ENTRANCE TO OUR PROPERTY IS STRAIGHT NORTH AT THE END OF THE PAVEMENT. PLEASE DO NOT TURN LEFT ON SESSION LANE! We have ten acres that our home sit on but about 9 acres that consist of dry farm grass. We use 1 acre for camping and parking. The Weber river runs across the back of our property where we have a campground with tables and firepits. This is a family campground. We do not have Electrical Power or Water hookups. We have added 4 wooden porta potty enclosed in small tents which we service every day or as needed. Site selection is determined by type of sleeping accommodations and managements discretion. We have now have one tent areas and 1 RV spot. **We allow 2 adults per site and/or 2 adults and minor children per site. (Larger Family Gathering must be approved and pay extra based on the number of family or friends expected) WE NOW HAVE A COMPLETE FIRE BAN. ALL FIREWORKS ARE CURRENTLY STRICTLY PROHIBITED We are not a public campground and only list through Hipcamp and so our property is posted with NO TRESPASSING SIGNS. It is very important to let us know your approximate arrival time and call when you arrive. We will guide you down to the campgrounds and show you the best spots base on your type of camping. (Sleeping in trailers or van's versus tent campers) One draw back to our property is that we are within 1/2 mile of a well use highway (US 84) and railroad track. We have only had one camper who was concerned about the noise. Here at the house we don't notice it and maybe we are just use to it. Limited swimming and use of paddle board based on river conditions. Fishing is limited because we are on private property and the river is not stocked by the Utah fish and game. So, we are dependent on normal reproduction of the fish. Fly fishing being the best however you can use lures. Power bait or any bait that requires treble hooks are not allowed.. We would prefer catch and release. ALL UTAH FISHING REGULATION APPLY. WE HAVE INDICATED WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE WHOLE AREA IS BASICLLY LEVEL AND GRASS AND BARK COVERED.

As you stroll these quiet tree-lined roads, you will discover horses, alpacas, chickens, and many other friendly RVers. With towering mountain views and golden sunsets, you will feel the campground vibes you are used to. Where we are, the pace is slow. We usually wake up to horse whinnies and fresh eggs from our chickens. Your friendly dogs and horses are welcome too. We have a paddock, terrace, firepit and some of the best mountain views in the valley. The site can accommodate up to 40ft, with additional with road parking for tow/toad vehicles. The site is mostly shaded, but also has clear skies for a Starlink. In the summer, the site is 5 minutes to mountain trails, 5 minutes to an equestrian trail area, 10 minutes to an epic mountain biking single track area, 18 minutes to Snowbird for tram rides to the top of the Wasatch, summer concerts and Oktoberfest. In the winter, you have 7 ski resorts to choose from, skiing on arguably the 'greatest snow on earth'. With Alta only 22 minutes away, you can ski one of three ski-only resorts in the world. Or, choose boarding at the fun-filled terrain park of Brighton. Park City is the largest resort in the USA and is only 45 minutes away. For city amenities, Sandy has everything. Multiple RV suppliers and repair shops, tire shops, and all the equipment stores you would ever need, including an REI. We have grocery stores from Trader Joe's down the street, to a Kroger a couple of minutes away and a Wholefoods 15min away. Sandy has many great family restaurants and coffee shops and is only a short drive (or light-rail ride) into downtown Salt Lake City which is packed with world-class cuisine and entertainment. Sandy is home to Utah's hockey team and soccer teams, a training center for the Utah Jazz and a beautiful new Theatre with Broadway shows playing regularly. Calling all travelers who want an escape from the mundane! Our "Enchanted Urban TREE HOUSE" is called this due to the upper loft area with skylights that look into the trees branches above! The Enchanted Whimsical theme is very "Alice In Wonderland-esc". Allow yourself and your group to be enchanted by the livingroom's GOLD CEILINGS and clocks wall, reminding you to unwind and take some time for self care! On the topic of self-care, upon ascending the GOLD SPIRAL STAIRCASE located in the newly remodeled kitchen, you will be hugged with a unique meditation station, just outside the loft bedroom. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained. There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced. The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment

I had the most wonderful time tent camping with Al & Jeri! They were both so welcoming and sweet <3 Jeri even brought me a wagon to help make loading my car easier. The campsites were very clean and there’s a common area with a hammock and some other things that are open for use! The location is so beautiful. I went solo camping and I felt very safe and comfortable. The freeway and train tracks are very close by but I love white noise so it didn’t bother me at all, overall an amazing experience and I will be coming back with friends and family!

They were easy going and offered an upgrade to a pull thru site for no charge without me asking. Hipcamp didn’t mention that the park has a 15 year age limit which is concerning to me as my RV is reaching that age. I hope that doesn’t cause me an impact in the next year.

3 nights at 1959 Airstream Tiny Home- Hot Tub!

This was such a cute, cozy stay! It had everything you could possibly need, between a shower comfy beds kitchenware and a coffee machine, everything was great. The owner was very responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly and I had such a rejuvenating trip! The hot tub was a little messy but otherwise it was big and really nice. would highly recommend!

I loved the bed. That sounds so weird but it's like sleeping on a cloud. The host is great. Such a sweetheart. So cute. We had a great time. The treetop is the one I'd choose. The pics don't do it justice. We will be back. Aspen is so spacious. The only thing was the showers weren't up and running but it was late in the year!!

What a beautiful experience. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The weather was perfectly crisp and fall-like, and Lynnellen made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She shared fresh vegetables from her garden and repeatedly encouraged us to make ourselves comfortable, and we truly felt like we could. Each morning, she made us breakfast that left our bellies happy and full, and Sunday dinner was incredibly nourishing. The conversations we shared were filled with warmth and sincerity. You can tell Lynnellen is someone full of love and joy who genuinely wants to share it with others, and you can see that same spirit reflected in the people passing through her home. If you’re looking for a place that radiates community, love, and connection, this is it. Our hearts feel very full after just two days here. About

Built around the Jordanelle Reservoir fed by the Provo River, this park features three major recreation areas. Rock Cliff, Hailstone and Ross Creek all provide slightly different experiences.

Hailstone serves as the social center of the park. Here you'll find a full-service marina store, day use areas, and RV campgrounds. Rock Cliff, in the southeast, is your best option for quiet, secluded camping. Head to the Ross Creek area for scenic hiking and biking trails. It's also the place to be if you're hankering for good bass fishing.

If you're bringing kids who like to splash around, don't miss the Aqua X Zone. This fun inflatable playground floats on the Jordanelle Reservoir and accommodates up to 65 people!

This is a pretty popular park and the campgrounds regularly fill up in the summer. Though there are first-come, first-served sites available, counting on those is chancy. Call ahead to make reservations if you can!

Nice

A decently nice place to camp in Utah. Pretty lake and decently quiet. There were strange smells on occasion and it was pretty windy at times, but clean and nice to stay at for a couple of days.
