Hello! My husband and I live in Gulf Breeze, FL but own 6 acres in Milton FL. This is a private stay just minutes from Pensacola beach and gives just enough of a quiet getaway to relax away from tourism. We have one neighbor far to the East who owns horses. You may see them from time to time through the trees. The other side of our land is a national reserve. So there’s plenty of nature to tune out any noise. My husband uses the entry part of the land to grow palm trees. You will see many on site. We hope you enjoy your stay!Welcome! We own 6 acres of land in Milton, FL. It is a palm tree farm and nursery so you will see many palm trees around as well as natural nature. We offer a crushed concrete road leading to a crushed concrete area designed for private, comfortable, and quiet camping. This is ideal for an RV to park/hookup and we offer a picnic table and fire pit. Additionally, there is room for tents for children or additional group campers. This area is minutes away from the beautiful Emerald Coast (Pensacola Beach) and there is plenty of land to space out and relax in nature after a long day at the beach, fishing, hiking nearby trails, or visiting nearby creeks or springs. There’s free live music on the beach every Tuesday in the summer months. The water is perfect for swimming in the fall months! We have one neighbor who owns horses you may occasionally see through the trees. The other side of our land is a state wildlife reserve. This is a private, quiet, safe, family owned property. We welcome tents and one RV wishing for electric hookup. We do NOT have septic tank on property and do not offer drinking water. Dogs are welcome too and may run free :) We look forward to hosting you! To DUMP and WATER refill: A mile down the road has a dump station for $10 it’s called Avalon Landing RV park in Milton FL. No dumping on the property. WHEN YOU ARRIVE: You will travel down Mary Kitchen’s road, stop at Mercy LN (on your right), take a left onto the property, through the white gate you will travel down straight until you see the cleared campground on your right. Enjoy!

Camp here!

Great spot to camp. Private (only one camp site on the property), large clean gravel space, picnic table, and 50A/240V power. Directions were clear, arrived in the dark and got set up without any issues.

Jessica’s place was what we wanted for our first camping trip with a reactive dog! There was a large clearing for our tent, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a grate for us to cook our food over. We did not see anyone else while we were camping, which was perfect for our dogs. They were free to run around our campsite without the worry of coming into contact with other animals/people. This was my first time using a hip camp and it was a wonderful experience! We had large level pad with 50amp service. Plenty of shade and lots of space for dogs. There is close by shopping and activities. Quiet place with privacy. The hosts are great people!

Great spot! Close to the beaches without being in the craziness. Nice and quiet with minimal road noise. The site is flat and spacious. A word of caution for those in bigger/longer rigs there are some tight areas when backing into the site. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Peaceful and lovely to have true privacy. Lots of tall trees, so challenging for Starlink, but it'll work with a flagpole. Pay attention to the directions, which are in the listing but not on the directions page. Google had me pass the entrance, and there aren't many opportunities to turn around in a big rig in the surrounding neighborhood. Once I got back, it was great. My dog lived being able to roam off leash.
