The directions Matt & Rachel provided were easy to follow, and the property was well-kept. We ended up switching to the Judah tent since another customer had canceled and Isaachar had a broken zipper that hadn't been repaired yet. It was a very peaceful place to spend the night!

The camp grounds are amid large and beautiful juniper trees, making for a distinctly strong Utah atmosphere and the yurt had everything you could possibly need while glamping. 10/10

Such an awesome getaway! Took out all the difficult parts of camping, and made it so enjoyable! We had the Zebulon tent, and it was so cool inside! Being able to nap mid day with the solar powered AC was SO nice. Super fun! Very affordable! Totally want to come back here :)

For starters as a busy single mom, this was not only affordable, but had literally everything you need, comfy beds, hot showers, a sink to wash your hands and dishes, a/c and heat in the tent, and an RV fridge cooler, that kept everything super cold! I only go places where I can bring my dog, and she really enjoyed herself as well, we had so much fun that we stayed an extra night! This is our new favorite spot and Matt and Rachel are absolutely wonderful and kind! Our charcoal got soaked in the rain and the happily swapped out our bucket. We are already planning our next trip!! PS they have WIFI!!

The hosts are amazing. The amenities are perfect. I flew in from the Midwest and didn't need anything except food to comfortably camp here. Better than a hotel! The outdoor shower is heavenly. It has a tank less heater if that's your jam, but the water is from a tank so it's not freezing cold.

I had a great stay! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the amenities were all very good. It's just a few minutes from Starvation Reservoir, which was a big plus. The host, Matt, was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience—I'd definitely come back!

Perfection

This place has everything you need for a perfect “I’m outdoorsy but also like mattresses” kind of getaway. The bed? Comfy enough to make you question your life choices back home. The bathroom? Spotless, private, and had actual toilet paper (not the terrifying single-ply stuff). And yes, the shower was hot — not “lukewarm if you dance around” hot, but real hot. There was a fire pit where we roasted marshmallows like champions, and a little coffee setup that made me feel like a civilized human while watching the sunrise. But let’s talk about the jackrabbits. Two of them. We called them Bonnie and Clyde. They spent most of the trip sprinting around like tiny antelope with trust issues. At one point, they squared off like it was the Wild West and we were the only witnesses. Five stars for the unexpected bunny drama alone. In short: came for the nature, stayed for the rabbits with beef. Will absolutely glamp again

Quiet and peaceful. Excellent place. Decorated thoughtfully. Useful amenities. Wonderful comfortable bed. Great shower and bathroom. Host came over to meet me on arrival (even so I was late at 8:00 pm) Very friendly and helpful and responsive.

My husband and I decided to get away for a night the weekend after our wedding and we are so happy we did! The campsite was so relaxing and stargazing was beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! We will 100% be returning for a longer stay!

relaxing, clean, and fun camp

we had a great time on our stay and wish we had more time there! having a heater available was great. it's still pretty chilly at night. the hosts were awesome people and ready to help if needed. star gazing was amazing! close to starvation reservoir for fishing. also recommend taking the strawberry pinical scenic drive. we saw about 400 dear in the farm fields driving through, amazing cliff views, marmots on the cliff sides, and wild turkeys. great place to stay, great location. thank you! we'll be back again.

Everything and nothing. My gas leaked like hell and the heat went out. It’s on the 40 with a beautiful overlook over skinwalker ranch. Heat went out at ten. I woke up at 12 and went out for a smoke and saw my lights on in my car I was like godamn that crap was locked!!! Went turned it off and ran the car to charge the battery for twenty minutes. Damn right I brought my dog. My alarm for some reason went off at 505 and I woke up and my dog was frozen and shaking. She refused to get under the covers so I took her into my car. There were three of them. Talking about my dog. I laughed. I was in my car smoking heard a blow of one. Instantly rolled up my window. Then behind me my beautiful wiew. I say a glowing light get bright then go dim about twenty times. It was cool as hell. The things kept taking telling me to trust them. As soon as it was light. I cleaned and left quickly. I never turned off my vehicle. It was greatest experience ever I highly recommend staying in the Judah tent in February. Awesome night!!!

A slice of Heaven

We had such a great time! The campground was private but also very easy to find. The yurt was very cute and comfortable. Very clean and all equip worked perfectly. The caretaker is very nice and helpful. The owner is very communicative and professional, they gave very detailed instructions, making the trip very stress free. A perfect little slice of heaven that we see ourselves returning to over and over again!

Nice clamping spot but...

Nice spot, gets a little cold at night. I feel the space heater inside the tent is a high carbon monoxide poisoning risk. Very close to other tents, maybe 10 feet away and could clearly hear even whispers and takes away from the romantic get away I was expecting. Host has many appliances to make the stay comfortable, the commons area is great (thanks for the scrap wood and propane grill there!) Easy place to find and cozy inside the tent!

This was a beautiful site with the interesting and cute Piñon Pines! The glamping set up was so cozy and we slept great. Awesome to have a hot shower, running water, campfire, and stove all available! We were warm and happy and had fun not having to work too hard on this trip while still having the camping vibes!

Tent was cozy with lots of extra blankets, and other amenities as described. Great view from the site, and the firewood provided was good. Unfortunately, the water heater in the shower was not working for me so that was a bit of a bummer as I had hoped to shower here but it didn’t really detract from the overall experience. I’d still go here again.

Fantastic! Perfect last minute getaway, even for one night. Great mix of camping and at home comforts. Great hospitality, and super convenient that we could buy the firewood through the hosts AND they brought it to us at our campsite. Beautiful night sky as well to star gaze. Will definitely stay again!

We want to go back soon. It was such a great experience close to many rivers and lakes. The tents are well equipped making for a great stay. The outdoors have chairs and fire pit great for telling stories and roasting marshmallows. Mark was a great host, very friendly and showed us around camp. We are hoping to go back soon.

The camping area was quite a bit further away than we realized, and “off the beaten path”, we had hoped it would be closer to Strawberry, but that’s on us for not investigating more thoroughly. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge, freezer & grill at the campsite as mentioned in the description. The tents are a bit smaller and closer together than expected, but the camps were well kept, so we were willing to overlook those few things. However, we had an unexpected family emergency and had to leave shortly after arriving. So we ended up not staying either of the nights booked. We were hoping Matt would refund at least one of the nights, but that didn’t happen. He offered to reschedule, but unfortunately that wasn’t an option for us. We get that it was last minute, but we were hoping that the host would be understanding to circumstances beyond our control, but that didn’t happen.

Glamping with endless amenities!!

We loved staying here!! Directions provided to the area were very detailed and clear. With so many amenities it was easy to relax and unwind. Our site included a toilet with toilet paper, sink, shower with provided towels, firepit (we purchased 1 wood bundle in advance and 1 more while we were there and host Matt delivered it right away) but they had some scrap wood on the property, chairs, wooden picnic table, outside bbq grill and Coleman grill in the tent but need to bring your own propane/charcoal or purchase on site, personal parking spot. Best part was all amenities were ours and not shared. Other sites are close but trees provided privacy and was not an issue or us or our pup. Tent was clean and spacious, comfy bed with clean linens and pillows, a/c, heater, small table with bean bag stools, plates, cups, silverware, pot and pan, etc.. the camp lights at night were awesome and made it nice not to have a flashlight to see when using the bathroom. There were some fly's and nats but luckily no issues with mosquitos or ants and surprisingly few spiders.
