Not very spacious and very noisy at night. Trucks driving up and down the road majority of the night. Watched a truck drive up and down the road at least 4 times and idled on the road right by our campervan for at least 30 min around 9 o’clock at night. We messaged the host if this is normal and got no response.

Super easy to find this place and park the trailer! Pull through sites with water, hookups, and picnic tables. Super quiet!! and gorgeous. This is a great spot!! Smells a little like horses, but it didn't bother me. Kind of across the street from the Buckskin, but nearby every amenity you would need in Kanab.

Convenient, easy-to-find spot right off the main road, yet minimal noise and access to several BLM trails. Can get hot in day with no shade, but temps nice at dusk. Good spot to stop between Grand Canyon and Zion. Super friendly host. Some flies because of horses, but not many. Will visit again!

Stunning views stretching to the horizon, which unfortunately included smoke from the north rim Grand Canyon fire when we were there. Pull thru site was level and fresh gravel. Easy to find.

This was a great spot, very quiet and relaxing. Easy to access and hook up for electric and water. There was access to public lands across the road right next to the sites and there was miles and miles of double and single track to walk and let our dogs run. We had originally planned to go on a hike near Kanab but decided to hike here and the only person we ran into was the other RVer and their dog. We were able to get on top of the butte and see the view and it was amazing not to hike in a crowded area. I definitely recommend this spot!

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip. Not crowded, and beautiful scenery during the day and night. It was quiet and peaceful, a perfect base of operations for all our adventures in Zion, Bryce, and Pink Coral Sands. Site was equipped with water and electric - even the port a potty was clean and well-kept. Would definitely recommend!

The location was beautiful and private. It was an easy drive to Zion and several local hiking areas. The sites are fairly close to each other but we were blessed by not having any neighbors!

RV Site 2 - Authentic Kanab
I seriously loved it here! It was so peaceful and we were the only people here all 4 nights we stayed. It’s the perfect location when you’re visiting Zion!

We were the only ones there. It was clean, quiet (except for the highway sounds) and the rocks/views were so pretty. For visiting the surrounding area this is a convenient spot. The only note I'd wanna say is this desert gets windy and even though we had closed our tent well, after a day of adventures we got back to it full of sand. Be aware so this doesn't happen to you if you're a tent camper! Thanks for a lovely stay under the stars

We were the only campers at the site the night we camped. But it was even more wonderful because of it. Pleasant funky site. Love the table and chairs - better than picnic bench!

Very nice site host. Helped me figure out a problem with my Hipcamp site. I enjoyed being so close to a lot of museums, hiking trails, etc. Know that it is a fairly primitive site, but I was prepared and enjoyed my time. Thanks Marci!

I recently stayed at this campsite and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. The campsites are spacious, offering plenty of room for privacy and comfort. One of the highlights was the beautiful night sky—clear, with a stunning view of the stars. It's an ideal spot for stargazing! Overall, I highly recommend this campsite for those who appreciate tranquility, space, and the beauty of nature. Will definitely stay here again!

We had the place to ourselves! Very very beautiful sunrise! Site was perfect to have as a base camp for the night. We were on a road trip from SC with our dogs. Very glad I found this spot for us to unwind and enjoy the scenery with amenities that allowed us to enjoy a hot outdoor shower at our camper after a long day! Very nice!

Great location and lovely sites. The picnic table was perfect for cooking dinner on and there is plenty of room for tents and chairs. We adored seeing the cows in the distance and the water station by the horse stable was very appreciated especially after a long day of hiking in Zion. Super close to Kanab which was one of our favorite spots in the area.
