Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site... We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced. The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment
