Frank Page purchased the Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort & Campground in 2008 which included the original seven acres of the lower portion of the Rendezvous. At that time there were only a few buildings and the primitive campground area. Frank started cleaning the area and stabilizing all the buildings. In 2009 another 20 acres was purchased, which is now considered the upper area of the Rendezvous. In 2010, another seven acres were added to the property. Frank planned and constructed the Upper Rendezvous area which was completed in 2012 and added 136 RV sites as well as the dog park, barn and pigeon coop. The dog park has five sections, for both small and large dogs, with ample room to run. Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort & Campground Pool Frank began raising pigeons in 2012. The first pigeons purchased were homing pigeons, which started the Pigeon Races that are still a fun, family favorite event on Saturday afternoons. Frank also bought and started raising other pigeons, the Birmingham Roller. Birmingham Rollers are a very popular breed of domesticated pigeons that originated in Birmingham, England, where they were developed via selective breeding for their ability to do rapid backward somersaults while flying. You can often see them flying around the Upper Rendezvous in the mornings and afternoons. These pigeons are used for our weekly Pigeon Races.

We had a very nice and very clean and neat campsite. The view of the orange grove was perfect. We thought their entire place was extremely well-cared for. The pool was great and there are lots of gathering areas. It's quiet at night, just what we like. The hosts are very nice! We'd stay again.

Oh WoW!!!!! I do not know where to start. This place is ABSOLUTELY hands DOWN one of the BEST places I’ve ever stayed. From the Serenity and Peace you feel to the Beauty of the Outdoors is an ALL in ONE Package!!! I absolutely loved it here. The facilities are so well maintained. Bathrooms were very clean, shower was hot and refreshing, and the little hut or common area had a keurig for coffee and supplies so we could cook as if we were in our own home. I’ll be honest though, with all those lovely gems, I still cooked over my campfire. You gotta have at least one campfire meal. Not only is this place a Godsend, the owner Amanda is amazing. She took time to hike up to our campsite to say hello and welcome us to her place of serenity. Had some laughs with us and gave us her direct line in case there was anything we needed. She took the time to make sure we would have the best experience ever. Shoot, Amanda even accommodated our neighbors who stayed in Yurt #7 and let them have a birthday party for their 13 yr old boy. This is rare because there is very limited parking and spots first go to guest. She went over and beyond though so this lil man could celebrate his BIG 13 with his family and friends. We even celebrated with them. I was kinda sad they left early though. Totally understand they didn’t want to stay because the weather forecast was predicting heavy thunderstorms. I definitely get it. Teresa always makes it easy for me to stay. This was my 4th or 5th stay. I had a wedding to attend during the 4th of July weekend. I was driving back and forth each day without knowing in advance when I would get back for the night. I kept "T" informed the best I could. I love her and I love this place.

We had a fantastic 4th of July there. This was the 3rd time there and am already scheduled for 3 additional trips. The hosts Bolton and James are great, the grounds are meticulously maintained. We did not use the hot tub this trip but spent lots of time in the pool. Other campers and local friends came to join the festivities and were so much fun.... A great time for all!!!

The property was beautiful! The accommodations were all very nice from the bathrooms and kitchen area to the campsites themselves. Very clean and very beautiful. Highly recommend taking the kayak trip and bringing some floaties/boogie boards for the river. Amanda is a great communicator and extremely nice, 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back! The campsites are spaced out nicely so they aren’t too far away from one another but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, great for groups or couples!

We had a wonderful stay at Teresa's property while camping with both our camper and a tent. The site was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time outdoors. We especially appreciated all of the amenities, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. Teresa and her sister were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and enjoyable camping experience. We would definitely stay again!
