Hi Hipcampers and Farm enthusiasts....We are a small hobby farm with many goats and chickens...When the time is right you may find yourself helping Mike milk the goats or collecting eggs...If farming isn't your thing, we are just 2 miles away from historic downtown DeLand and SkyDive DeLand another 10 minutes will get you to Either Blue Springs or DeLeon Springs...Plus we are 30 minutes to Daytona or New Smyrna Beach...The choices are endless here. Your RV site is directly in front of our goat field with your own side entrance. We have potable water and electric hook up for your RV...Sorry no dump station available at this time. Shower house and toilet avaPark your RV on your own private site. We are a small 3 acre farm with your site being on the east side of the property. We have a shared charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit for you to enjoy. Also a hot water shower sink and toilet We have chickens, roosters and goats...You may hear the roosters crow at night! So if you like the sounds of the country great if not, bring ear plugs... We are pet friendly and fully fenced so your animals can run free...Just no chicken eaters please! They are welcome just don't let them run free and eat our birds. Flat level parking for your RV. For Tent Campers this is a primitive site... DeLand is a historic town with beautiful Stetson University just 2 miles away...Plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner.

Farm life

We loved using our RV here! Our child + dog had the best time running around, feeding + milking the goats, doing their cool scavenger hunt, and overall just relaxing and exploring their property. Enjoyed fresh chicken eggs + fresh goats milk for breakfast! There’s lots to do close by, including a beautiful spring. Great place to stay, and definitely will be returning! Farmer Mike was very hospitable, and fun to talk to.

Easter egg hunt?

Fantastic spot, great people, we had a great visit here. There are several state parks with springs all around. Mike has taken the time to hide 32 bowling balls around the property for kind of an adult Easter egg hunt. We had fun looking for "eggs" and also feeding the goats and chickens. Highly recommend. also getting

Awesome experience

Ok so this little slice of heaven is amazing. You will need to back your rig in from the street no place to turn around. Wife and I fell in love with goats. We were allowed to bottle feed the 7 week old goats and the chickens were awesome. We had a very quiet experience I’d recommend this to anyone who loves animals.

Perfect getaway! Still in town
