Absolutely loved our overnight stay at this ranch! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun place to stay within convenient driving distance of key attractions.

We were traveling as two young girls and felt totally safe and at home at Paria ranch! Very nice ppl—gave us a better spot to help us minimize Utah heat. Good facilities.

We had a wonderful time at Paria River Ranch and will definitely be back. Stephanie was a perfect host - so helpful and responsive and so nice. Ashley gave us a great tour of the rescue animals. The location is perfect for us, so close to many of our favorite things to do in the area.

We enjoyed camping in our popup rv on Steph and Jeff’s land. We had a campsite in the back away from the cabins and horse corrals. Although we could see the highway, the traffic died down after dark and we had some fairly quiet nights.

Nice place overall. Hosts were helpful and friendly. Situated between Page, AZ and Kanab, Ut so a bit of a distance to a town/store. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is good for that. Pretty dry, sandy and many sticker bushes (a little rough on any four legged traveling companions). Water is shared across multiple sites, so have your own water tank filled before arrival. Bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot.
We did have a misunderstanding with another camper (Joan) unfortunately. We turned the issue over to the host to handle. We trust that they did so on our behalf.

Real horse ranch, loved visiting the horses and being woken to charming animal noises in the morning. We backed into the orchard so we woke up to a lovely view of the mountains. Jeff was super friendly.

This was our first camping trip out West and I stumbled upon this app by accident- I’m really glad I did because we had a really great experience camping at all the places we found! Paria River Ranch was my favorite because Steph was so friendly! The showers were also the best because they were roomy and they had a little area to fit all my stuff to change and hang my towel. Sometimes camp sleep is not the best quality of sleep, but I really found sleeping with all the animals around more peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

I really loved this place. We arrived late but Steph and Jeff were able to accomodate us immediately. The bathrooms were great! It’s so easily accessible, close to Zion and antelope canyon.

Steph the host was awesome and kind - her communication and personal commitment taking care of the animals and her guests on the Ranch is special. The location is very cool surrounding spectacular views and the fellow horse and donkey camper neighbors were so friendly - the view of the stars at night was magical. Hope to visit again soon.

We loved camping at the Paria Ranch and will come again!
Stephanie was wonderful and we loved the meet and greet with Hannah and the horses, goats, and Bart the pig and feeding them cookies! Playing music with Jeff was a real treat!! Super convenient to Page and hikes in the area. If you like ranches and and animals you will love this place!

A lovely place to stop on our way to Zion. Beautiful setting, nice bathroom/shower space, cool buildings. So great to be near all the animals (horses, mules, goats). We also heard the occasional rooster in the distance. Very peaceful. Highly recommend. :)

We had a great experience staying at Paria Ranch!
It was easy to find even in a dark, we were provided an electric outlet to charge our van. We had a great, peaceful night, and woke up to the beautiful views and the farm life, absolutely amazing!
Stephanie was super helpful and gave us all the details and directions, so it was super easy to find our spot.
Next time we’re traveling that direction, we would stay there again!

Big beautiful open ranch land with showers and toilets, privacy, quiet, easy to walk dog. Loved being by the animals, Steph could not have been kinder or more accommodating! Will definitely stay again.
