Spyglass Ridge Winery

We had a great weekend here with our two dogs and our teardrop camper. The amenities were as described in the listing. (Electric hook up, water available a very short walk away, no bathroom.) Thomas was very helpful, chill, and personable! The winery property was extremely busy both days we were there with a local dance company hosting their spring show at the performance stage on the other side of the property. We could hear the music, but even with the hundreds of people just a few hundred yards away, we felt tucked away in our little grassy corner, and we were still able to eat a couple of meals on the patio of the restaurant where there is an amazing view of the vineyard and the rolling hills in the distance. Both morning, we could hear turkeys gobbling in the trees not far off. We did some hiking at nearby Shikellamy State Park m, and I squeezed in a nice, scenic, and hilly run down the back roads surrounding the winery. A great, relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

I absolutely love this place, this is the second time I’ve stayed here, the host and his wife are amazing, the view is beautiful, the food and atmosphere, if you go please make sure to try their hard soda! Make sure you stay here! We will be back for sure!

We had a great experience staying at Spyglass! Thomas was fantastic, we rolled in very last minute, not to mention in a new-to-us camper we had never slept in before :) He was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely beautiful vineyard and we will definitely be back to enjoy the wine and restaurant!

Scott was wonderful and found me when he got to the property to confirm where I should park. I expected assigned sites and that was not the case, it seemed like a "park whenever you fit" situation, first come-first served. I booked this site so I would be close to Knoebels as we were going 6pm to 10pm and then returning to the site. It was perfect for that, but I would not have enjoyed actually trying to camp here. No privacy, no fire rings, no picnic tables, no actual sites. For what I needed it was perfect but it's not a campsite. The views were incredible and the property was beautiful.

This is beautiful country! The views from the vineyard were great. It was nice to have electrify and we enjoyed going to the restaurant for dinner. We would definitely recommend this location.

I had a great one night stay at Spyglass Ridge. It was a beautiful property and I had plenty of space in the boondocking area. It’s real convenient to have the restaurant right there and everyone was super friendly. They had a Brett Michaels concert scheduled for the night I was leaving and it was cool watching the start of the transition to a concert venue. A really great experience.

We stopped here as our half way point to our destination. We were here for less than 12 hours! We were so pleasantly surprised at this beautiful place! We are looking forward to getting an event schedule so we can come to see a show at this beautiful venue!

Beautiful spot! We stoped in on our way to New York and definitely want to come back and spend a weekend. Thomas was awesome with our late check in and coming to help us get situated. We even got to see the rocket that was launched as we pulled in. An extra bonus. Definitely recommend staying here.

Dream Camping Night

First time camping EVER and this was an amazing location! Cool winery on a stunning property. Mostly RVs, but because I was tenting I got to set up wherever I wanted! I got to set up near the pond and listen to the frogs all night. Clear, beautiful skies and fireflies at night. It was such a dream. And my dog was the happiest she’s been in a while!

A hidden gem. Beautiful owners and staff. The wine ciders are so delicious, as is the food. We hope to come back for a concert and just some weekend getaways and good energies. Thomas was extremely accommodating as it was sooo hot. We had electric, water and sewage. I believe most people boondock, but thankfully we didn’t have to. The restaurant and winery was fantastic.

Camping Site 3 at Spyglass Winery was beautiful, perfect for our teardrop trailer. If your are tent a camper or a small rv this site is for you. The view is beautiful.

Beautiful venue! This is our second stay here and we will stay again. We were able to enjoy the food and wine this trip and we were not disappointed! Everyone was friendly and helpful, easy hookup, food and wine were fantastic. The view alone is worth the stop.

My dog and I absolutely loved this site!! Site was kept immaculate, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious! I’d highly recommend camping here if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful and beautiful camping spot. I will def be returning if not later this season then definitely next year

Site 4 - Tent & RV

We had a great time at Spyglass and Thomas was an excellent host. He was very accomodating and found us the best spot for our stay, which included ample electrical hookup down near the pond and event stage. The restaurant at the winery is absolutely fantastic... gorgeous post and beam contruction with excellent food and drinks and great service. Lots of birds and a Bald Eagle that circled overhead regularly. Awesome! State parks nearby with hiking, great views, etc. We'll return someday
