The spot was easy to find, close to Moab downtown (10 minutes) and the national park (another 10 minutes). It rained but we stayed dry in our tent. Shower room was fine and upper patio was nice with chairs and gas fireplaces to stay cozy and watch the sunset. Place was quiet, people were friendly. Great for the price! I wouldn’t call it glamping, but it was easy, convenient and comfortable camping for sure!

I had a terrible experience at this glamping site and I will neither return nor recommend it to anyone for multiple reasons
1. On hipcamp, the photos, description and charge were for a 2 bed tipi site but we were given one bed tipi for a family of 4 when we arrived at mid-night. They were booked solid so did not fix until night 2 . Good part, they acknowledged and fixed the situation, bad part - we had a nightmare first night for 4 of us in a queen bed with two flimsy twin blankets.
2. We went in spring and There were millipedes all over the tipi and all tipis seemed to be infested. They were all over our clothes, blankets, beds and every morning we had to remove at least 10-15 dead millipedes from our tipi every morning. I get that we are glamping in nature but this is more like infestation. The kids were scared as millipedes dropped off the tipi into our beds constantly and so many crawling all over the spaces. This is not glamping. This place needs some sort of treatment
3. Again, matter of luck, we had water hose leak in our tipi which if we were not inside our tent would have flooded the entire floor.
4. It’s not a quiet place, you can head road traffic and doesn’t provide any exquisite experience
The good stuff;
Staff was helpful. bathrooms were nice, relatively clean for a public site, there’s a dog park (we don’t have dogs) which can get loud in the morning, accessibility to arches is good. They serve free coffee and treats in the morning, Laundry works.

The tipis are not well maintained. We had a terrible experience there. We stayed for 4 nights. If you are looking for a comfortable “glamping” stay, look elsewhere.

My family and I loved our stay here, definitely very comfortable even with two little ones. My wife loved everything from the tipi we stayed in to the patio deck to enjoy a beautiful sunrise! Martinez family will definitely be back, oh and the receptionist was so humble and kind! Who ever owns this park has our respect for keeping up with it so well! God bless.

Great location and nice enough facilities. The staff is accommodating and helpful. It wouldn’t hurt them to renovate the bathrooms though.

Our overnight experience was great! Quiet & off the highway. Bathhouse was clean with good towels & bathmats! We’ll ride our bikes into town on our next stay.

I liked my stay here, it was the off season so the fire pits didn't work on the deck area so that was a little disappointing but I still enjoyed it here. The sites aren't huge, but that's pretty normal for Moab and it wasn't busy when I was here so it didn't feel crammed at all! Overall I'd definitely stay again.

Our stay was everything we needed! Very comfy king beds and a warm place to stop on our roadtrip! Clean communal bathrooms, with towels, soaps and bath mats were provided. This site was very well kept and would love to come back in the summer to try out those teepees!

I enjoyed my stay at the Moav RV. The bathroom was a luxury with provided towels, soap and was very warm during my stay in the winter. There were several outdoor spaces to enjoy and my dog was happy with the enclosed pet areas where she could be off leash. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the wintertime in Moab. I would definitely stay at Moab RV again on my next trip to town.

The friendly and caring attitude of the employees was amazing! Always there to help. Close to all activities in Moab yet not in the middle of town. Beautiful deck with firepits to view amazing night skies or daytime mountains that surround the campground. Very nice cabins and teepees It was awesome!

After hours arrival was super easy. Cabin was very large and very clean.
Plenty of towels and washcloths made it feel like a luxury result.
Bath house has large shower stalls that are very clean and had wonderful
amenities. I peaked into 2 of the teepees and they look like fun especially if traveling with children. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our spot was actually better than what we expected (and what the pictures showed). We got moved to Tent #6 which instead had a king size bed and had our own little private corner of the resort. Staff was so nice, assisting in any way possible ensuring our stay was great! Resort had everything you need for glamping. Bathrooms/showers were wonderful & spacious.

Overall we had a good experience. Great location, affordable price, and kids loved the camping car. Great view is a plus. Cleaning needs improvement. Low on toilet paper and no extras, urine stain on toilet seat, and we found sand under the covers. I’ll probably give it another try.

It was really awesome to stay in a tipi. It was nice and warm with two space heater fireplaces. The kids liked the TV and it was costy and there were no bugs. The barbecue grill and fire pit were perfect for cooking our dinners. It was convenient to have our own kitchen sink. Our stay was very comfortable and we definitely want to come back soon.

There is a propane bbq, fire pit and picnic table at each site. They have towels and wash clothes in bathrooms. It’s slightly outside the city of Moab. A bit pricey but comes with more than I have seen at other campgrounds.

Great spot if your passing through amd need a warm and clean place to stay. We had been camping for several days and after a rain storm amd freezing temps we needed a day to reset.

The RV was clean and very functional. The trailer park itself was very quiet and everyone we ran into was extremely friendly. Only drawback to the trip was there was an issue with the pricing between what the RV Park said should’ve been the total and Hipcamp threw some extra charges in there that I had never seen before. that is an issue with Hipcamp, not the RV park. I would totally come here again.

A Glamping destination this is not. A decent RV park with canvas tent sites it is. The staff was pleasant and friendly but for the money, I’d expect more compared to other parks in the area. It felt more slapped together than thoughtfully constructed. The park was quiet and clean but a bit far away from Moab for us.
