True Trail Farm

I love staying here. I was warmly greeted by Jacksonville - the guard dog is awesome. Its one of my favorite HC - the barnyard Roosters, goats, pig, roaming turkey's and more. When I'm in DeLand its my favorite place to stay.

A little piece of paradise.

Amazing atmosphere and such a beautiful property! Waking up in the morning to goats, chickens, a donkey, and a pig freely grazing around the property was an unforgettable experience. Being able to play with them and pet them made the stay feel so peaceful and special. 10/10 would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

The site was easy to access, quiet, yet close to downtown Deland. The area was charming with all animals, in addition Kathryn and Mike were quite polite and nice. Looking forward to staying there again in the future

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the farm. The animals are all incredibly content and very well cared for. Many of the goats and chickens would come right up to our site for a visit. It was the perfect quick escape. It’s also very convenient to downtown Deland and some very nice restaurants.

It was definitely a cool experience. Although I would not recommend it to people that don’t like farms. Because that’s exactly what it is. There’s 30 goats running around, chickens, and a whole Lotta dirt. But that’s what we wanted and that’s what we got. The owners were friendly. It’s very dark out there at night time so bring your flashlight. But it was awesome to wake up to the roosters crowing. Will be back.

We loved camping on Kathryns farm. It was so charming with lots of interesting things. A cute Gypsy trailer. a small cabin and two places for camping with a tent or a small camper. They had a lot of animals on the property. Chickens, turkeys that follow you everywhere you go like a pet, goats, a donkey, and a pig. There is so much I loved about this place and would stay there again

Shady fun farm!

The farm is absolutely lovely, with goats, chickens, and the most adorable donkey—it really made the experience special. Kathryn and Mike were incredibly welcoming and kind. They greeted us, introduced us to the animals, and made sure we were comfortable, even showing us exactly where to park. It was the perfect place to park our campervan—shady, peaceful, and relaxing. Exactly what we needed to unwind and regroup. Thank you, Kathryn and Mike, for such a great experience. We’ll definitely remember our time here!

If you don’t mind animals there isn’t better for blue springs hot water and shower with body wash conditioner shampoo farm animals hanging out host was super sweet there’s a church across the street with a volleyball and basketball court

Very Friendly, very close to town and to Deland Airport (Skydive Deland). Very dog friendly and whole area fenced in. very friendly farm animals, with a turkey that loves to be rubbed. Bring ear plugs if you like to sleep in. There are plenty of roosters. The area to park the RV you must back into the spot from off the road but it's easy. And it is very shaded. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Really cool spot not too far off the coast. Kathy and Mike were awesome hosts, super friendly and welcoming! Bathroom was crazy nice for camping. So many animals to hang out with, goats, chicken, a pig, and a great doggo. Make sure to ask about the scavenger hunt they have set up.

We loved camping here! Kathryn was super nice, and the property was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend it, and hopefully we will be back soon! There was a bathroom and a shower that were working and were super nice. The chickens were a bit loud, but obviously, they were chickens. I had no problems with anything related to my stay. Definitely a great place to stay that is super close to so many attractions in FL!!

We had such a special stay camping on this unique property. The hosts were friendly, and welcoming, and available if needed. The modern bathroom was a huge bonus and made the experience feel both comfortable and easy. The farm animals were a highlight for our kids—so friendly and fun to be around! There was even a surprise treasure hunt that made the whole stay feel a little magical and adventurous. The location was great—close to local events and the springs—and the hosts gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation that we loved. Overall, such a memorable and thoughtfully curated experience. The hosts were great. Very friendly and personable people. Our camping spot was quiet (except for the rooster) and the bath house was great. Every night they lit a camp fire where everyone could sit around and talk. We would definitely stay there again.

The layout consisted of a communal firepit at the center of the camp sites. The camp sites are basically where ever you want to make them. They have a neat gypsy wagon and cabin for those who prefer more comforts. We've always been tent campers so we enjoyed the flexibility. Some treed areas some more open.

The hosts were really nice and the place was really well set up clean bathroom facilities. Except for some excessive roosters, going back-and-forth all night. And some police and fire activity in the area. It was a beautiful place.We just didn't get much sleep.
