There is a beautiful rock wall on one side of the property. All 5 campsites include sewer, water, electric hookups and parking. Sites 3 and 4 are suitable for all sizes of RV's. The water is mountain spring water! Guests can enjoy a nearby grassy area with shade trees and fire pit. All RV's need to be self contained. There are no camp restrooms available. Fishing, hiking, Capital Reef National Park, UTV and ATV trails, restaurants, Pando, Exploration and much more close by, all to make your next adventure unforgettable! Tent sights are available for group's using their own RV's for restroom's. Owner is a wild west historian that can direct you to several Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid places of interest. Excellent stay; small, quiet great!

Ross and his wife are extremely welcoming! Awesome host and hostess. They have a very unique homestead. The rock wall that Ross built is amazing and their green house is incredible!

Wonderful family trip

My family had such a wonderful time camping on D.Ross’s property. The property is in a quaint town and close to the busier tourist areas and Capitol Reef NP. We came to watch the eclipse and we’re happy to be away from the major tourist areas, but close enough for day trips. We were welcomed with warm cookies, although I think we just had good timing on our arrival and this might not be the norm, my family certainly enjoyed them after a long day of travel. The property had a fun little treehouse and swing for my girls to play in, they also enjoyed following the chickens around. I hope to return the next time we visit Capitol Reef. Thank you for your hospitality.
