Each Cabin is fully equipped (hot water/basic appliances/kitchen/bathroom/dishes) as an Adventure base during your stay providing a comfortable, cozy and unique location for couples or small groups to enjoy while adventuring and creating memories in the area. The Verde River is one of Arizona's only two Wild and Scenic Rivers, yet it remains relatively undiscovered as a recreational resource offering endless exploration and water fun in the Spring and Summer Months! The road to reach us is breathtaking in itself with ancient Sinaguan Ruins and strangely beautifully sculpted landscapes along the River drive. Enjoy miles of forests, rivers, lakes, swimming, hiking, mtb, all near by and all while being comfy and cozy for a nights recharge to do it all again after a hot shower or Jacuzzi.
Each Cabin is fully equipped (hot water/basic appliances/kitchen/bathroom/dishes) as an Adventure base during your stay providing a comfortable, cozy and unique location for couples or small groups to enjoy while adventuring and creating memories in the area. Weekend Trip to Gypsy’s Cottage
Gypsy’s cottage is more than just a place to rest your head, it’s an experience. It is so beautifully crafted and has all the amenities you would ever need and so much more! I never expected heat and warm water, and not to mention the sauna! what a delight in the winter temps! I loved looking at all the details taking it all in. The afternoon light gave it such a beautiful glow. I highly recommend a stay here! Easily one of the best Hipcamps I have experienced.

We had a wonderful time at River Sand’s! The 2 bedroom + loft was perfect for our family of 4. It felt like our cosy home was plopped down in the middle of a desert oasis! Surrounded by nature, RVs, campers, and sky! The clubhouse and pool were our favorite part, and make it feel like a resort hotel. We would definitely rent a cabin again, but plan to come back to camp as well. The laundry and shower facilities were a plus! The staff is so friendly and covered every detail! Highly recommended!

Great camp location with easy access to conveniences while still being close to trails, countryside, mountains, and great hiking. The camp is professionally run, and it shows — the host has truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and easy.
We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the friendly goats, and the free-range chickens were the most well-mannered we’ve ever seen — present but never intrusive.

We had such a wonderful stay with Cheryl. She truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She welcomed us with kindness right away, made sure we were comfortable, and even set up the hot tub for us with the jets on and the heat turned up which was such a thoughtful touch, especially with our little one.
At the end of our stay, my wife accidentally took my truck keys to work, and I was completely stuck when it was time to check out. Cheryl showed so much grace and understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day without any stress. That kind of flexibility and compassion is rare.
She is genuinely one of the sweetest hosts we’ve met. We felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease the entire time. Highly recommend staying with Cheryl — you won’t regret it.

I had a fantastic time in the Tiny Home at Land Beyond Zion. The place is very cozy, with all the amenities I needed. Cheryl was an absolutely amazing host. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She let us bring our RV and even made sure our little baby was comfortable during our stay. She went above and beyond by setting the hot tub jets for us and turning up the heat so it was perfect when we got in.
At the end of our stay, my wife accidentally took my truck keys with her to work, which meant I couldn’t leave at checkout time. Cheryl was incredibly understanding and graciously allowed us to stay another day without making it stressful at all.
Super sweet lady and truly one of the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever stayed with. Highly recommend staying with her if you get the chance.

Hosts were super welcoming, available, friendly and helpful. The property was a little sanctuary oasis in an otherwise residential area, which surprised us when we first arrived as we thought it was more remote, but it really feels that way when you’re inside the property. Lots of beautiful shady citrus trees and flowery bushes. Our kids enjoyed the lawn area, swing, pool and play area so much, we didn’t do much else during our stay in Tucson besides enjoy right where we were. Also enjoyed walking the dirts roads and the Mountain View.

Unfortunately, GPS led us miles off course which prevented us from reaching the resort before sundown. We were not able to reach staff after hours.
That being said, once we made it we were warmly greeted, given a rundown of information and personally escorted to our beautiful pull-through RV site. The amenities are top-notch, especially the heated pool, The staff are very accommodating.
(TIP) If GPS leads you to a random spot in the middle of the desert, it is south of the I10.

William’s place was fantastic! Our site was big with easy access, the grounds had acres of fruit trees that we got to pick from, there also were horses and friendly dogs. We went to bike the loop and it was an easy 2-miles from his gate and just 4-6 miles from Catalina State Park (GORGEOUS). We’ll definitely return!
