Kokomo Farms is an Organic rescue farm on approximately 20 acres. We named Kokomo Farms after our two loves. We traveled for years only to discover Kokomo is inside of us all . Our love for unwanted animals from horses, pigs chickens, ducks, dogs, birds (well you get the idea) allows us to care for rescued animals. We offer many different unique stays from our Glamping Netted Hanging Round Bed to a converted Shipping Container made into an Eco Friendly Tiny Home to even a Tiny House Cottage and a treehouse! Soak in our zen garden hot tub . The Zen garden is a peaceful botanical retreat. It's a fun and romantic vibe if you love animals to just relax and breathe! Bring a good book to read on the back porch of the Main house, add your artistic talents to our artwall, lie on our stargazing bed and enjoy our beautiful dark skies, meander thru the greenhouse, or enjoy our weekend community fires, or just Wander around Kokomo's spacious property which includes a beautiful Hammock of 200+ yr old Live Oak trees. Bring carrots to make horse friends. All our animals are retired but love to interact. Rent a Kayak from a local outfitter for the Historic Suwannee River and enjoy North Florida's best natural resources that are very nearby, or just visit our local beautiful springs for a swim or hike! Come enjoy a little of our paradise.

Dreamer's Escape Treehouse
Fantastic! Gregg and Trudy were super hospitable and this camp was very unique. Lots of attention to delightful little details and my daughter loved playing with Shin, the super energetic border collie. This is a remote and rural area but we had fun hiking and visiting the springs nearby. Definitely worth the trip!

Tiny House Cottage
Anniversary weekend
We had an amazing time at the tiny house on the farm – a perfect spot for exploration with friendly animals, farm games, and a delightful pizza dinner. The hot tub and fire added to the charm, making it an ideal anniversary stay for my husband and me. The hosts were incredibly kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'll be sure to share this hidden gem with all my friends and look forward to booking another trip here soon!

Dreamer's Escape Treehouse
Magical night in a treehouse
We stayed in the treehouse! It’s an actual tree with limbs coming right through your living space. Mosquito nets around bed, and privacy drapes can be pulled around the room. We kept warm with a provided electric blanket, and our tree felt like a magical place with fairy lights and Spanish moss all around. Dinner was prepared for us, an incredible salad from the garden and a homemade vegan pizza! We enjoyed the hot tub and once we are all Warmed up we used provided comfy blankets to cuddle up on a trampoline meant for stargazing in an isolated spot on the property. A truly wonderful night. We loved all the art and the plant nursery, and we even painted a wooden sign and added to the personalized “wish rock” collection. Greg and Trudy are wonderful. The were perfect hosts and along with all the animals, made us feel like family on the property. We will tell friends about this place and definitely return!

Eco off grid cabin on a farm
Kokomo Farms is a hidden gem that I hope everyone can experience one day. You can feel the peace, serenity and love that went into creating this intentional community. The Eco container was absolutely beautiful and a unique experience that we loved. We loved feeding the chickens daily on our deck and watching the birds fly about. If you love to see stars this is the spot, they even have a star gazing area. The zen garden was the absolute peak experience where you can soak your tired muscles in the hot tub amongst shampoo ginger, bananas and 400 year old live oak trees. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience where you can quiet your mind and get back to nature, this is the spot for you.

Dreamer's Escape Treehouse
Relaxing, Peaceful Getaway!
My husband and I stayed in the Dreamer’s Escape Treehouse. It was such an amazing time. The entire property was so clean and well-maintained. Trudy and Gregg were very accommodating and overall just down-to-earth people. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing escape from reality. If you’re wondering about excursions, the Romantic Pizza Dinner is a MUST! We also rented bikes and took the path to Convict Springs. Will definitely be staying again in the future!
