two dogs and our teardrop camper. The amenities were as described in the listing. (Electric hook up, water available a very short walk away, no bathroom.) Thomas was very helpful, chill, and personable!
The winery property was extremely busy both days we were there with a local dance company hosting their spring show at the performance stage on the other side of the property. We could hear the music, but even with the hundreds of people just a few hundred yards away, we felt tucked away in our little grassy corner, and we were still able to eat a couple of meals on the patio of the restaurant where there is an amazing view of the vineyard and the rolling hills in the distance. Both morning, we could hear turkeys gobbling in the trees not far off.
We did some hiking at nearby Shikellamy State Park m, and I squeezed in a nice, scenic, and hilly run down the back roads surrounding the winery. A great, relaxing stay in a beautiful location.
