It was a full hookup site. We found it to be private and seamless experience. The road noise was a bit more than anticipated but it’s quieter at night and sleeping was not an issue. . The main building had really nice public areas and bathrooms. It’s solid for the price and I went like I received a fair deal.

Our stay at HTR was absolutely amazing! The host was extremely kind and welcoming- offering us local recommendations of restaurants and trails nearby, carry great conversations about Moab and always being a light in the room. The tents and facilities have everything you need. Great central location to the town.

This was a very safe space with clean bathrooms and kitchen for use. Our tent was toasty upon arrival too. This place is fun because you meet people from around the world and have cool conversations. Being so close to town was nice as well cause you can be there in 5 minutes to walk the streets. Tons of stores and places to eat. Loved this experience and hiking the national parks!

The location was convenient to get to all the great shops and restaurants on the Main Street, and was a reasonable drive to Arches NP. The amenities like the showers and kitchen are so clean and really beautifully done! The space had a great vibe and aesthetic. I’d definitely stay here again in the future. The campground itself was close to the highway and other tent pads which means there can be some distracting noises at night. I’d recommend bringing some ear buds to block noise if that’s something that would bother you.

We loved our time at Parker's beach site! We camped at Beach Site 1 and had a great time. Would recommend bringing bug spray, as we started to fight some mosquitoes after the sun went down, but beyond that, the night was great. Parker was a great host and was very responsive - We bought firewood from him and had a nice big fire in one of the big firepit bowls. The bathroom house was awesome, just a bit of a walk from the beach. Our sleep was excellent, and we had a great drive into SLC the next day. Would absolutely recommend camping here!

I had a really great time at Sandy beaches I was prepared for camping, pod nine was beautiful. I was ready to care for my trash, I knew I needed to keep my food cold. They figured out how to cool it down, slept well. I was glad to have a beautiful fire on the beach. Super cool. There were a lot of flies. I wasn’t ready for that. I look forward to going again.

Perfect for a campervan! Midway was adorable- worth the detour, only wish I could have stayed longer. I needed a safe place to stay for an evening while driving back from dinosaur national monument to Portland. Gypsy's place was absolutely perfect- safe, secure, easy to find. The shower and full bathroom access was a major bonus after 4 days on the river. The property was adorable and I easily could have spent several days here relaxing and exploring the area. I hope to be back!!
