We are a family-owned RV park and Tiny Home Glampground located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. At 6000ft elevation the air is much cleaner and the weather is much cooler, especially in the summer time! We have plenty of space. A well house to fill up your water. There are also outdoor bathrooms, no shower yet, but working on that! We're just a short seven minute drive to the dump station at a local gas station down the road on the Deuce of Clubs and Penrod. We are 14 minutes from a large hospital, 10 minutes from major grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, and many other fun activities. Our location is in a perfect spot to enjoy the blue sky and great weather. Sunrise Ski area is a quick drive too! Pinetop Lakeside are within 10 minutes, Taylor and Snowflake are within 15 to 25 minutes. We hope you visit and continue to keep our environment clean and a chill spot to visit. Located in the heart of Sedona, our property offers convenient access to several trails, shopping, and dining. We cater primarily to guests seeking outdoor recreation and those looking to avoid traffic or congested campsites.
Our property and neighborhood are part of one of Sedona’s original homesteads. The campsite is located on a half-acre orchard, but a smaller designated area has been sectioned off for guests. Please refer to the diagram in the photos for details. Guests are not permitted in the larger field and orchard areas.
We have several shade trees, a small grassy area, and a picnic table. Stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the orchards and local wildlife, especially the birds.
We are a short 10–15 minute walk to the Hillside Shopping Center and Tlaquepaque. Mountain biking to the Hangover and Huckaby Trailhead is about 10 minutes. The bottom of Adobe Jack and Javelina is about a 5-minute mountain bike ride. Broken Arrow Trailhead is about a 10-minute mountain bike ride. Marg’s Draw (wilderness area) is about a 2-minute drive.
Our site can only accommodate smaller vehicles, primarily camper vans or cab-over campers. All units must be fully self-contained. There are no restrooms on site, and we ask guests not to urinate on the property. Absolutely no drugs or parties. Quiet hours begin after sunset. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood and ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours.

This is a quiet, rural neighborhood and a peaceful farm that borders the National Forest for easy hiking and few neighbors. The farm animals do cluck, crow, whinny, neigh, baa, bleat, squeal, and oink at various times, including early morning.
There is one mile of a somewhat bumpy gravel road with hills to reach our neighborhood, so please make sure you are ready for that and have adequate towing power. The nearest services and dining are 5 minutes away. We are about 25-30 minutes to Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek,
and the popular red rock hiking sites. There are many wineries and dining right down the road to enjoy.

Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security.
We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase.
0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September.
10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa.
Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them
and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when
Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point
Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low
is a city in Navajo County, Arizona
among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Show Low is now the largest city in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona. Show Low is also the business hub and marketing center of the area.

Then my place is for you! 18 and over. NO PIT BULLS. Good well behaved dogs allowed on leash welcome. If you want to bring a properly raised young person you can make your case to me and I will consider.
I offer 2 full hook-up spaces, one space is covered. Power is 50 AMPS! An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space.
I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.
Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

We (Tim and Victoria) moved out to our place in the desert in February 2008 along with our many plants. We have continued to grow our little farm of 6 acres to what it is today, which includes an orchard with about 50 fruit and nut trees and enclosed garden/greenhouse structures with veggies and herbs that are protected from wildlife and the elements. We have a seasonally heated pool with 3/4 wraparound deck and amazing views of the Tucson Mountains. We have a basketball court, a ping pong table, cornhole court as well for recreation. Our Beach site has a domed 'chill zone' with heaters in the winter, comfortable chairs for relaxation and a great spot to let your dog hang out unleashed. Our Prickly Pear site has a pull through for campers and RVs. Our RV site has 30 amp electric and black water dump station.
All of our sites are fenced in, and have many, many cool amenities such as fire pits, sinks with fresh, pure water, table with 4 chairs, gas grills and lounge chairs/porch swing.
Our property in a 160-acre neighborhood surrounded by open desert state lands.
In our sustainable community/neighborhood are like minded, peaceful people who are as connected to and respectful of the land as we are.
We are looking forward to hosting Hipcampers and sharing our lovely slice of heaven.

Pitch your tent on four primitive acres and enjoy plenty of walking trails and enjoy a fire on our cool desert evenings. Each site can accommodate 2 vehicles and 2 large tents. The sites are surrounded by Mesquite trees (be mindful of the thorns). It's a short walk to the main house, where you will pass a herd of Alpacas to get water from our well. Book a farm tour and learn all about the animals and why we raise them. We love to share our love of Alpacas with everyone. You can even take some Alpaca fiber with you by visiting our farm store.

