Say howdy to the cows on your way in and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy the peace and quiet or saddle up and check out the local tourist attractions. Just a stones throw from historic Tombstone and the OK Corral and just around the bend from Bisbee and the copper queen mine; an old mining town with a new fangled twist. This slice of paradise is up high lonesome road off of Gleeson road. Follow high lonesome rd for a couple miles and then go through the white painted steel push gate. Some times the ranch dogs are loose and they bark and act scary but they won’t do anything. Just ignore them if they are there(it’s not too common). Continue on that road until a slight right down a steep incline onto silver bill rd. There is one more slight right to remain on silver bill rd and then you should be home free. Follow the road down the hill. Our gate is where silver bill rd. dead ends on the left hand side. It’s best to have the gps route pre loaded while you still have a strong signal before you get out there. Have a serene stay!

Learn more about this land: Dust off your cowboy boots and come pitch a tent on this starlit rugged terrain. This property is something special, a fenced in area on a real western ranch. Say howdy to the cows on your way in and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy the peace and quiet or saddle up and check out the local tourist attractions. Just a stones throw from historic Tombstone and the OK Corral and just around the bend from Bisbee and the copper queen mine; an old mining town with a new fangled twist. This slice of paradise is up high lonesome road off of Gleeson road. Follow high lonesome rd for a couple miles and then go through the white painted steel push gate. Some times the ranch dogs are loose and they bark and act scary but they won’t do anything. Just ignore them if they are there(it’s not too common). Continue on that road until a slight right down a steep incline onto silver bill rd. There is one more slight right to remain on silver bill rd and then you should be home free. Follow the road down the hill. Our gate is where silver bill rd. dead ends on the left hand side. It’s best to have the gps route pre loaded while you still have a strong signal before you get out there. Have a serene stay!

Weekend Trip to Verde River Vortex
Our host went above and beyond to make everything about this experience amazing. The stay was so soulful. We took the opportunity for river kayaking, and it was made so easy with our hosts help. We were blessed to be able take the time to spend a quiet day painting rocks and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. A few nights under the stars on the loft deck were the reset we needed. Can’t boast more about this stay. Highly recommend all of it.

My stay at Maxine and Chad's Hdden Oasis was wonderful. Due to circumstances, I was upgraded to a Casita. It was so very cute, had a nice kitchen, a lovely shower, and a very comfortable bed. It was perfect for my need. The love and attention given to Hdden Oasis as a parent everywhere you look. Every detail is delightful and exudes a loving presence I hope to come back again with my husband and spend more time here. This place, surrounded by intriguing mountains, which I have no doubt are dripping with birds during spring migration, is truly a gem.

I loved camping at Lori’s Field. It was perfect for our needs traveling with a 19’ Sprinter van and also rented #1 cabin, due to my husband getting a bad cold and wanting to allow him to be in his own environment for rest. The cabin had all the necessary facilities including shower, toilet and sink. Along with a microwave, kerig coffee pot and small fridge. Also grateful for the electric hookup for van. Easy directions and close enough to town for all your needs.

This worked out perfectly for our cross country road trip. We arrived late and left early, so we couldn’t enjoy the amenities, but it looked like a fun place. There was a pool and a hot tub. Some cabins and tent areas. Ample parking. Very secure. Requires a gate code for access to the property. Easy to find.

I really loved my time at the Gypsy King cottage! What a beautiful and well thought out space to stay in. Russell was a very good host and communicated promptly when I reached out to him. The cabin and the property is so peaceful absolutely gorgeous! I hope to come back and stay for longer next time. I didn’t have the time to try the sauna. Weekend Trip to Gypsy’s Cottage
Russell’s cottage matches the photos, clean while also cozy. The cob structure is really beautiful, and fire wood provided was so nice. A wood fired sauna is a treat and an outdoor bath, looking towards the Big Dipper was very special! This is a precious place to stay, and there’s lots of incredible hiking, climbing, and mountain biking with an hour drive. Also the neighbor dogs came to visit which we loved. Thank you Russell and hope to visit again sometime.

In an old farming area of Gilbert, stay in your RV with electrical, water, and sewer hookups, and enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub (shared space)! Our home is on a 1 acre lot. The RV parking is on one side of the garage, and there is a large grassy area with huge shade trees on the other side of the house. The pool and hot tub are shared with the owners family. For safety and security there are audio/video cameras at the driveway, front door, and pool areas of the house. Things to do in the area: If you like hiking: Hieroglyphic Canyon is a must-see hike while you’re in AZ! Trailhead is about a 33 minute drive from the house. Some beautiful views on the Lost Dutchman Trailhead, about 28 minutes away. South Mountain Preserve has great views of the city. About 21 minute drive. Horseback riding: ride the San Tans with MD Ranch LLC. About 40 minutes away. Yeehaw! If you like golf: Top Golf is a favorite, about 10 minutes away. Following the hardships of the 19th century, the survivors of these tribes were officially united under the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934, forming the Yavapai-Apache Tribe, which became the Yavapai-Apache Nation in 1992. The ancestors of the Yavapai and Dilzhe’e Apache were skilled hunters and gatherers, living harmoniously with the land and leaving minimal traces for archaeologists to uncover.
