As an added bonus, you will have access to the ponds, you may use the boat, canoe or kayaks, you can also catch and release fish if you have your own fishing equipment. Hi my name is Christina, your on-site host, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to host you at our one-of-a-kind glamping site! We're located 40 min from Kanab, 50 min from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park and Page, AZ.
We're on 7 acres of land (all accomodations are on ~2 acres of the land) in a very rural town but please note, we do have neighbors on both sides- one of which have cows, roosters and horses. We have 3 glamping tents and 1 tiny cabin on-site (all of which are available for booking) along with a few shared spaces amongst guests: 2 covered grilling areas, a centralized fire pit and an indoor bathhouse. We are currently in the process of adding 2 more accommodations, a silo and a cave, that will be available by Summer 2024.
Each glamping tent and cabin is about 30 yards apart from one another. We provide all linens and towels for guests, AC/Heater units and hot/cold water year-round.
We're located at the border of Utah and Arizona in Cane Beds, AZ. It's a very isolated area with 2-3 dining options and a large full-sized grocery store (Bee's Marketplace) less than 10 minutes away! Cane Beds, Arizona has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa and Maxwell Park.
The terrain is very similar to Zion National Park. This region is especially known for hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails.
We're also conveniently located 40 min from Kanab, which is a town full of trails and hikes with a ton of great stops on the way (Paria Townsite, The Toadstools, Wirepass to Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Grand Staircase Escalante).

Hi my name is Christina, your on-site host, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to host you at our one-of-a-kind glamping site! We're located 40 min from Kanab, 50 min from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park and Page, AZ.
We're on 7 acres of land (all accomodations are on ~2 acres of the land) in a very rural town but please note, we do have neighbors on both sides- one of which have cows, roosters and horses. We have 3 glamping tents and 1 tiny cabin on-site (all of which are available for booking) along with a few shared spaces amongst guests: 2 covered grilling areas, a centralized fire pit and an indoor bathhouse. We are currently in the process of adding 2 more accommodations, a silo and a cave, that will be available by Summer 2024.
Each glamping tent and cabin is about 30 yards apart from one another. We provide all linens and towels for guests, AC/Heater units and hot/cold water year-round.
We're located at the border of Utah and Arizona in Cane Beds, AZ. It's a very isolated area with 2-3 dining options and a large full-sized grocery store (Bee's Marketplace) less than 10 minutes away! Cane Beds, Arizona has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa and Maxwell Park.
The terrain is very similar to Zion National Park. This region is especially known for hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails.
We're also conveniently located 40 min from Kanab, which is a town full of trails and hikes with a ton of great stops on the way (Paria Townsite, The Toadstools, Wirepass to Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Grand Staircase Escalante).

This land has been in our family for four generations to graze our herd of sheep. We renovated our camps to provide a comfortable glamping space to those who want a one-of-a-kind experience in the backcountry.
One of our best features is the solitude and exposure to Mother Nature. Here, you won't find quiet hours, disruptive campers, or noise and light pollution. These sites provide the ultimate experience for those willing to go off the grid, off the main road, and into the backcountry. This space is where the tourist crowds disappear and the rugged, raw beauty appears.
As the crow flies, the property is just over three miles from the east boundary of Zion National Park. This land is where our family calls home and has been in the Lundgren family for four generations. It is still used for agriculture purposes today. In early June, you may see sheep grazing in the nearby meadows and mid-to-late summer, cows roam the area adding to the uniqueness of the experience.
This part of the country is home to textured red rock, blue skies, and numerous desert flora and fauna, making it an ideal spot for photographers. Some of the animals you might spot include owl, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, deer, coyote, turkey, snakes, lizards, as well as many different types of birds. There is very little light pollution making the night sky dazzling and unforgettable.

Gypsy’s cottage is more than just a place to rest your head, it’s an experience. It is so beautifully crafted and has all the amenities you would ever need and so much more! I never expected heat and warm water, and not to mention the sauna! what a delight in the winter temps! I loved looking at all the details taking it all in. The afternoon light gave it such a beautiful glow. I highly recommend a stay here! Easily one of the best Hipcamps I have experienced.

Such an amazing location! What a gem! It felt safe to be there with my kids, my dog had TONS of space to run around, and there was so much room for other campers we felt almost alone. The mountain views were breathtaking and the sunrise/sunset was amazing. I'm so happy I found this place, I'll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic time in the Tiny Home at Land Beyond Zion. The place is very cozy, with all the amenities I needed. I was able to simply relax, drive up into Zion a few times, and work a little (great internet) over the course of four days. Shanti was very responsive, quick to answer questions and offer tips. We had a great stay, the views and sunsets were so beautiful. The sites were easy to pull into, everything was kept nice and maintained. There’s also a peice of this land that feels special being on a reservation. I would highly recommend checking out the pipe springs national monument in walking distance, there’s lots of history here. There was also a nice biking trail.

What a cool ranch! It’s very big, so there’s lots of different areas to set up camp.. I pitched my tent on the edge of the property closer to the showers, community porch, and some of the big-baller cabins. There’a 2 funny little goats “Goose” & “Meadow” that are basically big dogs that like attention and some petting! Horses, too, but I didn’t go down to see them at all.. You’re right off the highway (after Kanab), so super easy to pop over to Big Water to explore Lake Powell. And from there Page is just down the road, so the famed Horseshoe Bend is a simple spectacle to check off the bucket list! Definitely coming back!

Land Beyond Zion is all about community… It shows that a lot of love & labor went into creating that wonderful land. The campground itself is very unique! Views are unbelievable in all directions with mesas all around you, and the sunrises + sunsets melt! There’s 2 fully stocked kitchens for easy cooking, clean heated bathrooms, community fire pits, hammocks, and lots of gentle lighting throughout the property to lead the way + make you feel safe. Relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was probably my favorite part! You’ll never want to leave! Especially, with how close you are to all the action - Zion, Kolob Canyons, Pink Coral Sands, Water Canyon, etx. It’s even not too far from Horseshoe Bend + Lake Powell, too!

We loved our stay at Ethel’s Hideout! The views were great and there was potable water, phone service, and a porta-potty. The campsite was private, and the host was very accommodating. The host came by to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as told us about a hike up to a butte, which we did the next morning! In the photo with our tent you can see the butte, and the next photo is a view from the top!

White House was a great place to stay. I was on my way from Las Vegas to lake Powell and passed by. its a little bit of a drive but not bad. I did it just fine in a Nissan Altima. It does gonover a wash so if it's been raining you might not be able to reach it. When I got there there was no one there but a car at the trail head. The vault bathrooms were clean. They were renovating the campground at the time and it was free to stay during work. As a woman traveling alone I was a little apprehensious to stay there alone but as I left someone else showed up so I decided to stay. I'm glad I did. It was beautiful and the sky was the darkest, clearest sky I'd seen all summer. Great access to glen canyon. About a half hour away.

White House is super easy to reach, scenic and has everything you would need to kick off an adventure into Paria Canyon, the surrounding Vermillion Cliffs or plan your attack for attempting the ever-elusive lottery for The Wave hike.
The White House Trailhead & Campground sits just north of the Vermillion Cliffs National Monument. There are only 5 walk-in sites ($5 per night), very clean bathrooms, and grilled firepit/picnic tables in each site. The camping area is surrounded by beautifully sculpted and colored sandstone cliffs that make for fun quick hikes and gorgeous views of the area.
The Paria River cuts the desert landscape like a snake, winding through the wash just south of the camping area.
