The historic city of Deland is only a short distance away, with an outdoor market every Friday night. There are great places to eat, to get a drink, or to hear live music.

Such a great spot! We loved staying here, it was perfect location really close to downtown DeLand but also enough space to enjoy the property with the gorgeous low hanging trees and adorable animals. The Gypsy itself had what you needed and more for a small space. You can tell it was designed well. And the futon itself was comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
This was a great spot to camp for the night, and so fun in the morning! Goats, chickens, a donkey and pig. All were super friendly and looking for scratches. Bought some farm fresh eggs which were excellent. The bathroom was well kept and the shower had the expected hot water when you needed it, plus the host provides some nice body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Since we were up in the area working on the beach. The bathroom was an important part of our stay. Electric was easy to hook up to. We came in a van; no interior shower, home build. It was easy to park and find our way onto the property. Both hosts are very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. In fact, so much we will definitely be back. Fun concept, lovely folks, hosts and guests, and if it had not been raining I’m sure we would have all been chilling by the sweet fire pit they have set up. Recommend highly!
I absolutely love this place! It’s our favorite spot when we go to Daytona. The hosts are so nice and the goats and the pig named Dixiebell are so friendly. It’s so peaceful. Very well kept the bathhouse is excellent. I highly recommend

Awesome farm and really cool people. They are true animal heroes. And the place was super cute.
We had a great stay at Kathryn’s property! She was incredibly kind, checked in on us each day, and made us feel very welcome. The animals were so sweet and were a highlight of our trip.
The only issue we had was due to our own inexperience with tent camping during a heavy rainstorm. When our gear got soaked, Kathryn kindly offered us her cottage for a very reasonable fee, which we were very grateful for. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the springs and plenty of nearby restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially for RV travelers!

Animals were adorable. Loved the access to a shower. However, it’s right off a busy road and there were people driving by and revving their engines all night. Also a lot of guests in and out during our two day stay. It just felt like a lot of foot traffic for something that I was expecting to be more private. Eggs are so good tho.

The perfect little spot. How lovely to wake up and be greeted by the animals. We loved the goats, the donkey, the turkey. And Mike & Kathy were the sweetest. Most definitely recommend.
What a cute little place! If I didn't have an RV I would certainly take advantage of their cabin or gypsy trailer. The animals are amazing - all named and wonderfully cared for. I was disappointed on not getting a full dozen fresh eggs (can't make a hen lay lol), but was rewarded with an extra bar of goat soap that is heavenly. If it wasn't 15 minutes from my house I'd stay there again!!! Definitely worth it - you'd never know there was a highway "right around the corner"! A little challenging to back onto the property because the road is narrow. Since it was so close to home, I scoped it out the day before.
We stayed in the Gypsy and loved it. Very comfortable and equipped well. Views from the windows of the Gypsy are like looking at a painting. The hosts, Kathy and her husband, are wonderful. She introduced us to all the very friendly animals. The property is very relaxing and beautiful. Love the hanging trees and all the shade. We sat outside in the evening and watched the animals. In the morning it was fun to watch the baby goats run around and they came up to say hello. Chickens are free roaming and so wonderful. If you love animals you have to stay here. The location had been on our list to try and so glad we did.
Lovely time as always. Was a full campground that weekend and it didn't feel crowded everyone was very nice and as usual the hosts are very gracious and friendly. My girlfriend got to hold a baby chicken. I'm leaving a review

I love staying here. I was warmly greeted by Jacksonville - the guard dog is awesome. Its one of my favorite HC - the barnyard Roosters, goats, pig, roaming turkey's and more. When I'm in DeLand its my favorite place to stay.
Amazing atmosphere and such a beautiful property! Waking up in the morning to goats, chickens, a donkey, and a pig freely grazing around the property was an unforgettable experience. Being able to play with them and pet them made the stay feel so peaceful and special. 10/10 would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

The site was easy to access, quiet, yet close to downtown Deland. The area was charming with all animals, in addition Kathryn and Mike were quite polite and nice. Looking forward to staying there again in the future

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the farm. The animals are all incredibly content and very well cared for. Many of the goats and chickens would come right up to our site for a visit. It was the perfect quick escape. It’s also very convenient to downtown Deland and some very nice restaurants.

Its a really cute spot. Chill and close to everything. So great for kids because of the animals. We had a great time there.

The campground was very nice and the hosts were really nice, great experience, and i loved the scenery. ten out of ten
It was definitely a cool experience. Although I would not recommend it to people that don’t like farms. Because that’s exactly what it is. There’s 30 goats running around, chickens, and a whole Lotta dirt. But that’s what we wanted and that’s what we got. The owners were friendly. It’s very dark out there at night time so bring your flashlight. But it was awesome to wake up to the roosters crowing. Will be back.

We loved camping on Kathryns farm. It was so charming with lots of interesting things. A cute Gypsy trailer. a small cabin and two places for camping with a tent or a small camper. They had a lot of animals on the property. Chickens, turkeys that follow you everywhere you go like a pet, goats, a donkey, and a pig. There is so much I loved about this place and would stay there again
The farm is absolutely lovely, with goats, chickens, and the most adorable donkey—it really made the experience special.
Kathryn and Mike were incredibly welcoming and kind. They greeted us, introduced us to the animals, and made sure we were comfortable, even showing us exactly where to park.
It was the perfect place to park our campervan—shady, peaceful, and relaxing. Exactly what we needed to unwind and regroup.
Thank you, Kathryn and Mike, for such a great experience. We’ll definitely remember our time here!
If you don’t mind animals there isn’t better for blue springs hot water and shower with body wash conditioner shampoo farm animals hanging out host was super sweet there’s a church across the street with a volleyball and basketball court
Very Friendly, very close to town and to Deland Airport (Skydive Deland). Very dog friendly and whole area fenced in. very friendly farm animals, with a turkey that loves to be rubbed. Bring ear plugs if you like to sleep in. There are plenty of roosters. The area to park the RV you must back into the spot from off the road but it's easy. And it is very shaded. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

We loved our tent stay! It was spacious, clean, peaceful, and being able to watch the farm animals from our spot was a true treat. The hosts are very friendly and we will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to the area.
Really cool spot not too far off the coast. Kathy and Mike were awesome hosts, super friendly and welcoming! Bathroom was crazy nice for camping. So many animals to hang out with, goats, chicken, a pig, and a great doggo. Make sure to ask about the scavenger hunt they have set up.
If youre an animal lover, great place to stay! Our hosts Kathy and Mike were very friendly and let us play with bany goats! It was nice and the farm is well kept.
Fun place. We enjoyed interacting with the goats, chickens, roosters, and turkeys. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. Great location.

We loved camping here! Kathryn was super nice, and the property was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend it, and hopefully we will be back soon! There was a bathroom and a shower that were working and were super nice. The chickens were a bit loud, but obviously, they were chickens. I had no problems with anything related to my stay. Definitely a great place to stay that is super close to so many attractions in FL!!
