We are a burgeoning co-op farm and native plant nursery. We are a group of 3 friends who escaped the urban life to be startup farmers. Our 10 acre property is located in the beautiful Sevier Valley. On a clear night, our dark skies offer amazing views. We are located near several hot springs and amazing hikes and trails.
We offer four different glamping accommodations for you to choose from! Our one of a kind cozy cabin space includes electric heat/AC, lights and fantastic views of the garden. It is nestled into our family garden and includes a picnic table and fire pit. Bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 yards away in our guest common area. Our cozy canvas bell tent is located in our nursery on our boutique farm. It is a simple, unique and cozy spot, perfect for a quick overnight stay or as home base for a few days while you explore. Space is solar and battery lit. When temps dip below 40 we offer supplemental heat. This tent is not recommended for light sleepers. We have a second canvas bell tent as well and a little red cabin near our garden! Showers, toilets, and bins are available for all of our accommodations.

This was an amazing place to stay! The host was very friendly and the land was beautiful. I usually rough it a little but the tents that were provided were very comfortable and clean. It was nice having the heater on a chilly night. The stars were spectacular! Thank you for a memorable stay.

Carrie’s place was AWESOME! We only stayed for one night, but if I’m ever back in the area, I would definitely stay for longer. Everything, including the bathroom & showers, were very clean and well-kept. It was a very comfortable environment, and even with the rain, wind, and thunderstorms that came through the area during our stay, the tent was cozy and warm with the space heater. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know!!

Perfect place to rest and relax
This was our second time staying at Carrie Ann’s Glamping site. We absolutely love it. The tents and community bathrooms are very clean. Carrie and her Husband are the best hosts. We will be coming back soon!

Great place to stop on a long trip!
Location is perfect for traveling through one of the most scenic areas in the country. The accommodations are absolutely adorable, the tents feel almost cozier than a hotel room. The bed was oh so comfy snuggly from the heated blanket below to the perfect layering of sheet to wool blanket and comforter. Oh and the propane heater was an added delight. Our dog loved his stay from the farm walk to the friendly nursery dogs. The silo bathroom/kitchenette was absolutely adorable. All and all very clean with views for days. Will recommend to all our friends!

Very comfortable camping experience
Super beautiful property. The tent was well stocked with heated matress pad, heater, lamp, and extra blankets. There’s also a bathroom on site with showers which were super nice to have and be able to use. We were greeted by the cutest dog and pigs!
