I am so pleased we found this great place! The Orchards at Kolob RV Resort exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds are immaculate, with an impressive level of cleanliness throughout the property. The amenities are top-notch—especially the bathrooms, which are among the nicest we’ve seen at any RV park. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring Zion National Park’s Kolob Canyons, and the surrounding views are absolutely stunning. Our site was spacious, level, and well-maintained, with plenty of room even for larger rigs. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the customer service. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated RV resort with fantastic service, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at the Orchard's for 2 weeks in our 44ft toyhauler. It is a nice place to stay if visiting Zion or Kolob Canyon (very close). The staff is very friendly and the park feels private. They have a great patio area with fire pit and lounge area on the clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Love it! The facilities are impeccable. The area is spacious to accommodate big rigs. The site manager is super helpful and nice. Best showers/bathrooms and laundry amenities I’ve ever used while camping. 10/10 🤩

Really enjoyed our stay at The Orchards! Easy drive to Zion and Kolob Canyon! The restrooms and showers were very nice and clean! The dog park was also well used by our dogs! We will be back again!

Lovely place to camp! The Orchards are 2 minutes from Kolob Canyon, which is much more peaceful than Zion. We did get over to Zion as well, but in the end preferred Kolob. The campsite is excellently maintained, everything is super clean and the little patches of grass at each site are the perfect touch. Great set up to sit out and relax at night. Tallie, the young lady at the front office was wonderful; super helpful and knowledgeable. We loved our stay!!

When I arrived, Kayley met me with a smile and had everything ready, so I was in and out of the office in just a few minutes. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are individual, clean, smell good, and the showers are nice. It felt more like a hotel bathroom than a campground. I'm adding this as a "return to" place on my way back home!

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Kolab canyon (“West Zion”) and Zion NP. The park is very clean and well organized, bathrooms and laundry were very clean also. Communication and access was easy.

This place was great. We stayed here while doing Kanara Falls. They accommodated us having a later check out as we realized when we tried to start laundry we were out of detergent. We appreciate your kindness and everyone we have come in contact with and been near does too!

Beautiful 5 star RV resort close to Zion. Spotless, and the hosts are welcoming and very accomodatung. Deluxe shower and laundry facilities. We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute. Would highly recommend.

This RV park was easy to get to and super clean!! My kids loved the playground and fake grass to play on. The bathrooms were extremely clean as were the whole grounds. There is quiet a bit of road noise because it’s so close to the highway but the view beyond that was still pretty. Would definitely stay here again.

Super nice campground! A smartly designed and well built campground with a great dog park and kid playground. Astroturf makes these areas super clean and looking great. Great dayroom in the main building with comfy seating and big TV. The restrooms and showers are clean and in brand new condition. We felt very safe in the area and even though the campground is next to the highway it really didn’t bother us. Great value! Definitely would recommend

This place went above and beyond. We were going to arrive late, they accommodated, then we got a bigger camper and thought we needed a bigger spot but they assured us it was alright and we would fit. We then ended up getting pushed a day behind on our trip and asked if we could move our reservation to the next day and they did! So nice! When we arrived they were so kind and allowed us to pick an easier spot to pull into. The views were beautiful, the only downside is it is right off the freeway so it get noisy.

It was close to Zion National park and easy to get to from the highway. Super cute facility with nice bathroom and showers. We even had our own little yard with a table by where we parked.
