An adobe structure lovingly built and designed with a small footprint featuring a full kitchen stocked with anything you might need, flushing toilet, and shower. Floating above are two sunny lofts for sleeping and lounging. Full access to the fenced in acre lot. Dog friendly. This cottage is located in a small neighborhood surrounded by ranch and public lands. 5 miles from Colorado City, 15 miles to Coral Pink Sand Dunes, 55 miles to Zion NP, 88 miles to Bryce Canyon NP, 100 miles to North Rim Grand Canyon NP. Truly a magical little spot that Russell has created. He put some much attention to detail to the cottage, which lent to a very unique and memorable experience. His spot is a comfortable driving distance from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Bryce Canyon, and Zion… but staying here was one of our favorite parts of our trip.

The cottage was perfect and there was everything we needed. It was such a cute and fun place to stay and I would def stay there again! Also Russell was a great host, answered questions very fast and he was incredibly friendly!
