Circa 1954 an old fishing camp unforgettable memories the way the keys used to be the good old times and memories fortunately I still preserve some of that nostalgic era , however, it’s changed for better or for worst .. but still hold the same charm.. I’m fortunate to manage it and continue with the same old traditions. We are excited to have you learn more about our beautiful Bayside Beach Camp and sunsets in Key Largo, Florida. Located just 1 hour from Miami, and 2 hours from Key West, you will find the amazing beautiful Florida Keys within your reach. Situated on the Florida Bay you will quickly come to appreciate and enjoy the incredible beauty that surrounds you at Bayside Beach Camp and Sunsets As our guest, you will enjoy beautiful amenities, a private sandy beach fishing pier and kayak rentals great trails to cruise along the shoreline, direct access to the Florida Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and a short ride away from the Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to year-round sunny skies, makes for an amazing weekend escape, holiday vacation getaway or seasonal extended stay. While nature may have provided the perfect sunsets and fishing adventures it makes it possible for you to enjoy it from your own coach, back-in site or pull thru partially shaded Surrounded by tranquil and peaceful old native trees and abundance of wildlife.

Leave the chairs and umbrellas and Fire Pit ring/grill as found ! *Pets friendly, however, subjects to strict camp rules, that must be read and respected . Check-in after 3:00 pm Checkout before 11:00 am Pets owners Dear camper as much as I love dogs the following rules and conditions …... ! We allowed dogs 🐶, strict rules! If traveling with pets 🐕 it’s ok we love small dogs however !! Your pets must stay at your site at all times or inside your Rv. !! “ they’re Not allowed on the beach area, piers, docks, backyard or playgrounds, Cabin, the residence or gardens ". ( At your site ONLY ) We love and welcome all furry friends ! *Except the following breeds Unfortunately not allowed due to insurance reasons, this breed are not allowed, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Wolf Hybrids and German Shepherds or others dogs that might be a thread, harass the wildlife or other guests. If your dog is prone to being aggressive, we may ask you to leave the property in respect, safety and consideration to other guests. All dogs 🐕 must be kept on a leash no longer than 6’ feet and under the owner's supervision at all times, you are required to bag your pet’s waste and clean after your dog 🐶 and dispose waste in proper way. “NO BARKING" respect others guests and wild life” If your dog barks constantly while you are out, our office will contact you and if barking continues you may be ask to leave in respect to other guests and campers. This site is a pull thru, back-up suitable for large rigs. Partially shaded ! 3- The south site accommodate class A,B,C motorhomes or camper vans drive-in 🚐 up to 39’ travel trailers up to 30’ back-up, pull-in and 5th wheels up to 39’ back-in (depending your driving skills and experience remember it’s a back-up site ! electric 50/30/20 potable water, sewer, picnic table/umbrella and chairs, fire ring, bbq grill Shaded site. "Beach Site" 4- The beachside site, water/30 amp electric (no sewer), dump station nearby campers no larger than 26’ Rv class C or B FYI $195 daily. Note *Screen enclosure at this site is not permitted nor tents ⛺️ Or cabanas ( this site is not always available ) NOTED privacy might be compromised cus is next to the beach and fishing piers. NOTE ! We don’t allow tent ⛺️, nor sharing sites. RVs Must be a Certified and self contained unit !!! “Meaning equipped with full bathroom" NO bathhouse facilities available. NO exterior shower or enclosure, one small screen enclosure permitted….. Not a tent ⛺️ No WiFi 😏 Additional guests $15 daily Additional parking $15 daily Important to know ! Be aware of Hurricane season from June 1ST through November 30TH Our cancellation policy applies the same during hurricane season unless mandatory evacuation for tourists has been issued for Monroe County or you live in an area that has been directly impacted by a named storm. Available sites 1- North site accommodate up to 40’ rig grass/gravel some leveling depending the RV size, potable water, electric 50/30/20 amp and sewer; drive through! * no Wi-Fi. 2- South site back-up or pull-in accommodate RVs up to 39’ class A, B,C, drive in. 5th wheel’s up to 39’ ( must be a good chauffeur to back-up to this site; travel trailer up to 32’ leveled concrete site full shade picnic table firering grill, potable water, electric 30/50/20 amp and sewer. 4- The beachside site $195 daily water/ electric no sewer, * small Rv only C or B back-up or pull-in Not as private, cus it’s next to the beach and fishing access sites area. Note Screen enclosure not allowed at this site nor tents! ⛺️ ( limited availability ) Additional guests after 4 $10 daily. Extra vehicles /trailer parking $15 daily. The Great and Good

Jack is a polite host with a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. There's no "good and bad" in this review, but there is "great" and "less than great". The great: Anyone that has stayed in the Keys knows that space is tight -- it's hard to find a private section of beach (and there's a dock!) while camping in an RV. The property itself is gorgeous, well maintained, and the sunsets are more beautiful than any photo. There's an abundance of sea life and sponges in the waters around the docs, which were just a short walk from the site. Jack kindly allowed us to use our Starlink on the doc and work from the ample, comfy furniture he supplies along the bay beach. We also enjoyed his list of recommendations -- the Fish House and Key Largo Fisheries were our favorites. For snorkle tours, check out Silent World -- it was a trip highlight. The less-than-great: 1- If you have a bigger rig and are a novice or intermediate operator, coordinate with the host -- they will help! My advice (I have a 28ft toy hauler): don't pull through the gates, back your rig from the road down the driveway into your spot. 2-The rules for dogs on the property are strict, but fair. There are 3 camp sites very close to each other, an air bnb, and a dry camp site on the beach that necessitate the host rules. I do not enjoy campgrounds and this property is not that, but there are a lot of people staying in close proximity at any given time. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

This was a unique camping experience a very short distance away from the hustle and bustle of The Keys. If you like quiet and serene in the evening and morning's, than this is the place for you. The spot was equipped with a picnic table, hung party lights, electric, water and sewer hook up. MInutes away from great dining and about 3 hours from Mile 0 in Key West

The location of the place is very nice and safe. My husband and I love to sit by the dock and just enjoy the weather and also the peace and quietness of the place. We walked around the neighborhood as well and people are very nice and polite. Captain Jack is very responsive to inquiries. He is very helpful in providing us option how to explore the keys.

