030) 84' Pull Through
I reserved site 30 but was moved to site 44. We travel with two dogs. Site 44 had big crushed rock instead of grass. I was likely moved to another site because I’m not an owner. July is HOT and this RV park is almost all pavement or crushed rock. If you know that going in and don’t have pets, it’s a great park. They are dog friendly- lots of stands with poop bags and garbage cans for the waste. They also have a dog run and agility park - those are all the way up front though. Full hookups were great - bathrooms cleaned daily and in good shape. Nice place tucked away in the city.

They were easy going and offered an upgrade to a pull thru site for no charge without me asking. Hipcamp didn’t mention that the park has a 15 year age limit which is concerning to me as my RV is reaching that age. I hope that doesn’t cause me an impact in the next year.

Great place. Supportive staff. Beautiful shared area with a pool, hot tub, game room, dog park, club house, and much more. One of our favorite parts was the military aircraft doing flybys periodically from the nearby Air Force Base. The sites were a bit cramped, but were very level and clean. We would definitely stay here again when passing through.

This "RV resort" was extremely clean. The amenities were top notch. My family and I are use to roughing it out on some pretty adventurous places, this is the opposite. Like a hotel but in your own camper. Super friendly and helpful staff (that can be contacted with any questions through text which is always nice and simple).

111) 87' Premium Pull Through Site
For the price point I expected more. The grounds were in good condition and the pool was nice. However, from 730 am-7 pm the noise from the Air Force base is extremely loud. No peace and quiet whatsoever. Our site was very unlevel. It was fine for overnight but wouldn’t want to leave my unit with 2 wheels hanging in the air for a long time just to be level. The dog park run had the sprinkler systems running in the morning for quite awhile so no way to potty the dog in there. Very restrictive not to allow smoking anywhere on the grounds. Lastly, the speed limit is just a suggestion. The longer term people come speeding in and out going very fast. I will not choose to stay here again.

Great spot in a great area! Staff up front are super friendly and helpful, respectful of your time. The owner makes and sells sourdough bread in the office sometimes, I bought a loaf and it was awesome. Store up front is great. Nearest town is full of great stores. Residents are very quiet. It is right near an air force base where fighter jets practice. Cool to watch! Nothing in the RV parks control obviously but if you have a dog sensitive to noise you might want to know about the sonic booms ahead of time.
