Good location, but services lacking

Pull Thru RV Site - 38ft
Pros- The location is great- outside of town and quiet, but not too far so it's easy to get to restaurants, and not far from Arches.
Hookups worked well.
Laundry was easy to use and worked ok.
Cons- I had read the other reviews of the bathrooms so I was prepared, but it was still a disappointment. We stayed 4 night/5 days and they weren't serviced once. In the women's room, there was no toilet paper in three of the 4 stalls the whole time we were there, trash cans were full, old bathmats on the ground by the showers from previous guests, and no towels in the "free towel" area.
On the window of the store, the schedule said it would be open 2 days while we were there, but was never actually open, so we were never able to actually check in or ask anyone for help.
Because it's winter, we understand less staffing, but it would have been nice to been given a heads up that the store would be closed, dishwashing station shut off, and bathrooms not serviced during our visit. We received a lot of stock texts from the resort asking if we wanted to extend our stay, but no human help or interaction.
I imagine it would be better serviced in the summer, when there are more people. There were only about 8-10 other RVs there the week we were there.

the accommodations were great. there was a heater and plenty of space for guests to sleep. Huge benefit was that it was pet-friendly and had a small kitchenette with dish ware, fridge, and microwave.

Loved the tipi Glampcamping, lots of amenities to keep you comfortable. Beautiful view of ridge in Moab, small dog park for dogs to run off leash and complimentary coffee and pastries at their office made it extra special. I also have to praise them for fixing issues we had when we first arrived, very considerate and good customer service.

We had a great experience! We camped three nights in our rooftop tent. The bathrooms and amenities (like extra towels if you needed one) were great. People were so nice. It was quiet and safe. We would stay again!

This place is fantastic! Wasn’t sure what to expect because this was my first time staying at a glamping site like this. It was clean, super comfortable, friendly and helpful staff… all around great experience. My wife and I will be back. :)

We stayed in one of the cabins and it was just perfect. We’d had a long day on the road and it was so easy to check in after hours. Their top deck over the camp store is amazing - stunning views and quiet beauty. It would be nice if the deck was non-smoking - we had an inconsiderate cigar smoker come up. Just stay downwind. The little dog park works well. Thanks for a great night!

Staying in Area 41 RV was out of this WORLD!! Accommodations were clean and well equipped for anything. All staff were exceptional and made great recommendations. The ‘Smoked Bowls’ food truck was the perfect meal too! Would absolutely stay again.

Pull Thru RV Site - 40ft
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the little extras provided. Trees were wrapped with solar powered lights, games and misters at the covered patio, and the cool hang out viewing area. The toiletries in the shower area were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend sites RV Sites 5-10 for the most protection from the sun. For the most part, the property was incredibly well maintained, however staff was only onsite from 8 AM - 6 PM, and things sometimes got untidy after hours. There was a number to call a manager after hours, but the level of untidiness didn't warrent a call.

I ended up staying in tipi #53 not the tent! Had the absolute best time! Incredible campground and hosts, the tipi was so cool and had everything you could need! Super quick drive to Moab and Arches and not far at all from Canyonlands! Felt really safe here😊

This was a wonderful retreat in Moab! Fully stocked with laundry, games, bbqs, fire pits, and very helpful staff. Nice spots with trees which are few and far between in Moab. Easy biking distance on backroads to downtown. Without question we will be back!

Nice camping site along a small creek. Great instructions and directions to find the location. Well functioning sites. Available host on site for all questions. Note: port-a-potty only, no showers.

A great camping experience! Comfortable, fully functional sites, nice office with helpful staff, comfortable common area and one of the best bathroom facilities I’ve seen. Close to Arches and Canyonlands. Would definitely recommend.

Super RV and camping park in Moab. If I didn't have the RV, I totally would have stayed in one of the Tipis or safari tents. I peeked inside and they were CUTE!!
Staff friendly and grounds maintained. Full service. We only stayed one night, but if we make it back this way, I will stay again

This is BY FAR the cleanest, decorative, and homeliest camp grounds we have ever visited! They have every amenity you would need!!! The folks running the place a friendly and showed us around to see the various glamping options they had. We will definitely return!

This was a lovely facility! The cabin was clean and cozy and well stocked with blankets and towels, as well as a fridge and microwave which I hadn’t expected. We got in late and checked out early, so we didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities, such as lawn games, popcorn, or the fire pit. But when we come back to Moab we would definitely stay here again—it seems like a great home base, especially if you’re camping with friends! Highly recommend :)

Had a wonderful stay here! The patio views were absolutely gorgeous and so nice to be able to enjoy. Had super comfy furniture as well. Clean bathrooms and clean cabin. Great location. Definitely recommend doing the Moab skydiving if you have the opportunity!! They were flexible for check in and check out which was much appreciated. Would stay again!

Friendly people from the manager down to the supporting staff. Activities for campers were unexpected but wonderful. Enjoyed the live music! Pet friendly !The laundry room and shower room were very clean! We would highly recommend and definitely stay when we come this way again!

We stayed at this RV camp for 3 nights. It was beautiful, very clean and quiet. Away from traffic and town but close enough to easily get anything you needed. A handy store for forgotten items and a very clean shower and bathroom. Beautiful landscape and a very helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again.

The spot was easy to find, close to Moab downtown (10 minutes) and the national park (another 10 minutes). It rained but we stayed dry in our tent. Shower room was fine and upper patio was nice with chairs and gas fireplaces to stay cozy and watch the sunset. Place was quiet, people were friendly. Great for the price! I wouldn’t call it glamping, but it was easy, convenient and comfortable camping for sure!

I had a terrible experience at this glamping site and I will neither return nor recommend it to anyone for multiple reasons
1. On hipcamp, the photos, description and charge were for a 2 bed tipi site but we were given one bed tipi for a family of 4 when we arrived at mid-night. They were booked solid so did not fix until night 2 . Good part, they acknowledged and fixed the situation, bad part - we had a nightmare first night for 4 of us in a queen bed with two flimsy twin blankets.
2. We went in spring and There were millipedes all over the tipi and all tipis seemed to be infested. They were all over our clothes, blankets, beds and every morning we had to remove at least 10-15 dead millipedes from our tipi every morning. I get that we are glamping in nature but this is more like infestation. The kids were scared as millipedes dropped off the tipi into our beds constantly and so many crawling all over the spaces. This is not glamping. This place needs some sort of treatment
3. Again, matter of luck, we had water hose leak in our tipi which if we were not inside our tent would have flooded the entire floor.
4. It’s not a quiet place, you can head road traffic and doesn’t provide any exquisite experience
The good stuff;
Staff was helpful. bathrooms were nice, relatively clean for a public site, there’s a dog park (we don’t have dogs) which can get loud in the morning, accessibility to arches is good. They serve free coffee and treats in the morning, Laundry works.
