We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. This is a quiet, rural neighborhood and a peaceful farm that borders the National Forest for easy hiking and few neighbors. The farm animals do cluck, crow, whinny, neigh, baa, bleat, squeal, and oink at various times, including early morning.
There is one mile of a somewhat bumpy gravel road with hills to reach our neighborhood, so please make sure you are ready for that and have adequate towing power. The nearest services and dining are 5 minutes away. We are about 25-30 minutes to Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek,
and the popular red rock hiking sites. There are many wineries and dining right down the road to enjoy.
1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 hours to Phoenix.

I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.
Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

There are also outdoor bathrooms, no shower yet, but working on that! We're just a short seven minute drive to the dump station at a local gas station down the road on the Deuce of Clubs and Penrod. We are 14 minutes from a large hospital, 10 minutes from major grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, and many other fun activities. Our location is in a perfect spot to enjoy the blue sky and great weather. Sunrise Ski area is a quick drive too! Pinetop Lakeside are within 10 minutes, Taylor and Snowflake are within 15 to 25 minutes. We hope you visit and continue to keep our environment clean and a chill spot to visit. We sell fresh farm eggs when available and have a small on-site farm shop with seasonal goodies.

We love hosting and enjoy learning where our guests are traveling from. While the farm feels peaceful and rural, we’re conveniently close to dump stations, great local food, and everyday amenities. There’s a nearby dog park, and food delivery services like DoorDash will deliver right to the farm.
We’re also just 10 minutes from Arizona Athletic Grounds, where many sports tournaments are held—making us a convenient and quiet place to stay during busy event weekends.

There is one mile of a somewhat bumpy gravel road with hills to reach our neighborhood, so please make sure you are ready for that and have adequate towing power. The nearest services and dining are 5 minutes away. We are about 25-30 minutes to Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek,
and the popular red rock hiking sites. There are many wineries and dining right down the road to enjoy.
1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 hours to Phoenix.

I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.

We are 14 minutes from a large hospital, 10 minutes from major grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, and many other fun activities. Our location is in a perfect spot to enjoy the blue sky and great weather. Sunrise Ski area is a quick drive too! RV guests with hookups will be parked inside our fenced property and have access to 30-amp or 50-amp electrical hookups, along with water hookups.
If the hookup site is unavailable, we may be able to offer a reduced-rate dry-camping spot located outside the fence, set back slightly from the road. Please message us before booking to check dry-camp availability.
We love hosting and enjoy learning where our guests are traveling from. While the farm feels peaceful and rural, we’re conveniently close to dump stations, great local food, and everyday amenities. There’s a nearby dog park, and food delivery services like DoorDash will deliver right to the farm.
We’re also just 10 minutes from Arizona Athletic Grounds, where many sports tournaments are held—making us a convenient and quiet place to stay during busy event weekends.

We really appreciated being able to boondock at Grand Canyon Oasis. It was the perfect stop on our way home to CO. The views were beautiful, the location was super convenient, and on moonless nights the stars would be amazing. The facilities are fun and the hosts were very welcoming. One thing for anyone with pop up campers like we had, the Hwy is close and you do hear the road noise, so for light sleepers just take note. It wasn’t an issue at all for us and in full RVs or the tiny homes it’s probably not an issue either. I also appreciated how the property was set up as it felt very private, safe, and secure, despite being right off the hwy. Finally, while we didn’t have our dogs on this trip, they are pet friendly and working on a fenced dog area, which is a huge plus! I would definitely stay there again!

Great place! Shelley and Adam greeted us and showed us around and gave us all the info we needed. Adam is about to complete a large dog park on the property. Terrific lodge room w/kitchen, snacks, games ,TV, warm water restroom , ping pong, seating and a great family feel. Give these guys a shot. 5 stars!!

Stopped in for a quick overnighter. We were Boondocking so we didn’t use the amenities. The views of the snow cap peaks was beautiful from this location. Nice tiny house village. The owners were courteous and professional. Would definitely stay there again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, property, and hosts! Super welcoming and helpful. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are plentiful. Loved the animals and felt extremely safe staying in my camper by myself. Amazing stay for the month I booked. I will be coming back again this fall and next spring!

