Site 1 - Glamping Tent
The tents could have been way more cleaner and definitely towels need to be replaced
They were very dirty and They had a bunch of hair on it. The floors were not swept and there was a bunch of stains of food and it looked very disgusting. There were dead bugs everywhere around the window on the tent and around the corners around the tent
The tent upon check-in when we walked in, looked very abandoned inside and no one has been checked on it for a while. Before check in housekeeping department or whoever is doing the cleaning needs to check on the tents before they let the guests in and make sure they’re ready for arrival. Upon checking on the front desk, the staff needs to communicate better about directions and while handling the pamphlets. Also, one of the bathrooms that was nearby was not functioning, and no one made an effort to fix it instead offer to use the other further bathrooms on the other side. No one on front desk offer any compensation for this whatsoever. Very poorly customer service and experience overall. I paid $300 for 2 nights that was worth for $50 easy….. very disappointed

Nice to have access to pools, hot tub, and nice clean showers and facilities. Fishing rules have changed post-listing- pay for permit, but catch and release only. They were very nice and responsive, and we enjoyed our stay!

This place is without a doubt the WORST PLACE We have EVER camped at. Location was ok. Accommodations were so-so and overpriced considering the complete lack of services provided by the “staff” and the ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE way We were treated. The advertised “inclusion policy” … stating that guests are forbidden to engage other guests in a threatening manner or say things that are offensive to other classes of people is totally ignored - might as well not even have an “inclusion policy”.
Me and My Service Dogs were assaulted in multiple ways by staff and two of their guests AND their children. That’s Right … these “guests” allowed their SMALL CHILDREN to disrespect Us. Then make up a bunch of “rules” concerning Service Dogs that DONT EVEN EXIST. After these other guests assaulted Me and My Dogs in the pool area, bc- according to those “guests” Service Dogs “aren’t allowed in the pool area” and then her husband attempted to PHYSICALLY ASSAULT ME - the “manager” actually backed ME (bc she HAD to) stating that Service Dogs ARE allowed in the pool area - they still did nothing to discourage their assaultive guests behavior as per the “inclusion policy”. Instead this manager opted to somehow BLAME ME AND KY DOGS - fabricating stories about “complaints” about My Dogs (which were NEVER brought to My Attention until AFTER We were assaulted by their other guests- all lies of course in an attempt to blame Us for their behavior and actions.) They have NO security protocol !!!

Friendly staff and clean accommodations. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if we were coming through. They have a large zip line and obstacle course for the kids and adults. It was well supervised by professionals as needed.
I recommend one of the sites in the back next to the river. Highly recommend!

This park was amazing! Loved that we had the entire 207 and surrounding to ourselves. The pool was great and the noise from the river was amazing. We will definitely book at this campground again.

Awesome RV spot! Spots are begging comparison to a lot of other parks great amenities bathrooms are clean pools clean, Activities you can do nice yes there’s construction going on, but it’s only going to get better

Really cool site. The entire campground area is huge and is broken up into what I would say is 4 sections. The middle of you will, next to the ropes course, is perfect for families. Tons of shade, and the pool is right there. While we were there they were busy upgrading and working on the area but it didn’t bother us. The only possible downside, and it’s not really a downside, is the noise from the highway. Again, not really a complaint, just an observation. The ropes course and amenities make this one of the coolest RV parks I’ve ever seen.

What a little gem of a RV spot - GREAT for kids. But it seemed they were still doing it up so a lot of work machines around and the highway noise at night was pretty loud. If you know this coming to it, I guarantee your kid will love it.

Campsite was clean and organized. People were friendly, campsite was quiet at night. Fishing close by was great and the campsite had activities available if you wanted to be included.

This is a nice RV park with plenty of room between sites. Not all spots are shaded so you may have direct sun. Be prepared with a canopy to go over the provided picnic table.
The pool area is nice but no shade at all. Bring your own shade if you plan a day at the pool.

A very nice campground. The individual bathrooms with showers are a bonus. The kids loved the pools and trampoline in the trees. They are making improvements to the campground but the construction didn't interfere with our stay. Would love to come back when everything is finished.

Super crowded. No space between camps. Really loud next to the highway, which made it super hard to sleep. Neighbors across from us played Metallica super loud late into the night and then heavy EDM music at 6am. 😂
Just…. Not at all what it should have been. Pics made it seems so nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone actually. Nice bathrooms though!

Echo Island was great! The grounds are well kept, with spaces a good distance apart from each other. The showers, bathrooms and pool area were well kept and nice to have available.

This is not the first time I have stayed here. This is the first time this year, but I can only assume by the appearance of the campground that it must have come under new management or hosts all the amenities work nice and clean like the pool and all the other areas but The lawn has not been mowed call weeds and had to walk through sprinklers to get to the dumpsters, which I believe there were only two bouncers per area. None of the spots were numbered to coincide with their map just seem to be a bit disorganized, maybe by next year they’ll have a little more time to put it together .

Many beautiful sites with full hookups. It was July so lots of kids, but no issues with noise…that’s probably mostly near the pool. On arrival, my husband and I asked for a quieter site and the nice women in the office obliged with a great one near the river with lots of lush grass for our pup to lounge on. We’re headed east so a quick overnight but will most likely stop on our way back west. Spotless large bathroom near the pools. Cool that they’re adding tent cabins as an hotel alternative.

Not a typical Hipcamp site. An RV Park. And as an RV park, it checked all the boxes clean, with decent amenities, including hot tub, pool, nice showers and lots of shade to boot. Enjoyed my time.

Enjoyed our travel trailer site. Neighbors close but not bad. Freeway noise was moderate when not windy. Check in was straight forward. Bought ice at their store for reasonable price.
