Bryce Canyon Shadows Campground

Great little stop and stay near many beautiful and fun attractions. It was exactly what we needed, basic- beds, safety, showers across the gravel yard. It was simple and clean, yes a few flying/tiny bugs come in at night when you open the door. It’s a campground bunkhouse, that’s to be expected.

We loved the tent sites. Easy set up, access to power and water, with only a short walk to the bathrooms. Bathrooms were individual with toilet, sink and shower so very private. We sat out in the evenings and watched the fields. You do hear some road noise but not enough to deter us from staying again. Was conveniently located for Zion and Bryce.

Overall I had a good experience. I was a single woman traveling through the park areas camping by myself and the campsite was very safe, the bathrooms were super clean and secure, and they had hot showers and the campsite was clean. My only complaints would be that there's no way to use the coin laundry without bringing cash on hand, but I will say I didn't attempt to check the camp store and see if I could get physical cash from them, so it might be a misunderstanding. I opted the get the firewood addition where firewood was ready for you at the site upon check it in which was $8. It was basically just three logs about the width of my wrist that were half charred and a couple of charred sticks. It looked like they picked out the scrap half burned firewood from other guests old fires they left behind. I've tried to contact the campsite twice requesting my $8 be refunded and they haven't responded. So, do with that info what you will.

Bathrooms/shower in same room and close by. Clean place. Less than a quarter mile from main road. Coffee available on self-serve brewed. No ice. Electric and water hookup at campsite. Shaded sites were available.

A must stay campsite in Utah!

Coby’s campsite was perfect for what we needed and then some! They were super flexible when we wanted to extend our time here (twice!) to keep us in the same spot. Very quick response time, and very kind! The campsite itself is well maintained and level for RV’s. All of the hookups were perfect and there is a place to dump on the grounds. The WiFi works great and there are a couple of lawn games to keep you entertained too! The outdoor kitchen is great and there is coffee available around 7am in the little store (which has snacks and firewood to buy). The camp dogs are also the sweetest things to ever exist. The camp is an hour or so from Zion and a half hour or so from Bryce and a TON of spots in between. Also super close to stores and restaurants. Overall, could not ask for a better spot to camp at and hope one day to come back!

Beautiful views of the mountains with rolling farmland in the foreground. Amenities were clean and modern, location is very easy to find and great if you are looking for a place within less than an hour from Bryce Canyon. Would recommend!

Perfect week of peace!

This camp spot was amazing! Everything was clean, hot showers with great water pressure. Spotless bathroom/showers. The spot had good shade throughout the day. It was really peaceful. The vending machine was stocked with perfect late night snacks. Coffee every morning was delicious! The views from my spot were spectacular!! 10/10 I can’t wait to come back! The town of Panguitch was really sweet too. Thanks Coby and Jody!

Clean and easy to find

We were looking for somewhere to tent camp near Bryce. Saw the glamping option and went with it, not a single regret. Check in was easy, bathrooms and room spotlessly clean and the room AC was a huge bonus. Laundry onsite was also great! Would stay here again.

Coby's land was great! We were in a tent site and it had a picnic table, fire ring, water, and electricity (an outlet) at every site. The bathrooms had showers, laundry was available, as was a 24hr self serve little store that accepted Venmo. After having been on the road for a week it was nice to have a hot shower, relax, and recharge (ourselves and our phones). You can hear the highway but that didn't bother us. The camp hosts came by to make sure we got settled in and were active in the morning, taking care of the area and setting up new guest lodging sites. We would come back!

This place was a DUMP!! The pictures on their site do not adequately represent this place at all. Its way overpriced for camping. The sites are slanted in the opposite direction of the entrance and there is only one exit. Trash and garbage all over the place. The hired help are a joke. The area where you park your rig has giant size rocks everywhere. My large dig had severe difficulty just getting around outside. And although we were told all dogs would be on a leash we were approached by a female guest whos dog was running around off leash and caused a commotion and almost an ugly confrontation. I think most of the high mark reviews from this place must have been made by computer bots AI generated, as no one in their right mind would ever stay here if they had a choice to go elsewhere, OH and the highway traffic noise and significant WIND all day and all night. HORRIBLE PLACE

Clean and convenient! Camp Hosts were super friendly. Bathrooms were brand new. The view toward the mountains was really lovely. RV hook-ups were properly located and worked as intended. There was an outdoor games area, that looked nice -- but it was mid-May and way too windy to try it out. We felt it was a really good price for all the amenities. The sites are close together, but each has a little lawn, table and fire ring. Location was good, right off of Hwy 89 and a reasonably short drive to Bryce NP (30 min to the gate) and Kodachrome Basin SP (53 min).

What a wonderful campground!! We loved our glamping experience, it was everything we were looking for. The tent was beautiful, with wonderful amenities that made the experience feel very luxurious. The heaters were a nice touch. We enjoyed our evening by the fire and star gazed. Great location for our roadtrip, it was super close to Bryce Canyon!

We loved our stay at Coby's land. The host (Jerry) was so kind and supportive. There was fresh coffee at 6:00 in the morning. Coby was great at communicating and instructions were easy to follow. The showers were spacious, clean and so refreshing (better than the motel in Salt lake! ;) ) Wish we would have had a bath rug however, very messy after the shower. We also got lucky with our neighbors but I could see the closeness of the space making that a gamble. The dryer didn't fully dry, but we had 2 adults 3 day load in there. The areas was clean, easy to find and gave great access to Bryce Canyon and Zion.

This was the perfect lodging stop on our road trip! Even though we arrived after dark check-in was super easy & the property felt safe. Room & bathrooms were so clean and welcoming. The town near by has great restaurants also. Definitely stopping here again on our next trip

Enormous heated bathrooms with hot showers. Tent sites have electric and water. Level soft tent sites. Beautiful view. You are right off the road so there is some car noise. Doesn’t bother me but some might feel differently. The tent sites have no shade which might be a problem in the Utah summer if you don’t have a canopy.

Perfect place to camp! The host was very welcoming and willing to answer any question! The amenities were amazing - clean bathrooms, food/snacks available, and grill/kitchen area available! The scenery was beautiful with the mountains and cows! Highly recommend!

We stayed in the bunkhouse which was really clean and nice. We had a heater and comfortable beds. There was also a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathrooms were clean with a toilet, sink and shower in a private room. Best camping showers I have ever had! Highly recommend!