A very peaceful, private spot in The Keys. I can’t think of any campground in the area where you can feel like you’re away from the crowds that visit at this time of year. Quiet. Close to John Pennekamp Park. Nice and warm when the rest of FL turned frigid.

So peaceful and beautiful. Nice little beach. Of course there are weeds and some rocks, it is the Keys. But both of these provide a place for the fish and other aquatic creatures to live. We went snorkeling one day and watched the fish swim under us. We also used our paddle boards to enjoy some of the coast line. Jack and his family are friendly and I thank them for sharing their slice of paradise with us. We will be back in January.

So close to the water, lovely swimming, kayaks available, private (only 2 campsites), quiet, lots of shade, beautiful sunsets, great location to explore the upper keys, nice neighborhood to walk around in.

This property was very peaceful and calming. I was able to put my kayak on the private beach and go out at my leisure. Fish on the private dock. And my campsite was rather private with nice lights and a beautiful fire ring. I also felt secure with the closed gate. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway.

Jack’s place is beautiful! My family planned on spending 4 nights there that turned into 6 nights after having truck problems and not being able to leave. Jack was very accommodating and there’s no better place to get stuck. The kids had a blast fishing off the dock, snorkeling and seeing all kinds of wildlife. Very quiet area and having full hook ups was a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again if ever in Key Largo!

Jack has a great setup and was helpful upon arrival. We loved being on the water and our kids enjoyed the yard to play in. Being from the East Coast of FL, we especially enjoyed the amazing sunset spot. Thanks for sharing your place with us! We hope to be back soon.

We found Jack’s place at Bayside Beach camp through an internet search. Living in Australia and going on our adventure we were basically relying on reviews. Bayside Beach Camp reviews were outstanding so we followed our dreams, ending our trip by staying four nights. What a wonderful experience. Jack and his family were so obliging and accommodated a couple of Aussies with open arms. Tranquil, beautiful, relaxing and a memorable visit. Highly recommend Bayside Beach Camp. Jack accommodated me for a last-minute reservation on an impulse trip to the Keys in emotional preparation for a major life event. Jack was kind, and communicative and respected my space and privacy while being responsive and considerate of my needs during my time there. The grounds were beautiful; Jack sent me a list of favorite restaurants and recommendations in the area. Really beautiful, peaceful and safe place to be.

We loved everything about this spot!! Jack is the most welcoming and helpful host. He has a very lovely family. Our camp site was very private with a wonderful wooded area to have fires, make dinners or just relax. We loved having a private beach area and fishing off the dock. Our children enjoyed looking for shells and starfish and we got good use out of our paddle board and kayak. There are many restaurants within biking distance, and had beautiful dinner views thanks to our host suggestions. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back ourselves!

We had a Wonderful time staying here! We brought our 31’ travel trailer with 2 slide outs and though I was nervous, we got in there and it worked perfectly! Jack was very helpful and informative. We have 2 children who immensely enjoyed the back yard/beach/pier area and made quick, hopefully life long friends with Jack’s. They went out of their way for the kids and we genuinely appreciate them sharing their little slice of paradise with us. The space we had already had chairs and a picnic table with umbrella, a fire pit with grill top, and even lights strung up! Fenced and gated entry so it felt secure and private between that and the foliage. Beautiful sunsets where you can hear live music echo across the water on the weekends! We hope to come back one day. Thank you Jack and family. May God bless you in life ❤️

We loved staying on Jack’s Bayside Beach camp! His beautiful property has it all! The property is gated, private and very peaceful! You can fish off the dock or just relax on the beach. Jack was very welcoming and extremely helpful! Paradise was found, we didn’t want to leave! We’re definitely looking forward to coming back again! Thanks Jack, you and your priceless property are the best!!!

We loved camping on Jacks property! It is PARADISE! It has a dock to fish off of and you really do catch fish!!! A beautiful, white sand beach to relax on. The sunsets are priceless! Jack was the most gracious host! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much Jack for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!!!

What an awesome gem of a spot!!! I initially was going to go with a campground but as it was our first time in the keys I didn’t realize it was peak season. I found Jacks camp and my goodness I lucked out, I’d stay here over a crowded RV camp every time! Private, on the water, lovely, in walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants and activities. Book this spot you won’t regret it.

Captain Jack has a beautiful slice of paradise in the Florida Keys. Plenty of private space, beautiful shared space, and a really great vibe. Would definitely stop again to explore Key Largo and Southern Florida.

If you're thinking about booking here, just do it!! Captain Jack's place is absolutely amazing. This gated property has lovely trees which offer privacy and the private beach and dock are incredible! Full hookups are also a huge plus. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed getting to fish from the dock and watching sunsets looking out over the water. It's a great launching point for exploring the rest of the Keys. Captain Jack and his family were very friendly and welcoming!! We can't wait to come back!!

I loved the spot with our 30 feet RV from Cruise America. Full hook up provided. Everything working perfectly. Really nice host who took care of us. Even helped us out with a rubber seal. Jack gave great recommendations for things to do around.