The taproom was great, excellent microbrews they had Kolsch, a light pilsner an amber and an IPA when I was there. Tried the Kolsch and the light which were both excellent. If you like pool they have 3 very good tables. The taproom closes early like 9 I think, so it's not noisy while your trying to sleep. They are close to some road traffic but it's not terribly busy with traffic noise,

Spent one night boondocking at this site. Directions were very easy to follow and the sites that have a combination of tiny homes, tent sites and RV spots are spaced nicely to give each of them space. The clubhouse was well-appointed with practical items for purchase, games like air hockey, laundry and a restroom with a well-attended funky and playful vibe. Bonus for happy chickens onsite who lay eggs that you can buy.
I will absolutely go back. Super close to Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monument.

These are lovely quiet camp sites with hookups and a great view. And big trailer friendly! We had horses with us and the covered pens are safe and sturdy with incredible water pressure. We had dogs with us and they were welcomed. And the kids had a great time climbing the hills. We loved our stay and will absolutely come back when we are in the area!

I absolutely loved camping at Adam and Shelly's Camp. The directions were spot on, and the views at camp beautiful. The share space for all campers was a blessing 🙌.. from exercise equipment to all kinds of activities for kids and adults. Farm fresh eggs 🥚 just yummm. Fresh water and bathrooms an added bonus, my puppers loved the dog 🐕 park. Can't wait to plan my next trip.

This is a great location with an amazing host. The property was easy to navigate, peaceful and everything we wanted for our trip. It was close to Sedona and Jerome making it an ideal spot for base camp as we adventured.
The goats and Alpacas were so cool and the fresh eggs we purchased were incredible.

I had a great time camping at Ash Creek Canyon! When I arrived, Andy offered to take me on a tour of the property on his ATV to help me get an idea of how to spend my time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and it's history. I ended up taking a beautiful hike along the creek to swim in one of the canyon's several natural pools. Later on I explored one of the old mines, although I wish I had brought extra batteries for my flashlight so I could venture further. At night, the sky was filled with more stars than I think I've seen in my entire life. Overall, the experience felt very private and secluded, which was exactly what I was looking for on this trip. Definitely plan on returning again someday.

This place is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend spending a few nights here. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. We did a mine tour, hiked to a swimming waterfall-endless beauty with very knowledgeable hosts. The history of the land was very interesting!

We had such a lovely time at Holly's farm! The animals were all so friendly and sweet. Holly allowed us to meet them all. The roosters will definitely wake you up in the early am. Would highly recommend to anyone to camp here if you love animals. Holly and her daughter were so kind and answered all of our questions.

Shhhh…!!! Don’t tell anyone about this place!!! I’m going to gate keep Ash Creek because my family, my dogs and I enjoyed every minute of it!!!
The creek, the waterfalls, endless hiking, off roading and the 360 views… WOW!!! We will definitely be back to do more adventures at Ash Creek.
The only bad thing was I kept forgetting to take photos but the core memories…. We will never forget this place.

Camping and beer, what's not to love?!? Had no problems with the water & electric. Neighbors were nice and quiet. It was just as good to be there when the brewery was closed, it was very peaceful. Good places to walk the dogs.

Where to go
Northern Arizona
While northern Arizona's best-known attraction is the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, there’s plenty more to see and do, from visiting Lake Powell on the Colorado River to backcountry tent camping among the ponderosa pines in the Coconino National Forest, Prescott National Forest, and Kaibab National Forest. Sedona, just south of Flagstaff, also makes a great base for hiking among Arizona's Red Rocks or swimming in Oak Creek Canyon’s Slide Rock State Park.
Western Arizona
Dubbed Arizona's "West Coast," this part of the state offers all sorts of outdoor activities, much of which revolve around the Colorado River. The town of Yuma near the southern border is a popular spot, featuring an old Wild West prison and serving as a good base for visiting the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge. Attractions further north include Lake Havasu State Park, where you can swim, camp, or even check out the 19th-century London Bridge. Further north, the massive Lake Mead National Recreation Area offers year-round camping and easy access to two lakes.
Central Arizona
While it's easy to associate central Arizona with Phoenix sprawl, this region offers a lot for outdoorsy types, all within a short drive of the city. Popular spots for outdoors lovers include the Superstition Mountains in the Tonto National Forest, Lost Dutchman State Park, and the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. If you're interested in archaeology, the Montezuma Castle National Monument is also worth a visit.
Southern Arizona
Southern Arizona is full of Wild West spirit, with a mix of historic ghost towns and scenic desert landscapes, plus plenty of forests, particularly in the Chiricahua Mountains. Must-visit parks include Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park—both just outside Tucson. If it gets too hot, make like a local and head to Patagonia Lake State Park, a prime spot to swim and cool off from the Arizona heat.
