in the Greater Zion National Park area.
Kolob Campground is located adjacent to the Kolob Reservoir boat ramp and dock, including four acres of private shoreline. Just a few feet from the paved road, nestled in tall aspen, oak,
and pine trees.
Access to potable water is available adjacent to camp, and public restrooms (vault toilets) are only a short walk from camp.
WiFi access is available nearby at Kolob Adventure Rentals/Adventure Beach (3 minute walk). WiFi location and password provided by host upon request. This is an exclusive benefit available to our guests, and the only WiFi available to campers in the area.

Greetings! Welcome to Arrowhead Campground! Arrowhead Campground is roughly 5 acres of land, sitting right in Monument Valley, Utah. Come stay with us to experience one of the most amazing views in the world! You'll get to experience a full 360 degree view of all the towering red sandstone buttes and mesas. This is great for capturing the best views in the area. You'll experience breathtaking sunsets and sunrises right from your campsite. Great for pictures and photoshoots. The campground offers one of the largest shade structures in the area, with durable white picnic tables. We do allow campfires, so there is a fire-pit for that. The campground is only 2 1/2 miles away from the tribal park and 1 1/4 miles from the nearest highway. It's tucked away and secluded from noise and light pollution. The stars at night are bright and shinny, so you can pitch your tent right underneath them. With that said, Arrowhead Campground will be one of the best campgrounds you'll ever stay at. You will have access to the large pavilion for gathering, cooking or shelter from the elements. You also have access to the clean bath house, equipped with two shower rooms (with on-demand hot water) and flushable toilets. As an added bonus, you will have access to the ponds, you may use the boat, canoe or kayaks, you can also catch and release fish if you have your own fishing equipment. This Outpost and campground is located on 300 acres of private property surrounded by park and public land. It has been here for over 30 years in some form or another. We are Caleb & Amber who enjoyed managing this little oasis in the middle of the desert from March to June of 2017 when we decided to purchase the business & make it our own. This is a dry, rugged campground with a bathhouse that provides coin operated showers and flush toilets. In addition there is little old rustic camp store placed in the middle of nowhere where we provide fuel, snacks, firewood, ice, showers, cold drinks & more.
If you are looking for a more private site with lots of space and shade, book our Small Group at the Rocks. For a warmer stay during the cooler months book one of our Glamping Tents listed. We have the larger, and spacious tent in the grove of the Juniper Trees (which is also amazing in the warmer season) and rent a heater from us inside the general/camp store. Please check with us on fire restrictions, hipcamp is often wrong on their assumptions, we rarely have fire restrictions.

Site 2 - “Roadside Summit” with picnic table, fire ring, and 50amp electrical hookup. This is a pull through site with grade.
Lake can be accessed with state park fee at the marina entrance and the north shore -OR- on the south side via five minute ride or 1.25 mi walk. Note: this is a shared private beach for the properties on this side of the lake. It is included with your booking and limited to that time. It has many amenities including: large gazebos on artificial turf, fire pits, playground, flush toilets, water, and docks. (See Add-Ons if you need a boat slip for the day or overnight).
Road in is dirt with minor grade up to property.

* Wildlife - In late summer, cattle graze nearby. In spring, you may see sheep and baby lambs on the way to the south beach access.
There are rattle snakes, bunnies, and we’ve seen a scorpion or two.
*Weather - Summer days can be quite hot with cooler nights. There is no shade on the property. Wind gusts carrying dust can occur. It’s a good idea to check weather app for conditions.
*Landscape/Views - Utah natural landscape changes markedly with the seasons. Some photos may reflect green grasses, when these dry out mid summer, they can produce fine stickers to be aware of with long hair pets, kids, and ankles in general.
Views can change depending on developing neighboring properties.
Sunsets either at the lake or the property are unobstructed and often dramatic. Night sky viewing is also pretty awesome as there is very little light pollution.

Our Fire Pit is open to all guests. The wood is provided. There are BBQ Grills, Dutch Ovens, so you can cook out doors. The Outdoor hot water shower offers a place to cool down in summer heat... Water is always hot with our tankless water heater...
We plant and tend vegetable gardens for our guests to share in the harvest. We plant Huggle Mounds in the spring... as well as grapes and assorted fruit trees...
You are welcome to walk our Labyrinth. You are free to wander the fields, gardens and orchards. When the garden is in bloom, help yourself...
Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site...
We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. Picnic tables are provided at tent sites and at the Grumpy Dragon. WIFI is available at the Grumpy Dragon as well as at your camp site...
Help your self to muffins, breakfast bars, beverages and fresh fruit. A refrigerator is outside for cold water and frozen water bottles.

Very sweet and generous hosts. Laundry open and showers coin operated but they give you a stack of quarters. Mostly rv campers with atvs and dirt bikes for exploring nearby trails, but the tent sites are beautiful and really cozy. Secluded so no noise from neighbors sans the ducks haha. Cheap even for last minute bookings. 5 star

This space was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The amenities were superb for $50. There was free access to the pool and hot tub, clean and stocked bathrooms with showers and free laundry. We had electrical hookup all night so when it was 98 degrees at midnight we were still feeling cool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

For being so close to a busy national park, Ruby’s had a very calm air about it, spacious campsites, and very nice bathhouse facilities! The staff were friendly and had great recommendations for things around town. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place for camping. Beautiful lake and decent fishing. Can get a bit chilly at the high altitude of over 8k ft. Site 20 is the best spot near the entrance with access to internet if you need it. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

Great campground! The spots are a little close together but we went with family so if you reserve your spots close together it isnt bad. We loved the reservoir and the potable water wasnt too far from camp. Pretty clean and the host was incredibly helpful! The only complaint we had was about camp neighbors not abiding the quiet hours.
