We really enjoyed the peace and quiet! Beautiful views of the river right out our window. The dogs could be off leash and that's the most fun they've had in ages! The hosts communicated well, we're very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Royal Springs Retreat
I had an amazing camping experience on Christine’s property. The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Christine was a fantastic host: friendly, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. The campsite itself was well maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene escape!

Our 2nd trip here. Perfectly quiet and comfortable camping on the river. Nothing fancy other than the covered area. Has a lovely fire pit and BBQ grills to use. Safe, quiet, and beautiful.

It was such a beautiful place everything was so convenient meaning the river is right behind us so you can take your fishing out. If you wanna fish she had grills lots of hook ups for your RV water. It’s so super cute. I’ll definitely go back and I’ll definitely bring my friends as well and the springs most of all is so close by and it’s really cool place to explore and my favorite part is that you’re kind of off grid cause your phones in and out when it comes to reception which I absolutely loved

Beautiful spot on the Suwannee river. Our kids really enjoyed the stay and an easy paddle to Royal Springs. Royals springs is very stunning and just a lot of fun. Caught some cat fish off the dock. Plenty of space of the kids and dog to run around. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely plan another trip back!

This was our second stay and for good reason. The site has everything you need. We appreciated the cover over the site with the heat wave coming through Florida at the time of our visit. We loved having our morning coffee sitting by the river and afternoon's at the nearby springs. My son still isn't giving up on trying to catch something in the river, but nothing yet. We will definitely be back!

Our second stay at Royal Springs and it was great. Had our canoe and it was difficult to get it in and out because the water was so low, but enjoyed floating down river and trolling up river. Spent some time at the springs and that was lovely. This is a special spot!

We camped in a 35 ft travel trailer. We had an amazing stay. Location was right on the Suwanne River. Plenty of space under the canopy with extra room to put up a tent for my 17yoa grandson who didn't want to stay in the RV with his 11yoa sister and 10yoa cousin. Hookups easy to access, FHU a plus! Nice quiet spot, short 2 min drive to Royal Springs. I always looked forward to morning coffee on the swing by the river. Would definately recommend this site and will be going back again.

This is our second stay on this absolutely breathtaking riverside site and it can never disappoints! We are already looking at the calendar for our next stay. We love that there is not much service so we can disconnect from the world and enjoy our family with no distractions. The views are incredible and the nature is beautiful!

This was our second trip to Christine’s and once again it was fantastic! We were able to book on spur of the moment and we loved our stay just as much as we did on our last visit. We had some rain but being that we were under cover just gave us a chance to play some cards and board games and enjoy the sound of the rain. Great feature! The river was down so the boys were able to use the lower deck this time and get in some fishing. Christine came by to be sure all was well our first night. It was a pleasure to meet her and tell her how much we enjoy this spot. This will be a regular destination of ours for sure!

Great location, right on the water and walking distance from royal spring. Plus has everything you need and then some. Multiple full hook ups with massive space. Only thing I didnt like is I didnt catch ass much as I would have like but thats on me.

What a nice visit. The site was clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed. The kayak launch was convenient. Right from the start, the host was very responsive and accommodating. She also recommend some springs we could paddle to, which we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

We're back for our second visit to Royal Spring, a place we truly love. While the hurricane's impact is evident, we appreciate the hard work Christine and her husband are putting in to get everything back in top shape. we are looking forward for award next stay at Royal spring.

Great place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed watching the different people and their contraptions floating down the river. Canopy is large enough for my Fithwheel with plenty of room to relax with chairs.

We loved this place! We camped for three nights in our travel trailer and had an amazing time here. We enjoyed our morning coffee at the fire pit with a beautiful view of the river and the sunrise. We discovered the pattern of the hot spots as the sun made its way across the sky which allowed us to enjoy each area of the property during the day and then we were back at the fire pit before bed.
We loved the neighborhood and the quiet. We fished and caught catfish and our dogs were in heaven not having to be tied up. We will be back!
Beautiful place. The lower deck and stairs have taken a beating being flooded and weather beaten and were not safe for our visit but we managed just fine. We loved this place !!!

If you’re looking for a “Disney” experience you’ll hate this place. If you’re looking for an old-school, peaceful paradise overlooking one of the most beautiful rivers in the world, this place is perfect. Only downside is I couldn’t get one of those darn bass to bite my hook. Looking forward to our next visit.

When planning a trip it can hard to anticipate the weather. It rained for our entire visit, but it never dampened our fun. It’s a beautiful location and the large RV shed was the perfect place to park. We stayed dry, enjoyed having our windows open without rain getting in and loved the sound of the rain in the roof. We hope to return someday to be able to kayak too.

What an incredible site. The RV port really spoiled us after staying here for 3 weeks. Amazing set up with cover from rain, full hookups and a private dock on the river. Really great fire pit, peaceful neighborhood, secluded and tons of birds! The surrounding towns have decent restaurants and amenities, but the real draw is the rivers, blue springs (Royal Springs is a half mile walk/paddle) and this beautiful campsite itself. Thanks Christine!

We loved having our camper on Christine's land. It provided shelter when it rained so we could still enjoy being outside and great views of the river while we sat by the fire. It still felt private even with the neighbors. We cannot wait to go back when it's warmer to enjoy the springs.

Extremely quiet and peaceful with absolutely no noise, no long-distance train, no vehicle noise, no river noise, nothing. Christine is a very nice host that met us once we arrived. There is no easy access to the water with kayaks and lots of steps to get to the dock. I suggest a mile up the road for 5.00 fee to use the boat ramp. I would camp here again if I were in the area.

I loved staying at this hipcamp retreat. The RV site is right on the river just steps down to the flowing water. The area was super quiet and peaceful. I loved having the fun hookups as well.

This was such a peaceful, beautiful spot. We had 2 camper vans on site, one full hookup and one off grid, and we both fit under the carport comfortably! The site is equipped with outdoor seating and tables if you don’t have your own. Because we were here following Hurricane Helene and Milton the river was high and the spring down the road was flooded, but we will definitely return to explore all of the springs in the surrounding area! Christine was easy to reach and was very responsive. Our dogs were also very excited they didn’t have to be leashed!
