Mountain RV Parking Next to River!
It's a cozy little site, very quiet, next to a murmuring creek and a narrow footpath higher up into the beautiful nature where you can get wide views over the surrounding landscape. The host is very friendly, introduces you to the technical details and helps backing in the RV. Site is level, gravelled, between low trees/brushes. Can get cold in the night, even in August! :-)

This was a perfect spot to camp on the outskirts of Salt Lake City. Owner Chad was nice & a good communicator. The spot was just as described. Quiet and felt safe.

It was easy to find Chad’s RV space and it was in a quiet, private neighborhood and so peaceful by the creek! Loved having access to the hose for dishwashing, etc.

The setting was beautiful. The cool mountain air was crisp. Chad was friendly and gave us several recommendations for hiking/biking trails nearby.
The size of the lot was not as advertised. The posting said 47 feet. Our trailer is 27 feet, and with our towing rig, 47 feet long. Our trailer did not fit. It was too tight. When you walked out the door, you hit a tree. When we popped out the slide out, it hit the vegetation and rocks. The trailer measures 8 feet wide and that was too big for the small space. We had to park the truck at a weird angle to get off of the narrow road. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone towing more than 20 feet. This site is perfect for a small camper van, tents or a pop up tent trailer.

Mountain RV Parking Next to River!
This place was great! The sounds of the creek were nice. The host was great and very helpful. The hangout area behind our teardrop camper was a little small since we had our two dogs, but the road was great for walks with them so it worked out just fine. The spring down the road is delicious. Looks like there is a lot to do around the area, we were just stopping overnight on a road trip so didn’t have time for much.

Tight spot, but really nice spot by the river. There's a nice access to fresh spring water down the street. There's host was amazing, responding super quickly and with lots of information! No access to bathroom.

Mountain RV Parking Next to River!
Very peaceful with the little stream running behind the spot. My class C was a bit of a tight fit but it worked. Chad was an amazing host and the area is very scenic. There is also a hiking trail 3-5 minutes up the road. The spot itself is very private feeling with trees surrounding. This location is also starlink friendly.

Nice little place up out of SLC. Lots of McMansions to view driving up. Right next to a very quiet road with hardly any traffic and there is the nice creek.

I appreciated Chad's hospitality, communication, and help navigating to the spot in the dark. The drive back to the canyon was great at night and the roads were clear and maintained in the winter (I was worried - Chad assured me they are safe). I woke up to the most amazing views, snow covered trees, and the running river completed the whole thing! I felt like I was in Narnia. Beautiful spot. Great host. Highly recommend. Thanks Chad!

This is a lovely location just outside Salt Lake City. We loved waking up to mountain views and a sweet little creek. I wish we could have stayed longer for the hikes, bikes, and paddles.

Shiny Tiny- A River Runs Through It
Great spot. Beautiful. Very light traffic. Quiet. A nice walking trail just 50 yards up the road. Out of the way yet only 15 minutes or so to Foot Hill Road. Super easy access over the pass to I80, Park City, etc.. Just off the road, behind the Tiny Shiny Airstream, was a place for our Sprinter Van. Between the Sprinter and the Airstream, we and our dogs were quite comfortable. If you're looking for something close to SLC that feels like you're not in a city, Chad's place is well worth your consideration.

My girlfriend and i absolutely adored our short stay at chad’s airstream. Chad was super helpful in acclimating us to his quaint camper and even recommended some local mtb trails to get gnar on. He made sure we had paper towels and stuff to shower with and cook with. 10/10 service!
