Missed Amenities, Poor Service
I stayed here twice in one week while traveling in my van, and overall the experience was disappointing.
On my first night, check-in was confusing. The employee didn’t seem familiar with van life bookings through HipCamp and couldn’t find my reservation at first. Another employee had to help. After checking in, I was given a vehicle tag but no information about included amenities like WiFi, electricity, or the free washer and dryer. I had to ask basic questions, which made things feel unorganized.
On my second stay, I explained my previous experience and that I hadn’t been informed about the amenities I booked for, but there was no effort to address the issue.
There were also facility problems. The WiFi doesn’t reach the van parking area, so I couldn’t use it. The handicapped shower had a clogged drain and flooded the bathroom, soaking my belongings. When I reported it, the employee didn’t seem concerned.
One positive was the free washer and dryer—they worked well and were convenient.
At checkout, I wasn’t acknowledged at the front desk and left after waiting.
Overall, for the price and lack of service, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
