This 1500 Sq Ft 2 brm 1 bath open floor plan home, has a new island kitchen, new appliances, fully equipped, HUGE screened in back porch with a queen swinging bed, 4 rockers overlooking the beautifully landscaped yard, fire pit, big smoker as well as a gas BBQ grill, fish filet table and sink area, outdoor shower and a porch swing too. 3 level dock down to the water. 4 kayaks and a canoe, corn hole game, horse shoes too. Kayaking, fishing, bird watching, scalloping, diving, photography whatever your hobbies maybe, this will suit all your needs. 3 nite minimum required. There is two bedrooms, One with a king bed the other has a queen size bed. Also a full-size hanging bed on the large screened in back porch and a futon in the living room that folds into a bed. There are many other special amenities such as a fire pit, bbq grills,an outdoor shower, a porch swing, picnic table and a 3 level dock down to the water to name a few.  4 kayaks (2are smaller size) and a canoe to enjoy the river and springs. Enjoy the many sounds of nature rocking on the big screened in back porch or sit on the dock watching sunrises and sunsets, fish jumping and people canoeing/kayaking the river. Come to release the everyday stress and worry for awhile. Get back to that peaceful easy feeling. See you soon!  PEACE *2/28/25 just a heads up, this area was hit hard with hurricane Milton. We had a lot of tree damage, but fortunately, we were able to get the equipment in here to clean up the property and the county he has cleared all the roads now and the parks are open. We lost the lower steps of our dock, but you can still view the river from the platforms but it’s not possible to launch the kayaks from the property.. If you would like to Kayak, we have a neighbor who will do kayak shuttles. his information is on the refrigerator he preferred. You text him first. sorry for the inconvenience, but I’m sure you will still enjoy your stay!

Also downstairs a gas bbq grill and a wood fired smoker as well.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Kelli's place again! We always have so much fun hanging down on the dock by the river. Whether we are fishing or on our tubes it is so relaxing no matter what you are doing! Her house has absolutely everything you need inside and outside. We definitely always enjoy the campfire downstairs. Of course she has all the stuff you need for grilling out etc.... This was the second time that my family and I have been out to her place and we will definitely be back again! We highly recommend taking a vacation at Kelli's place Running River Springs!!

Everything about this place is a dream! We went for my birthday celebration and completely fell in love. From the first few moments after arrival, I could feel my whole system winding down and relaxing. We loved visiting the spring at the bottom of the dock, and enjoying the river view in the many cozy spaces provided. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could make lots of yummy meals too! The beds were nice and comfy, and the hanging bed outside was a special treat. It was so easy to pop over to the nearby springs to take a dip, and coming back to build a fire was a perfect way to end the day. We will absolutely be back, and soon! Thank you Kelli :)

This cabin retreat on the Suwanee River exceeded our expectations+ The owners where so extremely thoughtful and thought of everything to ensure that our visit was so relaxing and stress free. Amazing memories where made at the fire pit, the porch, the rocking chairs, the porch swing bed, the river overlook and so much more

The house is great and all the stuff you need for enjoying the outdoors is handy (kayaks, canoe, grills, fire pit, fishing gear, etc.). It will be great if/when they get the dock repaired for better river access. Nothing is terribly close by for groceries and such so be sure to stock up on the way. If you're planning to spend a lot of time around the fire pit then bring some cutting tools. There are lots of downed trees on the property and nearby, but no way to easily use them. We learned a lot about this style of HipCamp (we normally tent camping) and really enjoyed it. This property seems to be a good value. I think we will be back again

We LOVED staying at Kelli's place on the river!! The house and property were perfect for us to fish, swim, campfire and s'mores. We went to Royal Springs which was fun. We will definitely be back to visit!

Awesome place but no kayak launch

Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. Check-in was easy, the house was super clean, the screened-in porch was fantastic, and there were so many nice thoughtful touches with items available for use during your stay. The only suggestion I would make is for the host to be clear on their listing that their dock and kayak launch are currently damaged and you can’t launch any kayaks or canoes at the moment. This was a major reason I booked here so it was rather disappointing to be told this information 2 days before check-in after the free cancelation period had closed. I would love to stay here again once the kayak launch is fixed!

