7 nights at South-40@LaSal Tent and RV Park

We really enjoyed our 1-week stay! The spot is located about 25 miles out of Moab and is very peaceful and quiet. The solitude and serenity were delightful! We were located about halfway between the Needles section of Canyonlands, where we wanted to hike, and the Island in the Sky section, where we biked. Stephen is incredibly helpful and friendly and always responded in a very short time when we had questions. The hip camp is spotlessly clean and even has great WiFi, which is rare in such spots. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to others. We stayed in a 45-foot 5th wheel, and the site was large enough to accommodate our rig, the truck that pulls it, as well as my Jeep Grand Cherokee! One of the most comfortable and spacious Hip Camps we have stayed in.

2 nights at Glamping Canyonlands

We were coming to the area for the first time and wanting to camp with just a few convenience's & we couldn’t have been happier with the high rise tent! It was the perfect shelter with the feel of camping. The grate on the fire ring was a huge bonus and made campfire cooking easy. The bathrooms were clean and love their reusable hand towel system! They had plenty more amenities on site but personally wanted to keep it close to the camping feel so we didn’t utilize them this time around. We couldn’t have asked for a better find…location was perfect for exploring Canyonlands & Bears Ears!

Weekend Trip to Ravens Nest Utah

This was a great experience!! Sally was so friendly and helpful!! The location was great!! For our experience, it was nice and isolated so we could really have our privacy. We did come early in the year so it could be more hopping if that is your preference as the season takes off. Regardless, you could walk away feeling like your were going to your roots and roughing it, while still having access to some amenities, i.e. toilets, picnic tables and fire pits. It was perfect for us!! At the risk of losing the more isolated feeling, I really can't recommend this camp enough!!

Weekend Trip to South-40@LaSal Tent and RV Park

Stephen’s land was the perfect place to stay! It was far enough away to feel private and peaceful, while also being close enough to easily get to Moab or either national parks. The view of the mountains surrounding the area was also a major plus! Will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely loved it. Magical peaceful setting. Can’t wait to go back. The sauna was icing on the cake. Loved the morning coffee delivery.

2 nights at Glamping Canyonlands

Erik and Keshia have created a wonderfully personalized and comfortable experience. The yurt was perfectly appointed, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The wood sauna and fresh chicken eggs (as well as entertaining chickens) made an already perfect experience even better. Incredible night and day skies/vistas, proximity to Canyonlands NP, and a perfect yurt camping experience already have me wanting to return.

Step when and his wife were so friendly! They met me at the campsite and allowed me to choose another site I liked better. All sites were well-maintained, level, and I believe all had electric and water. It was such a peaceful location. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Farm Cabins Zion & Bryce!! Pool...

Very convenient location with nice views and cozy accommodations. Owner and staff were very friendly at breakfast and loved getting to see all the farm animals. Perfect place to stay while exploring southern Utah.

Absolutely stunning hill/pasture scenery. Host was easy to communicate with, more than willing to allow me to stay past check-out to continue my work day. The hardest part was finding a "spot" to camp based on the Google map pin the host sent me. There wasn't a fire ring or any amenities on site — you are camping in acres of land...no complaints on my end, would absolutely return for the peace and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Arrowhead farm. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast and all the animals on the farm.

Wow what a fantastic find! Stayed here with my 2 boys and we had such a great time. My kids loved seeing all the animals and feeding them. The owners were so kind. I appreciated having organic coffee in our cabin and the homemade baked goods and farm eggs for breakfast. Loved that it was perfect for seeing both Zion and Bryce. We would love to stay again if we’re ever in the area!

Great setup for our van on a cold night when we needed power for some extra heat. Quiet, tucked away spot. Instructions from host got us right to the location. And, dare I say, the cutest pit toilet I have ever used.

Glamping Canyonlands is an off-the-grid property with four 16.5 ft and one 16x24 ft canvas wall tent, a glamping pod and NEW air conditioned Skylight Casita. The tents are furnished with a comfortable memory foam queen mattress fitted with bedding, extra blankets, seating for two, area rugs, end tables, string lights, board games, first aid kit, hand sanitizer, phone battery pack, small battery operated fans, 2 deck chairs, private firepit with grill top, hammocks & picnic table. Communal areas are bathrooms with a flushing toilet, warm shower, outdoor kitchen, and, picnic tables. French press coffee each morning. Starlink Internet is available. Late check-ins are available. You will receive more information closer to your arrival date. The small town of Monticello-15 mins, Newspaper Rock-15 mins, Foy Lake-25 mins, Canyonlands NP-40 mins, Moab-40 mins, Arches-50 mins. We've been married since 2012 and best friends since 2006. In fact, it was our honeymoon in the Canyonlands National Park that inspired us to open Glamping Canyonlands, our eco-friendly, off-grid campground. A Swell Oasis in the desert of the San Rafael Swell: Swell Retreat. A pine tree farm was active prior to us purchasing the land, so lots of beautiful trees. A couple ponds stocked with large mouth bass. Zipline, WIBIT, water slide, etc. A field of hay, and continued improvements to make it into a Swell Retreat!!! We are a great spot to stay and have onsite a zip line into Lake Elevate, water slide into the pond, adventure island, zipline, kayaking, paddle boarding, catch and release fishing, and close to all fun in the San Rafael Swell. 20 min or so from three reservoirs for additional fishing, swimming and motor boating, 30 minutes from the Little Grand Canyon for breathtaking views, hiking and mountain biking, petroglyphs and the San Rafael Swell river to float on, 60 minutes from Goblin Valley, within 60 minutes to multiple slot canyons: Little Wild Horse Canyon, Muddy Creek, The Chute (similar to Zion National Park), Baptist Draw, to name a few. Mountain fun for rock climbing just up the road in Joe's Valley, hiking, biking, fishing, etc. We would love to have you stay on our little farm while you enjoy the fun of the San Rafael Swell adventures.

We renovated our camps to provide a comfortable glamping space to those who want a one-of-a-kind experience in the backcountry. One of our best features is the solitude and exposure to Mother Nature. Here, you won't find quiet hours, disruptive campers, or noise and light pollution. These sites provide the ultimate experience for those willing to go off the grid, off the main road, and into the backcountry. This space is where the tourist crowds disappear and the rugged, raw beauty appears. As the crow flies, the property is just over three miles from the east boundary of Zion National Park. This land is where our family calls home and has been in the Lundgren family for four generations. It is still used for agriculture purposes today. In early June, you may see sheep grazing in the nearby meadows and mid-to-late summer, cows roam the area adding to the uniqueness of the experience. This part of the country is home to textured red rock, blue skies, and numerous desert flora and fauna, making it an ideal spot for photographers. Some of the animals you might spot include owl, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, deer, coyote, turkey, snakes, lizards, as well as many different types of birds. There is very little light pollution making the night sky dazzling and unforgettable.
