Nestled in the heart of Mt Martha, Bay Park boasts 90 acres of natural bushland, a stone's throw from the stunning Mornington Peninsula beachs. The Cottage is a cosy three-bedroom retreat nestled within Bay Park, perfect for small groups or families. Each bedroom features two bunk beds (four beds per room), comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Inside, you’ll find two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink, plus a third separate toilet for added convenience. Guests have access to a fully equipped domestic kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge room with reverse cycle air conditioning. A washing machine is also available for use. The Cottage offers a relaxed space to unwind while still being close to all the activities and natural beauty Bay Park has to offer.

Great site nice and bushy and very quiet. Booked last minute and they responded with 10 mins and gave me a call. I added a fire pit and wood and they dropped it to me before the tent was up. Plenty of showers and toilets and washing up area.

Great base for a family camping trip. Only an hour from Melbourne, close to Mt Martha beach, shops, and the rock pools — but quiet enough that we had the whole place to ourselves mid-week. The grounds are spacious and well maintained, with clean toilets and showers. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. It's a scout camp so there are extra activities on offer (bikes, mini golf, kayaking) — we didn't use them but great to know they're there for families with kids. Not an off-grid experience, but that's not what it's trying to be. Solid value for an easy getaway.

Really nice area close to home. Lots of space to spread out with good fire pits. Activities to keep the kids entertained on site. Directions to the campsite were terrible, go to admin and get the ranger to show you where to go. Ranger was responsive to phone call

We thoroughly enjoyed our camping trip at Bay Park. Campsite was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There’s just something magical with camping amidst a woodland of towering pine trees! Toilets and showers were clean and relatively well maintained. Staff were friendly. It’s also great base for exploring the mornington peninsula and the calm beaches along the way.

The area is nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However I would definitely not recommend this site if you are looking for a quite relaxing night camping. My partner and I (along with another couple) were placed just behind a big group of campers (15-20ish people) who unfortunately were up playing music and “socialising” until 3am. As a super light sleeper I was awake for the duration. Nothing against the campsite but definitely wasn’t a relaxing escape into nature for us!
