This includes all activities in the canyon except Camping, which requires an additional nightly fee per campsite. 3. Can I park in the Canyon? It depends. The county and local fire department restrict how many vehicles are allowed in the canyon. As a result, vehicles are only allowed if you reserve a campsite or picnic site. 4. Why do I have to sign a wavier to enter the property? Our insurance carrier requires each person to sign a Liability Waiver. All adults must sign for themselves. Minors are required to have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf before accessing the canyon. Our waiver is available online: Sign Waiver Now 5. Can I have a fire at my campsite/picnic site? Campers are only allowed to have fires if they are in covered fire pits. We provide a fire pit with each campsite/picnic site reservation. The Ultimate Campsite (#8) is the only site that allows for an open-flame fire because this fire pit is located against the cliffs. 6. What are your hours of operation? Click Here to see our hours of operation. Our restaurant, Lava Grill, is open daily from 11:00am-6:00pm. 7. Do you have showers? Yes, we recently remodeled our showers and added hot water. Enjoy! 8. Can I bring my own food into the canyon and at the pool? Yes, we allow you to bring your own food. However, most people love eating at our famous restaurant in the canyon (Lava Grill). We serve lunch, dinner, and snacks. NO GLASS is allowed in the pool area – no exceptions! 9. Is alcohol allowed on the property? Yes, alcohol is allowed, yet only in certain areas. Alcohol is not allowed in the pool area. However, you may have it at your campsite/picnic site. 10. Is smoking allowed on the property? No smoking is allowed in the canyon. We request that you go to the top of the canyon to smoke so it doesn’t disturb our non-smoking customers. 11. Are animals allowed on the property? No animals, including dogs, may be brought into the Canyon, with the exception of ADA Service Animals. Please see the ADA FAQ page for details on what qualifies as a service animal. Super friendly staff. Beautiful and super clean amenities and grounds. We received a text with clear instructions as we were due to arrive late. Don (staff) stayed up to meet us at the the main building and guided us to our site. He was joyful and helpful and such a great person to welcome tired and weary travelers. Bathrooms and showers were exquisite!

The staff at the campground were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The RV sites were very clean, and the shared facilities—such as the showers, BBQ grills, and hot tubs—were all well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. There was also a supermarket, a hardware store, and a gas station just a two-minute drive away, which was very convenient.

Easy to find spot not too far off the highway. Nice & quiet all night. Beautiful views waking up in the morning. Cows & chickens around. Rob was very kind meeting us, delivering some delicious farm fresh eggs for the morning & providing some tips for the area. Great place to stay.

Clearly has a lot of time and care put into improving the campground, with sprinklers for the grass, new buildings being built, and already plenty of facilities for use (showers, laundry, basketball, pickleball, bean bag toss, pool, etc). The shuttle into Zion is a very convenient amenity, though it's a bit restrictive for times (mostly because of low utilization, especially in slower months (we had a morning shuttle where we were the only two riders)).

I had such a wonderful, peaceful trip. The resort is car camper friendly; which I appreciate as a solo SUV camper enthusiast, the concrete pads are nice and level. The amenities are very clean and new, and the waterfall arch in the pool is a nice touch. Hot tub is VERY hot and I liked that! The fancy shower heads were an extra surprise for a weary traveler, no RV has pressure like that. I ended up staying another day because I enjoyed the atmosphere, clean amenities and friendliness of the other campers. Travis was a wonderful host and I highly encourage you to book a night here if you’re heading to Zion but want to stay away from the chaos!

This was the perfect spot to spend our first night in our rental RV on the way from Las Vegas to Utah. No frills, but a good level place to park, a nice picnic table and fire ring. The toilet was simple, but would get the job done, and the shower surprised us with strong water pressure and good warm weather. I would stop there again if I’m passing through.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gateway Luxury RV Campground. Our site, #35 had beautiful views of the mountains. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The campground was very clean with great amenities. Location was perfect, just 30 minutes to Zion National Park and easy access to coffee shops, grocery stores and more.

We weren’t sure we could stay her because we were car camping and not staying in a RV. The staff gave us the green light and made check in easy. Down to calling us to explain check in procedures since we would be getting in very late. The location was clean and organized. Well lit and quiet. The amenities were fantastic the views were great.