Words can’t describe the peace we found at this amazing cabin! The hosts thought of everything! It is off the beaten path, which was exactly what we wanted, so the thoughtful touches really made a big difference! The porch bed was perfect for afternoon reading and naps and was even an amazing bed for me to spend the night on escaping my husbands snoring! 😂 we had a fire going the whole time for hot dogs, smores and warmth and loved the cool nights just relaxing! This was a Thanksgiving getaway with nothing but relaxation on the agenda, but we are looking forward to returning when the docks are ready and the weather is warm enough to do some exploring with the kayaks! The spices, bath amenities, amazing air fresheners, games and supplies were such an amazing surprise - enhancing our experience and solidifying this as a future vacation spot! Thank you Kelli and Grant!

The home was beautiful and well kept, wonderfully stocked kitchen, very clean. However, I rented this specific home for water access to the Swanee river. No access to the water! Upon arrival the dock was roped off due to storm damage. I understand recent weather events but we should have been notified immediately that this was no longer accessible. Our entire vacation was planned around the ability to access the water... Fish, kayak, etc. I would have still chose to stay at this hidden gem but would have appreciated the heads up. This would have allowed the time to accommodate the change in plans. Instead we spent the time here relaxing and enjoying the view.

Great view, the hanging bed, and soaking tub were some of my favorite things from our stay. We have needed a vacation for far too long and this wasn’t as long as we would’ve liked but felt fulfilled. Well worth the money spent and the hosts are so accommodating. We hit a couple snags during our stay and if we hadn’t had their help, could’ve had a much different overall experience. We can’t wait to come back again.

We drove 41/2 hours to get some much needed R&R! The River home provided our family’s needs.. the only draw back was the River water was too high for us to utilize the small beach area…steps were flooded all days. We will definitely be back…. Namaste peeps🙏🏼💜✨

What a beautiful space to escape and have great views of the river! Unfortunately, mother nature had another idea, and the electricity had been knocked out for the duration of our stay. The host were great with communication and super apologetic. Luckily, there was a wonderful hanging bed in A great screened in area. We were able to sleep outside where it was a bit cooler and enjoy the sounds of nature. Flashlights and lanterns with extra batteries were also set a side for such occasion- so the helped a ton to navigate. It was a nice change of pace, living off the grid for 48 hours lol. We look forward to returning when mother nature is a bit more cooperative and the owners were very inviting to return again free of charge given the circumstances. Highly recommend!

The cabin was awesome! We had 8 people - three adults and five teens - and everyone loved it. Great access to the river, beautiful view, property had plenty of firewood to use, and there was room to set up a tent in the backyard if you wanted. The kitchen was so well equipped and all necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, salt, pepper, Pam, foil, etc) was available if you needed! We spent three nights, and it was the simplest, most relaxing camping ever. If you go, check out Royal Springs. It was our kids favorite!

Peaceful getaway

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay. We could have asked for a more peaceful place. Being right by the river was amazing we went on some hikes we saw the springs. We sat out by the fire pit and enjoyed the nice quiet evenings, and let’s not forget the hosts were amazing with all the amenities. five star all the way!!!!

Best hip camp lodging, very nice, well thought out!! We loved this place they have thought of everything you might have needed in the house and out. They even have things stocked so if you forgot something you don’t need to run to town!! There is indoor living, outdoor screened living and then outdoor. Gas grill, charcoal smoker grill, burners, pots for gumbo. There is outside fridges, freezers, bait fridge with tackle, rod and reels, fish cleaning table/sink. Tubes, kayaks/canoe, corn hole game and much much more! I’m a guy so these things excite me but the house was the same way not much to want for as it was all there. Nice spotless and comfortable, beautifully decorated our wife’s were so happy. So worth the price better than any b&b we have stayed at. Great value just load up the family and go. We will be back!
