Mt Martha Bushland Hideaway, Victoria
This property was originally part of a large farmland, divided into 5 acre lots. When we purchased in 1997, there wasn't a single tree on the place. Over the years, we have revegetated the property with native and indigenous bushland, created a wetland that attracts many native animals including birds, lizards, possums and frogs to name a few. We have also built a large fruit orchard that is home to free-range guinea pigs, homing pigeons and our baby peacocks. Our peacocks roam free around the property and may occasionally call out to each other early in the morning!