Great camp location with easy access to conveniences while still being close to trails, countryside, mountains, and great hiking. The camp is professionally run, and it shows — the host has truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and easy.
We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the friendly goats, and the free-range chickens were the most well-mannered we’ve ever seen — present but never intrusive.
A relaxing, well-organized spot that we’d absolutely stay at again. Highly recommended.

Great Place! Michael was very communicative and proactively gave us all the info we needed. Kitt has a great view of the goats. Watching them play with the dogs and each other was really cool. The ranch is really isolated and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Very different from the campgrounds we go to. We definitely recommend!!

We had a group off 8 people staying in 4 Yurts at the High Tanks/Naked Date Farm. Had a wonderful time. The Yurts were clean and nicely decorated. Everything we all needed for a Valentine weekend. The people working there were all very kind and went above and beyond making us coffee and donuts in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will make a point to stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Laura’s ranch! The property is beautiful and we loved seeing the goats and llamas. Laura was incredibly friendly and the campsite and facilities were perfect. We took the alternate route in with our Prius and had no issues navigating the dirt road.

When was the last time you went to a campground and the host's instructions were, "Park anywhere... ?" Sounds like a dream, right? Well when there are endless rows of palm trees now you're faced with TOO MUCH choice!
We settled a couple of rows over and well back from another camper and were delighted with the seclusion we enjoyed all night long.
We were there on a Friday night, so took advantage of the beer, restaurant and live music through the early evening. Was a fun crowd, lots of chatter and dancing. Things wind down pretty early, so was quiet well before bedtime.

I enjoyed my two nights here and was able to get my 25' travel trailer in and out with out issue. Shawn and the family were friendly but mainly stayed towards towards the front of the lot (in the house) and gave me plenty of privacy in the back. Their dog seemed sweet but they kept her inside so she didn't interact with my sometimes excitable pair who invaded her space. Overall I'd recommend and would stay here again when passing through Phoenix.

We had a great time glamping, the Yurts were amazing, very clean and enough extra blankets in case they were required. Extra bonus was after all the music and Date beers had gone down relaxing around our own fire pit. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great date evening or just going with a bunch of friends. 5 stars for sure!

Laura’s land was so lovely and peaceful! It was the perfect place to celebrate my sister’s birthday with a fire and a mostly warm shower! The creek was so beautiful. The road in was a bumpy so be aware when you’re driving in.

Where to go
Northern Arizona
While northern Arizona's best-known attraction is the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, there’s plenty more to see and do, from visiting Lake Powell on the Colorado River to backcountry tent camping among the ponderosa pines in the Coconino National Forest, Prescott National Forest, and Kaibab National Forest. Sedona, just south of Flagstaff, also makes a great base for hiking among Arizona's Red Rocks or swimming in Oak Creek Canyon’s Slide Rock State Park.
Western Arizona
Dubbed Arizona's "West Coast," this part of the state offers all sorts of outdoor activities, much of which revolve around the Colorado River. The town of Yuma near the southern border is a popular spot, featuring an old Wild West prison and serving as a good base for visiting the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge. Attractions further north include Lake Havasu State Park, where you can swim, camp, or even check out the 19th-century London Bridge. Further north, the massive Lake Mead National Recreation Area offers year-round camping and easy access to two lakes.
Central Arizona
While it's easy to associate central Arizona with Phoenix sprawl, this region offers a lot for outdoorsy types, all within a short drive of the city. Popular spots for outdoors lovers include the Superstition Mountains in the Tonto National Forest, Lost Dutchman State Park, and the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. If you're interested in archaeology, the Montezuma Castle National Monument is also worth a visit.
Southern Arizona
Southern Arizona is full of Wild West spirit, with a mix of historic ghost towns and scenic desert landscapes, plus plenty of forests, particularly in the Chiricahua Mountains. Must-visit parks include Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park—both just outside Tucson. If it gets too hot, make like a local and head to Patagonia Lake State Park, a prime spot to swim and cool off from the Arizona heat.
